Wills Chevrolet Buick GMC Review

Wills always has my best interests at heart. Being able to trust your mechanic is VERY important, especially when you're not mechanically inclined. I wont buy or service my vehicle anywhere else.

Purchased my GMC terrain 2018 brand new and just leaving my review now lol. Wills service has been amazing over the last couple of years. Thank you all at Will's. Never any issues. We just brought my boyfriend's car in also so they could service it. He bought it at a lesser reputable place... it has had a wobble since we bought it. Driving on highways has felt very nerve racking and unsafe and the dealership we bought it from did not care or even think it was an issue. Wills had it for a couple of hours and ordered a new axle for my bfs car. We finally got answers! I will always recommend Will's.

Went to Wills based on the recommendation of a friend. I worked with Dan Wilson to try to find a used vehicle. Dan was great at keeping me informed of inventory, and providing quick price quotes on vehicles. I took a vehicle for a test drive but it wasn t for me. Dan listened to my feedback and gave other options. Unfortunately I was on a tight timeline and was looking for something specific. But I would definitely go back when it s time to purchase my next vehicle.

I received great news after leaving my Traverse with Joe Smiley in the service dept. The water pump was replaced, free of charge. I was also not required to pay the deductible. It was a 5 star visit.

I never had a pleasant experience in the service dealerships in the past but with ongoing and misdiagnosed issues with my truck i was left with no other choice. Well I have no complaints at all Justin Zottl service advisor was patient, understanding and honest. I will be going back to Wills if needed.

My son had his car repaired at Fix Auto Grimsby, Judy, the Assistant Collision Manager, was very kind and proficient at her job.

I am very happy with Wills Chevrolet. The sales team treated me excellent, hence I bought a new truck from them. Steve Heczko was my salesperson. As my new truck was being prepared for delivery to me, a problem was found. A defective arm rest /storage compartment. The parts manager called me to let me know that a new armrest, had been ordered & was in. Please stop in to book an appointment. Great service. I was totally unaware of the fact they were going to replace this part. As far as was concerned, the issue had been fixed BEFOREHAND. it worked fine for me. Once again, GREAT SERVICE.

Sure Fix employees could not have made it easier for me to get my repair done. Efficient and friendly made the inconvience of getting my car fixed a pleasure! Thank you!

Very happy with the service results and the price was fair. I expected a more pro-active communication experience. Dropped the car off at appointed time of 8:15 am. Picked up the car at 10:30 am 2 days later. I made 5 phone calls to find out progress, estimate, status and eta (twice). Did not receive one call from the dealer. So my rating is about the end result.

I just had my first experience with Wills. Unfortunately I had to have some hefty and unexpected work done on my 2012 Chevy Colorado. Justin from the service department was beyond amazing. He was understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed with his customer service skills, and how he went above and beyond to do his job to the very best. Took almost 2 weeks for a bumper to be changed. Cleaned the inside of my car though, good detailers at least.

Couldn t be happier with the service. I was traveling from US just ahead of a long weekend when ran into a problem with my diesel exhaust system. I obviously hadn t scheduled an appointment but they took me right in, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Bonus was the work was covered under warranty.

I am very satisfied, I spent forty minutes in office. Leading up to the sale, I contacted salesman by phone. Ordered exactly what I wanted and was impressed how organized they were at wills. Great experience, would recommend them to everyone.

Roy Bourne and the team at Wills Chevrolet were outstanding. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase and they were helpful in many ways. I just picked up my new Equinox today and Roy took his time walking me through all of the bells and whistles that the suv has.

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire swap. Made an appointment for the service. Got there and was told "it will be hours". Questioned why and was told it was because they were running behind from the morning and had no bay available. This is a poor excuse...they should be managing their technicians and bays better as to be able to accommodate their appointments. Otherwise, why take appointments? In the end, I was done in an hour and forty five minutes, but only after getting extremely frustrated and complaining about the fact that it should not take "hours" for an oil change.

Justin is knowledgeable,friendly,explains fully what needs to be done and cost so there are no surprises. Justin and the Service Team, including Mechanics and ladies at the payment desk are efficient and care about customer satisfaction.

I used Fix Auto After I was recently involved in a collision. The staff and service were amazing, I can t thank them enough. When I picked up my car I could not believe how great of a job they did. I hope it never happens again but if it does, I will definitely be using their services again.

I think I got a good deal with ROY. The people were pleasant and not pushy. The coffee was good as well as the do-nut. All in all a reasonably pleasant experience. This is my second new car purchase and I am from out of town.

I found that Ron Lane was very helpful and made the buying experience enjoyable. He took his time to carefully explain everything about the vehicle. Wendy was also helpful in explaining all the warranties and options.

