Bad service. Recently their program has become difficult, you have to call continuously, tell your whole story again and again and it still does not work properly. And that while we recently purchased yet another coupon to make a photo book. Have we spent a fortune with them there to be treated so badly? Very disappointing !!!!!

What terrible customer service after several mista...

What terrible customer service after several mistakes from Albelli. Among other things, it took 17 (!) Days from order to receipt. After an error occurred with the online software during the first order and the order had to be canceled. Because of this I no longer received the photo book for Christmas. And not after that. It was only delivered in January. The customer service knew nothing but to read that it will be delivered as soon as possible .... 104 euros spent for a Christmas gift that did not come.
No compensation or compensation for failure to meet the delivery term and delivery time.

Bad service. Agreements are not fulfilled. On the site there is a delivery time of about five working days on a photo album. I have been waiting for nine days now and nothing has happened with the order. During the chat I get to hear something different; 'computer failure', 'it is on Black Friday', 'there is a delay'. Next time just make a photo album with Hema.

Have your photo book printed at albelli and now receive a wrongly printed book up to 3 times. From now on printing at saaldigital where you pay a little more but certainly better quality and many times better customer service.

Dear people, this is not a review, this is a warning to anyone who wants to make a beautiful photo album and who would like this professionally delivered by a reliable and sincere company. Beware! Don't do it through Albelli! Rather look for another supplier. Read the numerous complaints below and on various platforms. My story is not much different than all the others. After googling for a short while I have on 8dec. decided to choose Albelli especially for the perfectly working photo app that is very user friendly. That is the positive feedback.

To keep a very long story short. They promise you through their site and promotions that they will deliver your products on time. This was clearly stated on the site that they could deliver for Christmas. They don't do that at all! The excuses are always the same (too many requests and machine broken, people sick) in short, they even continue to promise black and white until a day before delivery that it is going to be on time and then an automatic we are sorry the delivery will not be on time send message a day before delivery. In my case at 7.30 pm it is outrageous! I have never experienced anything like this before and feel along with everyone else who happened to the same thing. The customer service only works with bots, so no personal handling, nothing.

I did receive a discount voucher of 25 for the next order. Thank you for the gesture but no we will not do that anymore. So on Dec. 24 (despite the fact that they had promised to deliver for Christmas on the site) other gifts had to be provided quickly, so extra costs were incurred in addition to the amount I had already spent for the 2 XL luxury photo albums! But that's not all. I have placed an official notice of default through paypal and let them know in time that they no longer have to send the order because I would rather have my money back if I had to incur other costs. But cunning as they are, they did not respond to this and sent the order 3 days later so that I now have to wait for or pick up the package, make the effort to print new shipping labels (albeit free) and then return the package to the post office to wait and see if they still want to refund my money. I have so little faith in this company that I can already suspect that this will not work out.

This is a very unfair company and I recommend looking for other alternatives that do have positive reviews. To close. I would have been less sorry if they had been honest than I could have provided a different solution in time but they have opted for the opportunism and to lie to me all the time through their fake customer service bots (I have been approached by 6 different bot names ). After reading other reviews from this period, it has also become apparent that they have continued to accept orders despite knowing they could not handle it but cash register cash is already within bah !!! Because of this I will never place another order there despite their perfectly working app! I hope to be able to warn a few people with this.

Today we are December 30 and still not received anything!

Great software. Customer service is bad. They say they can be reached via WhatsApp, but 2 working days later I have no response back. E-mail form on site does not work via mobile, no alternative. Telephone customer service has a dismissal policy, including having yourself call to postnl if a package is lost.

Tickets ordered on 2/12. I had to take into account a few extra days due to Christmas rush. Anyway a call because I expect them today .. Get to hear that they are not even in production, because of the crowds, another week has been added, so that comes to a total of +3 weeks. So the cards will arrive just before Christmas! These are Christmas photo cards, so they never arrive on time. Even now they promise to deliver for Christmas .. today ordered the 19/12 at home, but this is not true. I have told them to delete this from the site. Order now canceled now I have to look for another printer to print it within 2 days, if they had informed me earlier I could still solve this with another printer. Bad service!!!

Well priced but unfortunately quite a long delivery time, at least too long for me due to the fact that the gift had to be given earlier than was feasible with printing. After ordering I saw that I would only receive my photos after 7 days. Immediately emailed that it was too late and immediately got my money back. Decently!

Overall, I was satisfied with the production of Albelli. However, the last time a mistake was made. Called about this. Telephone support was bad. Have received an email with the request to provide the necessary information. The same day made this order. Albelli pretends to answer within 2 days. Not. After a week not yet received a message about the handling of the complaint. Then another email sent. Albelli is and remains unavailable due to the complaints. Am NOT satisfied. Order number. Bad service. My photo album was lost during shipment, so it had to be resent. I finally had to call twice at the back before I had clarity whether the book was sent or not. When calling the second time I was told that the book was already made and sent. However, I then received an e-mail that the book was delayed in production and therefore had a 2-day delay (which does not correspond with the information provided by customer service). The book finally arrived on November 12 (instead of October 25). The quality is good, therefore 2 stars. I had sent an email to the head office because I was not satisfied and as a 'compensation' I get a 30% discount, which is, however, also normally available in the webshop.

