Lovely spacious house -- perfect for families

We had two small families staying here for a long weekend (4 adults and 2 toddlers) and it was perfect for us! Plenty of space for the kids to play safely, a great hot tub and lots of towels, a massive deck where we could all hang out, a well appointed kitchen and bbq for family meals (though it would have been nice if there was a large pot and the silverware was all oddly tiny.) The main floor provided a great space for communal fun and then each family basically had our own floor as the master upstairs was perfect for my husband and I with our 1.5 year old in his travel crib and the lower floor was perfect for our friends to have a smaller room to themselves with their older toddler next store in a twin bed. This room could sleep 7-8 kids if you had to!

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable room with everything that one needs.

Great place. Big and has a lot to offer. Would definitely come back. Only downfall is no seasoning for cooking and maybe a better selection of board games. Other than that it was a great place.

Great lodging company. Property was clean and amazing. Communication was great, check-in/out as easy as can be.

Winter Park Lodging Company hands down provides the best customer service I've had in years. Every time I had to speak with anyone they were beyond friendly and helpful.

Our Trailhead Lodge Condo was amazing. The online pictures were nice but I never expected the condo to be so spacious and accommodating. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and pack lunches for hiking. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake with 4 children. The location can't be beat and the park in front of the condo held a jazz festival one night with fantastic music. It was such a nice stay that we didn't want to leave!

The Winterpark Lodging Co was great answered our questions and gave us great information. We loved our summer stay at Winterpark as in the past we have only visited in the winter. However our condo needed some maintenance, the patio/deck was full of weeds and since the weather was so great we spent a lot of time there. Also on Friday night we were forced to close our windows as the smell of weed was very strong and was coming into our place. I don't know what can be done about that but as this was a family vacation with young children we didn't like that. Plenty of things to do on the resort and in the town perfect place to visit with lots of activities.

Every time I called all of the staff I spoke to was incredibly polite, professional & helpful. They seemed to REALLY want to help me with our vacation plans. Base Camp 462 was absolutely phenomenal. The owners thought of everything, from heated bathroom floors, to boot dryers, gourmet kitchen, hot tub, great TVs, 2 sets of washers/dyers, sound system throughout, heated driveway~ you name it & it was there & it was TOP NOTCH! The linens & decor were extremely tasteful and of high quality, as well as all of the appliances, kitchen utensils & electronics. The views from this house were gorgeous!!! We had plenty of room with 2 families for a total of 9 people. We never felt crowded or cramped. The starter toiletries were Aveda brand. The Winter Park Lodging Company had a personal handwritten letter to us on the kitchen counter along with other sweet welcoming surprises including a BIG bag of high quality trail mix & nuts. Instructions for everything in the home were clearly marked & explained. The hospitality app that WPLC offers was incredibly helpful & informative. We will ABSOLUTELY use WPLC again & highly recommend them to everyone!

We just finished a family vacation in Winter Park and had a fantastic experience with both Winter Park Lodging Company and the house we rented. We can't wait to come back!! Highly recommend Winter Park Lodging Company. Very well organized, responsive and professional. They made our family reunion very easy and enjoyable.

Our initial reservation was no longer available and Amy worked really closely with me to to find a new rental that fit our needs. She was really responsive and helpful and saved our trip. We had a great time in the beautiful mountains. I highly recommend using this company for your next rental need!

Outstanding service from a very friendly and helpful staff. I received several phone calls/e-mails prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all my questions. Winter Park Lodging Company was a cut above all other rental agencies I've worked with in the past. We definitely will seek their assistance on our next trip to beautiful Winter Park.

Our Condo was immaculate and beautiful. It was spacious and allowed for a large group to fit comfortably. The mountain was fantastic and the condo location to the mountain couldn't be better. The company checked in most days, assisted with ski reservations, cleaned the hot tub immediately upon ask and just gave a sense that things would be taken care of if anything would go wrong.

We found winter park lodging company to be very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them if you are planning a trip to Winter Park.

It was a terrific place to stay for our family. Extremely well furnished and maintained. I would recommend it highly.

