We can freaking fly around the whole world, go on beautiful holiday and business trips! Its really only up to ourselves what we make out of it, change your spoiled attitude! Even in times when circumstances might not be the best (waiting times, long queues, expensive prices, tired staff etc.) WE can decide how we deal with them: Read a book, talk to your friends, observe your surrounding and be curious, even talk to strangers if you want, smile at them, or just chill and take some time out! Appreciate this opportunity to fly over clouds, thousands of kilometres up high in the air, how amazing is that?! Stay creative, stay grateful!

Pick pockets during the security checks and customs/passport control closed 15 mins before flight departure. Not enough staff with customers queuing for hours.
Passport control closed for ages, overcrowded, the only ATM is out of service, currency exchange closed, shops don't accept Amex or contactless so was left unable to buy even water after my visa was stolen

I land and leave this airport on average once a year. It is inefficient, old, and the work of the Italian services at a low level. But Sicily is great.

The airport is clean, the number of seats does not deviate from the standard, everyone will find something to sit on.
