What can I say? We loved EVERYTHING about our stay in Zephyr Mountain Lodge at Winter Park! The property has exceptional communication via text messages, e-mail, and phone calls (in a wonderful way, not an annoying way). When we arrived, our window was broken and was letting in a lot of cold air. After a quick call, maintenance arrived within 5 minutes to fix it. Our location was perfect ( Zephyr is ski in/ski out), we were able to store our skis in our same building which was a huge plus, and we were also able to rent our skis, etc in the same building. Everything was so convenient! The Village is super cute with plenty of great places to eat. The mountain itself is amazing! So many lifts and runs. Plenty for the whole family, and even though it was spring break and there were a lot of people we never waited in a lift line or felt crowded. We highly recommend this place for everyone! My only critique would be to add a floor lamp in the bedroom. There are no overhead lamps and only 1 very dim bedside lamp and the room can be quite dark. Otherwise, we were very comfortable during our stay.
