They want your money but they don't want to do their job. Rented a place they managed for 2 years and during that time, they were reluctant about replacing a HVAC system that was ancient. Kept telling me to check the filter when I had a nest that told me that the AC was running for 10+hours each day to not even get cold. Then I had a very leaky bathroom faucet that wasn't just a dribble but a steady stream. I had to turn off the water to that bathroom because I knew it would run up the water bill. For months, I kept emailing them and they never fixed it. Then when I moved out, the itemized list of "things wrong" was 20+. I had requested to paint the walls from green to white when I moved in and they claim that "the paint was bleeding through" and charged me $1500 to repaint the whole house. I don't know what to say. Speechless. Will never rent a Oak Crest managed property again.

After a 2.5 year lease, I can t recommend leasing from this company. Property grounds were not maintained as agreed upon, a pipe burst in our apartment, and after it was all said and done the company withheld our security deposit (and then some) to fix problems which either did not exist or were the result of expected wear and tear of a multiple year lease. When I discussed the issue with Mandie she was unprofessional at best, actually hanging up the phone when asked for an explanation of costs. I have spoken with other tenants of this company, and unfortunately this is common place for Oak Crest Realty. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have called this company three times to ask about a rental property and the Realtor has yet to call me back. I called her, tried to leave a voicemail and her mailbox was full. Completely unprofessional. When I called again to ask about speaking to her, a gentleman told me "I don't know, I'm not her secretary". I have tried to give them a chance but they do not treat people kindly or fair. Don't waste your time calling, they won't call you back.
