Presently we are living in Kendrigan Place for the past 8 month and we love this property and location, and plan to stay for a while. Perfect apartment, near grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants and a short ride to Quincy Center, close to public transportation bus stop very near by. The apartment is perfect for us, clean, we feel safe and well maintained. I love that it has a parking ,with a roof. Quality customer service, very supportive, by the maintenance and the manager... the manager Carolina 5 stars is not enough to show how she is the best, not one phone call, e-mail she will not get back to you, she is very professional, helpful and beyond kind! I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live . Thank you for making this a great home for us.

I live at Park156 in Lawrenceville GA. Its quiet, well maintained with a great staff!! The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. The neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff has a quick response to all work orders. Overall great place to live.

Parking policy illegal, dirty property management. They steal money, your rent is for their vacations to the DR. Mission and Academy Estates the worse local management. Maintenance lazy and personal with gossip about other employee and don't fix anything. No one has heat when they need it. They don't clean trash or ice. They harass for rent on the first but make residence feel uncomfortable.

I have lived at Manomet Place in New Bedford since 2013. My apartment is amazing and the community is absolutely beautiful. The Management and Maintenance personnel are always available to help. I am looking forward to the addition of Phase II in hopes that my family and friends can be close by.

Hosts events keeps the place clean and also quick responses to maintenance issues

We really enjoyed staying at one of the homes of WinnCompanies! Everyone is very nice. Repairs are being done timely. They keep us updated all the time and would let us know when the people are coming. Professionalism at its finest. We never had any issues with the amenities, or our neighbors. Most importantly, I sincerely appreciate the scholarship they granted to me as a military spouse. It helped me in furthering my education, and I am truly grateful for that. Thank you so much for serving the military community well!

I love my apartment. Maintenance guys are great and friendly. The office ladies are wonderful. The only problem is you can't control who your neighbors are. Just stay to yourself and mind your business and hopefully everything will be fine.

I lived in a Winn managed community, Castle Square, since early 90s and my experience as a former tenant was great. *I moved out in the Summer as I am a home owner now* The management team truly care about the residents. It's not your ordinary apartment management company. There's always fun, educational, informational community events going on which was great. Customer service is excellent and personalized.

I live since 2006 and they never fix almost everything counters and floor video and wall ceiling door bad that i live there i keep ask for news run and video visit im deaf and lower vision and vision impairment hardly see light kitchen and hallway hopefully u help me different apt thanks

I have been a resident here for over 20 years and love it! I live alone and feel very safe here. The building is right across the street from the mbta which runs great. The unit itself is a clean, and very much up to date. There are yearly inspections, every 6 months filter and battery changes. The building offers washer and dryers on every floor, there is a part, plenty of parking spaces for residents and guests and 2 elevators. If there is ever and issue with something in your unit not working maintenance for the most part comes same day. As well hallway issues with lights etc are always taken care of in a timely manner. There is very minimal noise and the building inside and out is kept clean.

Castle square area is a very friendly community. It makes sure that the residents are safe and that we are in the best shape. The area is clean and welcoming. There are many community building events that go on that helps engage the people.

I am happy to call Manomet Place my home for the last 7 years. The staff is always friendly and very responsive to all requests. The amenity space is beautiful and the building is kept in excellent condition both inside and out.

I live at Summercrest Villas in San Jose, Ca. When I moved in 6 years ago it was a wonderful place. It was managed by ConAm then. We werea family. Things were fixed right away and everyone eas happy. Winn took over and we have been exposed to many managers. There is no family feeling and tenants liken it ti a prison instead of senior living facility. The manager snaps at tenants, orders are issued by her. All the amenities that were here when I moved in are no longer available. Nit a good place

Horrible company. Pay your bills!!! Vendors expect to get paid in a timely fashion after providing services, not months and months later! Would never EVER recommend someone deal with this company.

can't rate their property management, but it is impossible to reach a person in their company by phone. The corporate number goes unanswered, I called individual sites-no answer. I literally called 6 numbers listed on their website-can only leave a general message.

I have lived at Mission Main for 2 years and really like the apartments, the grounds are well kept and everyone that works there is wicked nice. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an apartment on Mission Hill.

But there is vender in Washington DC Atlantic home apartment who doing a lot of jobs without the code rule and regulation.
He s not Asbastos certified but he working in asbestos project in Atlantic Home putting all residents lives in danger asbestos is very dangerous for health.

