After posting my horrible experience at Stonegate Apartment in San Jose.

I received a call from Tonya Graham the senior property manager from Winn. When I answered the phone she immediately greeted me but my first name and apologized for me experience.

I was taken back because she never once made an excuse for Nancy's behavior or tried to justify Nancy behavior.

Tonya asked me questions and listened to my response and made me feel heard. I told her I was not going to complete my recertification in the Stonegate office and was going to go to Villa Savannah and complete it there.

I was very impressed how she is taking the time out of her hectic schedule to complete the recertification process with me.

I really appreciate Tonya for turning a bad situation good.

I also want to thank Teresa Nguyen for always taking the time to help in a difficult situation.

Thank you Tonya, I was very impressed with your prompt attention to this matter.
