Quarrystone at Overlook Ridge Drive is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, and we keep getting lots of upgrades and enhancements to the already many facilities like the pool, gym, common/social areas, mail areas, and more.

Jaimie, the current property manager as of writing this review in December 2019, has been fantastic. Jaimie runs the property extremely well and truly goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of. Jaimie does a fantastic job keeping all operations running smoothly, handling issues, and communicating to the community. Jaimie and her leasing staff also handle challenging operations like package deliveries and snow removal exceptionally well.

Being in the winter season, and already have multiple snowstorms, Quarrystone is incredible at dealing with snow removal. I see the army of snowplows in the parking lot and drivable areas during storms to ensure residents can drive and park safely. And the following day, they clean up the snow down to the bare ground. They make a super stressful situation like this completely worry free.

We ve also seen many new enhancements and perks to the residents including a revamp of the gym with all new equipment and huge TVs, a dedicated core training room, more study rooms, a common room with separate areas for parties, a sports viewing lounge, and a giant coffee/latte/cocoa machine free for residents, and much more.

Jaimie's maintenance team is stellar as well. You can easily submit a maintenance issue on Winn Residential s online portal and explain your issue with as much detail as you need, and they do everything in their power to fix your issue in a timely manner.

I trust Jaimie, the leasing staff, and the maintenance staff in all the actions and decisions they make. They have proven many times over they know precisely how to manage an apartment complex efficiently, especially one this large. I would not live here if not for the fantastic leasing and maintenance staff. I plan on purchasing a home at some point in the future, but for now, there is no place I would rather live than Quarrystone at Overlook Ridge Drive.