I love living at River Mill Village. Staff is great and responds to my needs every time asap. On call is great and comforting to know they'r a phone call away if needed.

I've been providing electrical services to Winn for 2 decades. With safety being top of mind in my line of work it's a pleasure to work for a company which has no interest in cutting corners. As well, when the occasional emergency issue arises, it's a pleasure to work with such an organized and knowledgeable management/maintenance staff.

Poorly ran management company. Many issues the refuse to address.

I will go to court if any of my family is been effected by this vender.

The VP & staff are not tenant friendly at Madison Park Village and it's surrounding properties when issues are brought to their attention. They will reverse the problem to present the complaintant as a " bad tenant" to their constituents & staff then use their highest of caliber, famous attorney to start a trail of letters that are heinious, false & accusatory to support personal not professional opinions.

My parents are a long time resident in an apartment community managed by WinnResidential. The management team here is professional and responsive. I highly recommend residing in a WinnResidential managed community.

Quality customer service and very supportive. Timely responses to emails and very understanding during COVID-19. I really appreciate all the work and assistance shown by them towards college students especially. I am forever thankful.

In August 2020, my husband and I were looking to move.

We got in contact with the Property Manager of an apartment complex called The Parc @ 1300 in Berkeley, CA, which was managed by WinnCompanies at the time.

I received an application link from The Parc @ 1300's Property Manager on 8/26/20 at 14:36 PT and applied with my husband. The application fee was $45.

My husband and I reached out multiple times to the Property Manager over a two week period and received very unclear communication, then she stopped answering our calls and emails.

According to California state law, a renter's application must be decisioned, whether it's a yay or nay.

I called the management company WinnCompanies -- I found their number on The Parc @ 1300's website -- and was told someone would reach back out to me.

Nobody at WinnCompanies did, so I checked The Parc @ 1300's website again the next day. I noticed WinnCompanies' name was removed and replaced with another company's name.

I got a hold of the new Property Manager at The Parc @ 1300, and they informed me my and my husband's application was not successfully transferred over in the system switch between WinnCompanies and the new management company.

Additionally, they also shared that this has happened to other applicants like us. Moreover, they said WinnCompanies was the company who charged the $45 application fee, and therefore would be the company in charge of refunding me.

I called WinnCompanies back again to explain the change I saw, and the same representative confirmed The Parc @ 1300 is under new management. She told me she was going to help my husband and I get our $45 application fee refunded because our application was never transferred due to their error.

I followed up several times with this same representative at WinnCompanies, and she kept telling me the issue was being looked at and someone would follow up with me. I never got a single follow up between September and November.

On my last attempt to give WinnCompanies a chance to make the situation right -- for me and in the eyes of the law -- I talked to the same representative on 11/3/20 at 11:19 PT.

She said I'd hear back in a business day if she could help. I didn't hear back.

WinnCompanies is highly unprofessional, trailing behind in modern technology, and awaiting a lawsuit.

When this company took over the building I live in, they changed a lot of the processes that were working for us. For example, trash removal protocol was made difficult and confusing, communications with tenants were done via paper notices rather than email, and doors that used to be exits were turned into alarmed doors during a pandemic without previous notice. A lot of us working from home have to suffer hearing these extremely loud alarms go off at any time during day or night when tenants left the building and this has been extremely painful and frustrating. All of the changes they made without asking tenants or the previous owners have caused unnecessary confusion and dissatisfaction for me and other building residents. The assistant manager is the only employee in this company that I have been able to communicate effectively with and promptly via email, and the cleaning staff are nice and do a good job. For this reason, I think WinnResidential deserves two starts for service.

All Winn Properties have a slumlord. as a manager. Especially in Ca. Corporate need to check in on Mustang Peak because the manager is not doing her description. And she has favorite residents. Also talks about tenents to tenents.

Living in River Mill Village is a blessing in disguise. It's a clean, safe, and good to be living at. I love my apartment that I share with my 2 daughters. The grounds are always kept clean, vidible, and safe by our maintenance guy his name is Jason and he is on top of any assistance that is needed by his tenants. Christine the head of the apartments and takes care of any given situation. You call a maintenance request for your apartment it's almost always attended right to it as soon as they can. I can't complain of anything about living here cuz there is nothing to complain about. It's well worth living here. I'm happy with where I live.

