Wills is a fantastic dealership for all of your vehicle needs! I could not recommend a better service advisor than Joe Smiley, he has a wealth of knowledge and is a genuinely nice person to deal with. The parts team is strong and they do everything they can to take care of their customers. There are a few members of the sales team that I have dealt with and would highly recommend, specifically Dan, Richard, and Ashley. I have appreciated the "family" atmosphere of Wills Chev over the 10 years that I have had vehicles with them, and that still stands after the recent change of ownership. Highly recommended!

I went to the big truck dealers in Grimsby one Saturday and told them all I would buy a truck today and I needed to know the selling price of the new truck after all discounts, the trade in value of my truck, and current financing terms. Out of Ford, Chrysler, and GM, Roy at Wills was the only guy that gave me all that information by the time I came back from my first test drive. Dave handled the sale the next day and found a truck with exactly the options I needed from their huge lot and walked me through the process of trading my truck for a new one. I came back about three times and Dave was very accommodating every time. Wills is a very pleasant dealership without the hard sell you get from some other places. I'm talking to you Ford. The 2018 GMC Sierra is a dream to drive and very affordable. I recommend Wills to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck.

Had a very good experience at Wills, John at the service centre was great and so was everyone else, even wearing masks you could tell there was a smile. We were happy with the service and the cost.
Due to the virus they wiped the steering wheel and vehicle controls with a cleansing agent.

The service was pleasant, but the issues were never fixed. Took it in three times for a back up camera issue. Now the warranty is past and all the will do is change the same parts, which never fixed the problems in the first place. In their defense, the work was being done by someone outside the dealership. In the end it was all a waste of time.

The salesman I worked with, Dan, was very helpful. I told him what I wanted as well as my budget and he provided me with multiple options and explained the benefits of each one, making it very easy to make a decision. He will always be my first choice when looking for a new car!

I must say that the purchase of my new car was in a word..."painless".
Everyone I spoke to or had dealings with were helpful, polite and very friendly. My questions were answered promptly and honestly. I have purchased several new cars in my life time and this is the first time I felt as comfortable and happy signing the dotted line so to speak.
I actually really enjoyed the process.....that rarely happens in today's world.
I'm sure that the fact that I love my new Malibu doesn't hurt either...
I believe I was treated fairly and am happy with results.
Thank you to Roy, Ashley and Wendy for your professional and friendly conduct with me. Its much appreciated.
I would definitely return to your dealership in the future.

Terrible service department.

Terrible service department.
Traveling from Florida I made an appointment and stopped at this dealer as my heated seats stopped working. After 2 hours was told there was nothing wrong with them. Back and fourth and speaking to the manager led to nothing.
Went to another dealer and was diagnose the relay was bad in about 30mins.
Don t waste your time here.

As a proudly Canadian company, manufacturing in Canada and employing some 180 Canadians in the process - our whole ethic is to keep things within Canada where possible and more importantly to buy locally. We're well aware that GM do not build the Silverado in Oshawa now and that the latest vehicle addition came from Texas, but St Catharines remains a GM town and many in our community rely on GM for their direct or indirect welfare. Buying local and supporting Canadian jobs isn't an option, it's a basic necessity.

The service and professionalism at Wills Chevrolet has been outstanding. Thanks to Darren for making this simple and painless.

Just bought a Cruze in October 2015 and could not be any happier with the service I received. Jose was super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient, which was great. I have since told friends and family members about my experience, and one of them even purchased a vehicle from Wills after hearing how great of a job they're doing. I recently purchased a new Silverado from Wills Chevrolet and it was the best experience I have had to date when purchasing a new vehicle.

I dealt Dan Wilson the salesperson and Ashley Strickland who was I believe the finance manager . From the test drive to the presentation of my new truck everything was very smooth.

Very informed and professional. All my questions were answered and all details were made available.

There are many car dealerships to choose from but Wills gives you the feel of small town hospitality with the selection and service of much larger dealership.

Very happy with my experience having my car repaired at Fix Auto at Wills. They were very polite, made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process clearly to me. They did great work on my car and ready to pick up exactly when they said from the start. I will use them again hands down. Also thank you for cleaning the car interior for me! Was a nice surprise!

Had a positive feeling from the moment Dave walked up to me in the lot. Heard me out and allowed me to explain my specific needs. Before going any further he suggested taking the Canyon for a test drive to ensure the ride suited my expectations and needs.
Both Dave and Ashley were very informative on vehicle options and coverages. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase anything. They worked with me to establish a package that was exactly what I needed.

Dave I won't hold it against you for being a Patriots fan :).