I'm a long time skier and this year we decided to take a ski trip to Winter Park for the first time. We booked a studio through WPLC. Our suite overlooked the hot tub area, and that was the problem. The noise from the pool even during daytime is loud enough that you have to turn things up to hear them (the windows might as well not exist since they let all noise through). The real problem though is the pool is open until 11, which means if you're not a night owl, you will not be sleeping before 11 because the party at the pool lasted until 11 both nights--and Sunday was actually worse than Saturday. We ended up calling the main number to get security to quiet them down. The management was apologetic, but this is two of the worst nights of sleep we've gotten anywhere (including downtown Manhattan) and really has just killed the trip. It's hard to want to get up and ski when you're exhausted and not in a good way. The management offered to move us--to another room above the pool, so not exactly fixing the problem. They did offer to refund one of our nights as well, but I told them frankly, we'll never come back here. The bottom line here is: if you end up getting booked on the pool side of one of these units, you might as well stay home. It's not worth the trip to have your vacation ruined.

Wow....our experience was fantastic. Great communication and support from Winter Park Lodging Company. The home we stayed in was perfect for our family!

Whistlestop was perfect! The house is very large with several gathering areas. It was very clean and seems new. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. The master is located on the upper floor, which is great for privacy and quiet. There are 3.5 roomy bathrooms, which is great for a group trying to get ready. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two nice patios; one with a grill and furniture, the other with a hot tub. The location is great, walking distance to a great coffee shop and other shops in town. It is also close to the shuttle. Parking was a dream with a two car garage and extra spaces outside. The Winter Park Company management is wonderful and always available for questions. We have rented from them before in Winter Park and Steamboat and have been very happy every time. We would not use anyone else. They offer quality houses and service. I wish they were located in more mountain towns!

Incredible property! We took a company retreat and stay in their Hilltop Hideaway. The house was super new and clean. Property management was very helpful with all of our needs and concerns. Would recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience with our stay. I will always use WPLC when we come back to Colorado. The condo was clean and organized. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request for a rolling pin. We got ambitious and wanted to make homemade pasta after a day of skiing. I can't say enough about how our stay was so wonderful!

The team at WPLC ensured we had a warm welcome, a high quality clean space, and a relaxing vacation while visiting Winter Park. Customer care was sincere and helpful throughout the entire experience. Our unit was in excellent condition and was appointed beautifully. I wouldn't work with any other company when we return.

My family and I stayed in Lakota Lodge 300 the first week of July. Our experience with the lodging company was fantastic. They were friendly, responsive and provided great insight to all the activities in and around Winter Park. I would highly recommend staying with Winter Park Lodging Company at any of their properties.

My 16-person extended family stayed at Lakota Park for 4 nights in June. We LOVED this house! It had everything we needed and wanted: plenty of space to hang out and spread out, plenty of seating for dinnertime, a gas grill, a hot tub, 7 toilets, lots of puzzles and books (the puzzles are hard!), and even kid toys and books! We never ran out of silverware, dishes, or refrigerator space. The plastic dishes/cups for kids were a very welcome surprise! Who thinks to pack those things? Wifi and phone service was perfect.

We had a few very minor issues, but the maintenance person was over within the hour to fix them (one was a Comcast issue, but the maintenance person handled that phone call for us).

The view of the WP Alpine Slide was awesome--we could turn around on the chairlift and see our house so clearly!

We loved our condo. It is very private with the back deck open to the woods. Just beautiful. The floor plan is very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Easy access to Winter Park Village. We had no needs from the management company but they checked in by phone to be sure we were ok. Great change of pace for a summer vacation

Excellent location, family friendly fun and great price!

Pros: Central location, easy access to lifts, very nicely appointed and comes with a garage!
Cons: noisy in the summer because you have to keep windows open for cool air (no AC) and the showers, while fancy are a bit like taking a shower under a crappy lawn sprinkler.

Wow, oh, wow! My friends and I rented Slopeside Retreat Jan 2020 MLK Weekend, and we LOVED it. Do not hesitate to book - this is perfect for large groups. We usually travel to various ski destinations every year with 12+ people, and this townhouse was one of the best we've rented based on furnishings, size, and location to the ski resort. The large living room and kitchen made it very easy for us to gather in one place with enough seating for everyone. The hot tub on the patio was a plus; however, it probably only fits four people comfortably.
Please note the third floor is an open loft space with three bunk beds (6 singles) and a large king-size bed. You will be able to hear all the noise from the downstairs living room. It wasn't an issue for our group since we were aware and it was more important for us to stay in one house. Just bring earplugs if you have any concerns.

Lastly, everyone I interacted with at Winter Park Lodging was super helpful, friendly, and very responsive to any question and follow-ups. If we decide to come back to Winter Park, we will stay here again.