Photo album ordered from Belgium, the package would only have been sent in a week and a half. received nothing. After another week of calling where it left off, apparently it was sent back to NL. Then went to send the package again. Still not received 1 month later. No action was taken after I called several times. only back in production after a month and a half. now almost 2 months later my album still not. This was the first and the last time!

Sent Sunday night, but will arrive in system 0h08, so Monday. Called but "no problem book is still coming Saturday", day after
pledged 5 days. But nice not! Are you struggling to submit on time.
Worthless what a slow production. In future photo factory but try those are better and faster according to radar!

Unclear website, which states that formats can be adjusted. Unfortunately, it does not seem to work in the online version of the program. When creating a large album, it is possible to enlarge. Shame about all the time that has been put into it. The lady of the customer service cheerfully says "oh yes, we get complaints about this more often!" Apparently this is no reason to change the website.

The website states that the album will be sent after 4 days, but it is possible to collect an album earlier. As long as you have not received a shipping message you can call customer service for an appointment. Unfortunately, no one can predict when the album will be ready and can be picked up. The advice is to simply wait until the album is printed and posted after 4 (!) Working days.

Thanks for thinking so ... Next time, order elsewhere. Hopefully the result is nice, I am curious.

First edition of ordered photo album was an error. I got a new one without problems. It was subsequently lost in the post and here too it was not difficult to deal with and a new copy was sent. It took a while, but really top customer service!

Ordered photos on November 10th. I have received a confirmation of that order and that it would be delivered within 2-3 working days. Now more than a month later, 2 phone calls and a lot of emails, I get the message that the photos did not come through properly. Should it take 1 month? I needed the photos for a gift, so that fell completely into the water. I think it is special that nobody could explain this to me by telephone or e-mail and that it should not take so long to find out. Then I have to re-order my photos myself, I can 're' order them for free. Okay so somewhere at Albelli something goes wrong and do I have to solve it? At work with me, isn't that how it works?

Online software contains glitches: photos are randomly duplicated and placed over pages. This seems to happen when saving.
Very Annoying, every time you open the album to work on it, you first have to thoroughly check what has happened again, or has disappeared. The possibilities within the software are nice again.
Customer service is lousy. Unfortunately!

By merging their technical platforms, they did not warn customers that their old projects would no longer be compatible with the new system from 1 July 2019 ... Result: months and months of creations put in the trash ! INADMISSIBLE!

I was always very satisfied with Albelli. Super easy and lots of options. That is still fine. I have already made more than 10 photo albums. And rate it with at least 4 stars. Only now I have trouble uploading. I always get an error message and then it doesn't work. I have been uploading 65 pages for two days, but then it stops at Host: unknown or something. HELP

For years I have been a customer of Albelli with g...

For years I have been a customer of Albelli with great satisfaction, but what they have done now is simply incomprehensible. Suddenly they changed my zip code (which has been in their system for years) and my order of 3 photo albums is not delivered. After numerous emails and also by telephone contact I am assured that the order will be delivered again but then the right address. You will not believe it but again the ordered books will be sent to an incorrect address. If this were to happen I gave the order to cancel the order and to refund my payment. Then I receive an e-mail with the message dear lady (I am already 57 years of the male gender - also known to them) the payment can be returned within 14 days (well, but preferably 14 days while I had to pay immediately with my order) expect.
I find this very sad that matters are handled in this way and they have lost a loyal customer.

Poor communication, delivery data certainly cannot live up to (it is not a day or 2 wrong, but more than 2 weeks). Customer service can be much better (do not think along, but only follow rules; no empathy - it is no use to you). Unfortunately! I order somewhere else next time

Months and memories lost work - Spent a few months with a photo book of van Albelli (offline program). After a software update by Albelli, the album suddenly disappeared, containing all our memories of the development of our son from 1 to 2 years old. Unfortunately, we have not stored these events anywhere else because we assumed that the photo book could never be lost. After many urges (15 emails, 5 phone calls and 3 chat sessions) Albelli comes with a 10 discount on a next order. They indicate that they cannot do anything else. They also cannot restore the Backup files that we made halfway through. Please pay attention and do not store important information in your photo books as it may just be lost!

Terrible customer service. We are in 2020 and it takes weeks to process an issue. It is unbelievable.
I have taken about 6h to create a photo album as a present, saved it every couple minutes the project, and the next day when I had to finalize the project, it did not work, project was blank. Of course issues can happen in the online world, but it now takes 4 weeks to process this? Every time I chat with them they either did not know or keep saying the technical department is busy with the issue. Then, after providing the necessary documents to the technical department, they said it was not correct (after a week!!!!!) and here we go again. "Sorry for the inconvenience, our technical department is working on it" is continuing to be the motto after 4 weeks and my loved one is still, without a birthday present due to issues taking forever. Next time, going for sure to a direct competitor.

Do not promote and email your customers that you can handle the crowds and ordered on Dec 17, tomorrow and well in time for Christmas in house if you can not live up to this. Now I ordered neatly and you get that promotion from your site because you can not handle it. Bad to get sales that way!

If you can not handle the crowds or simply do not promote them, then as a customer you do not expect anything