My mother lives at Mystic Place and she is always mentions how great the office people treat her especially Carole. She knows her by name and always help her out with small requests. She is an elderly woman and I can't always be there when she needs something. Knowing that there is someone looking out for her eases my mind. Wegmans being across the street is good for my mom. She walks right over with her carriage and shops.

I am a long time resident, over 20 years, in an apartment community managed by WinnResidential. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. The management team here is professional and responsive. During the recent pandemic, management has been going above and beyond in making sure I feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend residing in a WinnResidential managed community.

Great staff, maintenance is always on the ball. Lots of great opportunities for FREE trips and fun community activities for families. If you are willing to put in the work, North Village in Webster Ma is a great place to live while making your dream home a reality.

I mean no star I have deeded parking spot that belong to my unit and they plow the snow on my parking spot instead of cleaning the spot now I have no access. Manager celines sanjurjo clueless what to do. Company they hired has no idea or instruction how to plow the snow. And the boss jean beauchon is not providing his phone number or email so nobody bothers him . any way dirty work.

If you are looking for a new place to call home, you should check out their properties. In addition, the staff treats you like family!!

I have had a lot of landlords in the city of Boston, but the team at Mission Main has exceeded all of my expectations. They really care about their residents, and go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy and that any issues are resolved quickly. I would recommend Mission Main to anyone looking for an apartment in the mission hill area.

Call for general information on the documents that the company wants. I was greeted by the receptionist w said she was a property manager and she was not. Then he transferred me to Carmen, who very unfriendly attended to me, very inattentive, lazy, inept. I do not recommend them. Service to lousy new customers and former tenants, much worse.

I've lived at a Winn owned and managed property for many years now and I love how responsive the staff at my management office are. They always put residents first and the staff all work very hard to help me be comfortable in my home. I feel like they really care for my wellbeing. Especially during this pandemic, Winn has figured out how to support residents with their community partnerships.They help us find resources that are available so that we can stay in our homes and are really committed to taking care of residents. I know my friends do not get the same type of service at other non-Winn properties and I am so grateful to be living in a home managed by Winn!

Being a Winn vendor for several years we have found them to be very responsive to the needs of the residents through providing improvements, repairs, and maintenance to the equipment that keep the buildings running. They require a comprehensive plan when work will impact the residents, resulting in a smoother operation. Safety on the sites is also paramount which makes working for them easier and better for our employees.

Quarrystone at Overlook Ridge Drive is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, and we keep getting lots of upgrades and enhancements to the already many facilities like the pool, gym, common/social areas, mail areas, and more.

Jaimie, the current property manager as of writing this review in December 2019, has been fantastic. Jaimie runs the property extremely well and truly goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of. Jaimie does a fantastic job keeping all operations running smoothly, handling issues, and communicating to the community. Jaimie and her leasing staff also handle challenging operations like package deliveries and snow removal exceptionally well.

Being in the winter season, and already have multiple snowstorms, Quarrystone is incredible at dealing with snow removal. I see the army of snowplows in the parking lot and drivable areas during storms to ensure residents can drive and park safely. And the following day, they clean up the snow down to the bare ground. They make a super stressful situation like this completely worry free.

We ve also seen many new enhancements and perks to the residents including a revamp of the gym with all new equipment and huge TVs, a dedicated core training room, more study rooms, a common room with separate areas for parties, a sports viewing lounge, and a giant coffee/latte/cocoa machine free for residents, and much more.

Jaimie's maintenance team is stellar as well. You can easily submit a maintenance issue on Winn Residential s online portal and explain your issue with as much detail as you need, and they do everything in their power to fix your issue in a timely manner.