This beautiful duplex home is walkable to downtown Winter Park, and as close to impeccable as we've experienced in a rental home. Attention to all details is remarkable here. Supplies, amenities, layout, service and communication all top notch.

Unit was nicely furnished and location is ideal. Building complex is well maintained and staffed. Parking is at a premium--both pricey and congested. Needed no support from WPL during this visit but based on past experience, they are there if you need them.

This house is centrally located in town! We could walk to grocery store, liquor store, bowling alley, Bars, McDonalds & various restaurants all within 5/10 minutes. The house is very nice and modern, even has heated floors all throughout! It had everything we needed to have a good stay with friends. It has multiple stops for the free local bus very near by. We took the bus to Fraser tubing hill and to go skiing at winter park. Hot tub was a nice bonus!

We brought fourteen of our nearest and dearest to one of their cabins for a three day elopement celebration and it was the best weekend of our lives. We have zero regrets about choosing the property and Winter Park Lodging Company (WPLC) with what will probably be the most important event we ever organize.

The house is absolutely perfect. The location is breathtaking. The amenities are LUXURIOUS. All sixteen folks total of us could not believe how awesome it was. I could write an entire short essay on how HIGH QUALITY the cabin is. It has literally everything (except a hot tub, haha) and all of the finishes, decoration, provisions are top quality.

As for WPLC company, I've travelled a ton, all over the world, and have never had a better experience. We received three calls from WPLC: one prior to our stay, one on a few hours after we checked-in, and one last call an hour after check-out. They have someone on call 24/7 for any issues that come up and are located very close. Also they have an app with pretty much every question you could think of. Absolutely impressive customer service experience.

Overall, we would book the cabin 10/10 times without any hesitation. And, in the future we will definitely look at WPLC first! Do not have any concerns about booking this property! Cannot recommend enough!!

Out stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2703 was wonderful, and the communication with the staff was excellent.

Unit 2211 at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge in Winter Park is a great place to stay with a family of four. The unit kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The full size bunk beds in the room for the kids is awesome as they had plenty of room to sleep. The unit also comes with an extra Tv in the kiddos room and lots of board games in the game cabinet.

We really loved being able to look down on all the goings on at the bottom of the slopes. Great fun watching everyone skiing down the mountain at the end of the day.

Special things to note about this unit is very centrally located with EASY ski in ski out access to slopes, gondola and ski school for the kids. Also has a ski gear locker in the lobby of the bldg making beginning and end of day a breeze.

Management Company was very attentive and on top of all our needs. They were very friendly and helpful.

We will absolutely be back to stay for another ski trip and perhaps for a summer get-a-way.

I considered giving an "above average" review because some of the instructions about door codes and whatnot weren't perfectly clear, but the helpfulness of the reps on the phone and by text put this location into "excellent." We'll use Winter Park Lodging company again because of that and because it was cheaper than booking the same place on AirBnB or VRBO.

Also, the location and condo itself were perfect. Really short walk to the base area lifts (gondola, etc) and shops; newish, clean facilities; the condo was perfect. Lots of tv options, dvds, family games, toys for the little kids, clean throughout, comfortable accommodations. So many times you rent a place in these ski towns/villages and the place is a little dank and past its prime, but that's not the case here. We loved this place and will stay there again.

We stayed in a beautiful home in Fraser (225 Balsh) and loved it! We have older kids and they had privacy on the lower level while my wife and I stayed in the upper level master suite. The private hot tub got plenty of use and the Winter Park shuttle "The Lift" stopped just around the corner. We will definitely be back!

Great stay at lovely property. Nice amenities and wonderful and responsive property management staff. Tech enabled with an app and lots of information available to the renter. If you don't have a rental, you will have to learn the free shuttle "Lift" routes. Was surprised at the lack of ride share services. Has nothing to do with the property, just a factor to consider. I'd stay with this group again.

I don't often go through a lodging company but winter park lodging company made every part of our 3 day trip feel very unique and personal. They were responsive and helpful beginning with my first call to inquire. They made wonderful suggestions and once we booked, they were in constant communication about our upcoming visit. I loved that we knew exactly where to go, how to enter and what room we were in without having any hassle of waiting at the desk at our arrival. The room was ready, they had the pull out couch made up and ready for our daughter. I even loved the stinger bar assortment gift that was on the table. Any problems or concerns, they are a phone call away, and ALWAYS answer when you call. I have no complaints and will 100% use them again for our next stay. Thank you!!!
