Dear people, this is not a review, this is a warning to anyone who wants to make a beautiful photo album and who would like this professionally delivered by a reliable and sincere company. Beware! Don't do it through Albelli! Rather look for another supplier. Read the numerous complaints below and on various platforms. My story is not much different than all the others. After googling for a short while I have on 8dec. decided to choose Albelli especially for the perfectly working photo app that is very user friendly. That is the positive feedback.
To keep a very long story short. They promise you through their site and promotions that they will deliver your products on time. This was clearly stated on the site that they could deliver for Christmas. They don't do that at all! The excuses are always the same (too many requests and machine broken, people sick) in short, they even continue to promise black and white until a day before delivery that it is going to be on time and then an automatic we are sorry the delivery will not be on time send message a day before delivery. In my case at 7.30 pm it is outrageous! I have never experienced anything like this before and feel along with everyone else who happened to the same thing. The customer service only works with bots, so no personal handling, nothing.
I did receive a discount voucher of 25 for the next order. Thank you for the gesture but no we will not do that anymore. So on Dec. 24 (despite the fact that they had promised to deliver for Christmas on the site) other gifts had to be provided quickly, so extra costs were incurred in addition to the amount I had already spent for the 2 XL luxury photo albums! But that's not all. I have placed an official notice of default through paypal and let them know in time that they no longer have to send the order because I would rather have my money back if I had to incur other costs. But cunning as they are, they did not respond to this and sent the order 3 days later so that I now have to wait for or pick up the package, make the effort to print new shipping labels (albeit free) and then return the package to the post office to wait and see if they still want to refund my money. I have so little faith in this company that I can already suspect that this will not work out.
This is a very unfair company and I recommend looking for other alternatives that do have positive reviews. To close. I would have been less sorry if they had been honest than I could have provided a different solution in time but they have opted for the opportunism and to lie to me all the time through their fake customer service bots (I have been approached by 6 different bot names ). After reading other reviews from this period, it has also become apparent that they have continued to accept orders despite knowing they could not handle it but cash register cash is already within bah !!! Because of this I will never place another order there despite their perfectly working app! I hope to be able to warn a few people with this.
Today we are December 30 and still not received anything!