I trust Jaimie, the leasing staff, and the maintenance staff in all the actions and decisions they make. They have proven many times over they know precisely how to manage an apartment complex efficiently, especially one this large. I would not live here if not for the fantastic leasing and maintenance staff. I plan on purchasing a home at some point in the future, but for now, there is no place I would rather live than Quarrystone at Overlook Ridge Drive.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Owners never come out to check on property or the people that they hire to work for them. If you call the corporate office They never return your phone call(s) or emails, better yet they won t even answer they phone. No matter what time you call. The rental office will close out of no where without them sending out the proper notice to notify residents. Paperwork is never done on time!!!! The employees are very rude and have little to no knowledge about the rules or lease! Parking is horrible in my building. Very inconsistent with the rules. The Employees talk about each all the time, they even argue or say rude and distasteful remarks to each other in front of residents. Maintenance workers are lazy and takes a month or long to complete a work order. They send out notices late!!! Residents use the drop box to pay rent and the rent gets stolen and they blame the residents saying You have to make sure nobody sees you putting it in the box, there s nothing we can do about it Also they was will give your keys to anybody with out asking to see a ID and without checking paperwork to see if the person is on your lease agreement! I advise you not to move into any of the WinnResidentail properties! If I could rate them no stars I would!!! The list of things can go on and on and on!!!! The problem starts with Corporate on down ! If they can t get it right at the top then nothing can be solved!!!!!

They do not care about their residents or the people they employ. All they want is their rent money, they allow people that have been evicted on the property to harass the other residents. We ve been out of hot water for 4 days and still haven t fixed the problem, bad place to live.

I moved into the Curtain Lofts in 2012 and I am very happy with property and company.

By far the best place to live at. Such a great community. The office manager has such a huge heart!

The worst company doesn't pay and they want you to double work for less

As a resident hear at Kendrigan Place you d love it here as I do... The Property manager she is very professional, helpful, caring and very responsive.. The maintenance team is very responsive and nice.. and he takes care of things in a great timely manner.. you will also enjoy the quietness that this building has to offer compared to some places, modern style place.. and best of all very secure and safe building.. I give this apartment building a 5 star rating hands down

I live at their property Mill Pond Village in Connecticut. It is very well maintained. The office staff are very nice. One time they had to send maintenance up to check smoke detectors and I was sick with my family being sick. And they skipped my apartment (they told me to rest and they'd come in a couple days to my unit) so we could rest. The last thing we wanted was the loud noise. And even though them doing so would probably put a dent in whatever they're doing in a few days, they still came a few days later. There is a playground and my son is 6 and he loves it. They have a fitness room and an outdoor in ground pool for swimming too. The maintenance guys don't barge in. You can request that they don't come in unless you're home and if I'm busy, they try to come when I'm available to fix any issues (we've been here for 3 years and only had a few issues). My preferred maintenance worker is Freddie and I can request that he comes too when I need maintenance. He's the first maintenance guy I had come up and very friendly so he's my preferred. He's very nice to my son too. He always explains what he's doing. Please tell him thank you to whoever reads these reviews. The grounds are kept clean. Plenty of yard space for my son to run around. In my opinion, it's managed nicely. The office staff take packages from ups and fed ex for us and we can pick them up from the office which is really convenient. When I bring my son down, the office staff are so nice to him he likes going there. I moved here because I lived here for the first 7 years of my life and I really liked it. It's nicer looking now. Highly recommend their properties.

I live in Castle Square, and the community is friendly. The company is quick to fix any issues with maintenance, and the area is kept in good shape.

I received a call from Tonya Graham the senior property manager from Winn. When I answered the phone she immediately greeted me but my first name and apologized for me experience.

I was taken back because she never once made an excuse for Nancy's behavior or tried to justify Nancy behavior.

Tonya asked me questions and listened to my response and made me feel heard. I told her I was not going to complete my recertification in the Stonegate office and was going to go to Villa Savannah and complete it there.

I was very impressed how she is taking the time out of her hectic schedule to complete the recertification process with me.

I really appreciate Tonya for turning a bad situation good.

I also want to thank Teresa Nguyen for always taking the time to help in a difficult situation.

Today Jorge and Kristie we re here to change batteries on the CO ALARM and the filter on my air conditioner/furnace. As usual she(the manager) and he (maintenance super) were cheerful and checked all the apartment and left me with the feeling ALL IS WELL! It s been 3 years since I moved in and still believe it was the best thing I could have done. This management team is the GREATEST,and I again thank you.

I have lived at Manomet Place since it opened in 2013. The property is well maintained both inside and out. My apartment has everything I could possibly have hoped for in an apartment home. I have met so many good friends here. The management goes above and beyond for the residents. I recommend it to all my friends.

I have been waiting over a month to have my AC repaired. All I get is excuses I am 73 and ignored ..My room temp is 85 degrees