I faced an emergency when my windshield wiper motor stopped working while I was on the QEW in heavy rain. They were so very kind to take me in and help me get the problem fixed quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. I am very grateful for their outstanding service.

We were shopping around at many dealers and found our experience at this dealership the best, by far. Our salesman David not only made us feel completely comfortable and as though we could trust him, but he also went above and beyond by making sure we could get the best price. During this experience we not only left Ford, we chose a Chevrolet model over all the others in its class and Wills Chevrolet over it's own competition between Welland, St Catharines, and Hamilton locations. This mainly due to an amazing salesman personality. Even after purchasing our vehicle and small accessories being shipped after pickup, David drove out to get my vehicle for this work to save me from driving out of town and sitting around with 2 small children while the work was completed. Gave us a run down of each vehicle and the features. And helped us differentiate the features between vehicles and how they fit with our needs.

Once we narrowed down which vehicle we wanted, he and Ashley helped organize all of the paper work and allowed for email communication as we don't live close to the dealership.

We got a nice tour of the collision centre and service centre and a very thorough orientation of our new vehicle and all the special features.

To be honest, my wife can't wait to call Jim when she is ready for her new car. She's got her eyes on the Buick Enclave!!

when i asked to be quoted for a 2016 base model 1500 they gave me a quote for the true north edition (10K more than base model) and said thats the lowest package they offer. after insisting i wanted a base model they finally quoted it but with an attitude

I had a great experience with Wills. I m not from Grimsby but heard good things about them so I wanted to give them an opportunity. My car was ready and detailed to my satisfaction when I arrived to pick it up. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable walking me through the features of my new vehicle. They set my phone up to Bluetooth so I wouldn t need to worry about it once I started driving. Grimsby is about 45 minutes away for me, but I will surely make the drive for service. As far as first new car purchases go, I don't think any other dealer could have made it as great and easy as Wills. I bought my car from them a year ago and it was so smooth that Wills will be my go to in the future. My salesman Richard couldn't have been more helpful. Every update I requested he got me quickly and kept me informed on my order. When the car got there, everything was ready to go for me to enjoy the weekend.

Now on the service side of things? Nothing bad can be said there either. The service side is knowledgeable and gives you no BS answers. Anything you need done you can be assured they will do it properly with zero worries. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Camaro and it will continue to return to Wills every year after it comes out of storage.

I would like to keep my name anonymous to protect my own identity and I do not wish to be treated differently if I choose to return. I have been dealing with Wills Chev for years now and have bought/serviced multiple vehicles. I usually deal with Joe in service and he has been nothing but great. The last visit I came in for my typical service and noted 1 issue I was having with my vehicle, Joe was tied up when I was checking in and I went to the next advisor (I believe his name was Andrew) The gentleman came across nice and courteous. That was until he gave me an update on my vehicles issue, not understanding much about vehicles, he was very rude and short with me in the waiting lounge and made me feel very embarrassed and ashamed to be asking the questions I was. This dealership was always top notch in my books and this experience has made me view the morals of the new staff in a very negative way. I am not looking for pity but rather to ensure someone in my shoes will not have to feel as small as this gentleman as made me feel.

Service team is knowledgeable and efficient. Brakes and oil done on my truck. Very happy with work.

I would not recommend their serive department. They didn't do the work properly on my vehicle. I got it towed back to their shop to correct the error and they refused to pay me back for the tow. Definitely never taking my vehicle there again.

They helped me when my car broke down unexpectedly. I had no appointment, but they were able to get me in and out within a couple of hours. So far the repair has been great.

I have dealt wih Joe Smiley (Service Advisor) for a few years now. I asked him for a recommendation for a low pressure sales person. He put me in touch with Dan Wilson who I talked to about my needs and what I was looking for at a price I could afford. Buying a vehicle can be stressfful, I usually drive my vehicles into the ground so I don't have to go thru the hassels. My last truck had 370,000 km. I was impressed by the staff involved and will likely be taking my new truck to Wills for the service and defineately be looking there should I ever need another vehicle and will be recommending them to friends and family.

2012 Cruze, 155k, three problems: 1) leaking oil from cam cover, 2) leaking coolant from hose, 3) pinging noise from top of cylinder head. Cam cover gasket and coolant hose repaired under warranty: great. But $130 to "diagnose" a loose spark plug? Give me a break. Family has bought from this dealer for years, but lucky to get two stars and any future business...

My overall experience has always been wonderful at Wills. The Service department are always very professional and go the extra mile to provide excellent ... customer service.

Just purchased a used 2008 Corvette from another dealer. I took it to Wills Chevrolet to get a "once over" to make sure everything was fine. Joe Smiley was my Service Advisor.
