The location of the house is excellent, and it's close to perfect for 2-3 couples. The views, hot tub, amenities, and heated floors are the highlights, but there is a glaring problem. The beds in at least 2 of the 3 bedrooms are so uncomfortable that I slept on a blow up mattress and someone else in our group slept on the couch (which also meant we weren't sleeping in the same bed as our spouses which is kinda weird on vacation). Quality sleep is super important at elevation when you're skiing all day and need to be rested for the next day, and unfortunately this was a big miss on this house. I know the property managers can't control the beds the property owners install, but I would not return to this location unless the beds (or mattress toppers at a minimum) were replaced.
