I have been a resident here for over 20 years and love it! I live alone and feel very safe here. The building is right across the street from the mbta which runs great. The unit itself is a clean, and very much up to date. There are yearly inspections, every 6 months filter and battery changes. The building offers washer and dryers on every floor, there is a part, plenty of parking spaces for residents and guests and 2 elevators. If there is ever and issue with something in your unit not working maintenance for the most part comes same day. As well hallway issues with lights etc are always taken care of in a timely manner. There is very minimal noise and the building inside and out is kept clean.
