Absolutely the worst company ever. Owners never come out to check on property or the people that they hire to work for them. If you call the corporate office They never return your phone call(s) or emails, better yet they won t even answer they phone. No matter what time you call. The rental office will close out of no where without them sending out the proper notice to notify residents. Paperwork is never done on time!!!! The employees are very rude and have little to no knowledge about the rules or lease! Parking is horrible in my building. Very inconsistent with the rules. The Employees talk about each all the time, they even argue or say rude and distasteful remarks to each other in front of residents. Maintenance workers are lazy and takes a month or long to complete a work order. They send out notices late!!! Residents use the drop box to pay rent and the rent gets stolen and they blame the residents saying You have to make sure nobody sees you putting it in the box, there s nothing we can do about it Also they was will give your keys to anybody with out asking to see a ID and without checking paperwork to see if the person is on your lease agreement! I advise you not to move into any of the WinnResidentail properties! If I could rate them no stars I would!!! The list of things can go on and on and on!!!! The problem starts with Corporate on down ! If they can t get it right at the top then nothing can be solved!!!!!