Dan Wilson, WOW. What an amazing experience. I always dealt with another dealership despite Wills being closer. The other dealership dropped the ball so I called Dan on advise from a friend. Within 1.45 hours I had the deal done and on it's way to be delivered ! So easy. The attention to detail with unmatched and beyond efficient.communication is everything and Dan did such a great job at keeping me in the loop constantly. I never once had to call to find out what was happening. We even texted all the details so that was very convenient.
I would also say the rest of the sales staff was also great. I would feel safe vouching for anyone in this dealership. Top notch. Thank you

I was early for my appointment, but I was met by John who told me what I had ordered. I had ordered my tires to be changed to summer tires. I also wanted an oil change done while I was there. John said it would take two hours. I sat and read a book for almost two hours when I was sent to the payment desk to pay for all the expenses, including storage of the winter tires. The waiting room where I waited for my car was arranged in a configuration of five chairs which were each at least 8 ft. apart. I was able to isolate myself during the wait.

Roy was wonderful to work with in helping me purchase my new (2016, new to me!) GMC Sierra pick-up truck. He's extremely personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the whole process, they were professional, friendly and attentive. Warranties were well explained and when we picked up the truck Dave helped us understand how all the features of the truck worked before we left the lot. A fun bonus...the lattes and photo op!

Service is alwys done in a timely manner and any unexpected problems are instantly relayed to the customer. Joe Smiley is one in a million and also answered a couple of questions I had concerning my transmission. The hydration bottle was an unexpedcted surprise. I did donate to the Alzheimer campaign they were running ( three cheers for that) and enjoyed a coffee and a cookie. There is no place better for service. Also had a computer lesson on scheduling my service appointments online.

Stephen Heczko suggested Factory order a truck that would be a good solution for our 1500 acre grain farm. He worked with us to Spec out a truck with correct options in which would be able to do work as well as look great !
Plus it came in within our Budgets.

Was able to get quick appt. for winter tire change.
upon arrival, not easy to understand what to do.
Understandably, no one is allowed to enter the building and they have a tent but could use some signage or instructions On what to do upon arrival.
I asked how long it would take and was told we only have 3 technicians so it will be about 1.5 hours
No problem but didn t need to hear the only 3 technicians part. If they could not accommodate , they should not have made the appointment.
I walked back home and waited for a call. They ended up calling me after 2.5 hours. 4:20 pm. And then informed me the gate closed at 4:45.
They left a paper in my car stating my steering wheel had been sanitized for my safety.
Anyway, this new way of doing things is new for all of us. Tires got changed and all is well.

Our truck was stolen while we were staying at a hotel. The staff at Wills was quick to assist us. They got us set up with a rental quickly. We were anxious about the damage to our vehicle and about getting back on our vacation route. They were continuously courteous when we continued to ask about the progress. We were quite pleased when the mechanics were able to diagnose the problem, find a solution and have us on the road before their Civic Holiday weekend. We were extremely grateful for their service. The detailing was awesome, too. Thank you so much!

Hi my first visit to this dealership with my 2015 corvette z51 for oil change.
I must say very happy the entire staff makes you feel welcomed. Justin Zottl was my adviser real nice guy took.his time we talked a bit about cars i felt really good, told him what problems i have had at other dealerships and he totally acknowledged what i was saying.
I would recommend Wills motors Grimsby to anyone with the experience i had to day . Oh by the way their coffee ( Espresso) is real beans not the nespresso pods lol.

Due to the current situation of our new normal, Wills provided excellent service to keep me safe and their employees safe. Safety measures were set up outside the entrance to minimize contact, including hand wipes and hand sanitizer. The service attendant sanitized the door handle and steering wheel of my truck before and after the service. Even when paying, everything was sanitized. My truck was ready in sufficient time. Friendly customer service.

I was in Florida with my 2016 gmc diesel truck which I purchased new from Wills. While travelling to an airport I had issues with a DEF fluid alarm. I wasn t sure what to do. I called wills motors and spoke to the service manager Jim, he advised me to get to the dealer immediately. The truck went into shutdown mode. The truck is under warranty but the nature of the repairs were not covered according to the service Center in Florida. This cost me more than $600 US. I went into Wills once I returned home and much to my surprise Jim remembered who I was from our conversation without even introducing myself. Jim reviewed my invoice and contacted GM on my behalf and the issue was resolved. This is great service both from Jim Mcinerny and GM. It is greatly appreciated.

My feelings are mixed about this place . First the posative . They did an amazing job on my truck and when it was fixed it ran perfect. They also provide shuttle service which was good too. When I first called however I was kinda upset 120 to scan my truck.without any repairs they wanted 120 which makes their job easier. I had to take it to my garage get it scanned then bring it there. They definitely ripping people off that way.

I am saddened that my problem is the fact that I purchased a 2011 Malibu. Everything about my car has been great until now.
I went on line and found out that many have had a problem with the engine light. I am sure it will not be an easy fix or sell.

Very poor customer care and service from the service department. Took my car in Now the 3rd time for a problem that they said they fixed but was only half fixed. Then they told me they never knew of the other problem that the car had after they told me it's where the problem was originating from! Then proceeded to tell me to drive my car unsafe and was unconcerned about my safety until I brought it up! This has been a horrible experience and I will not be doing business with them again.

Found a bolt laying in the body cavity - dealership doesn t have any service trucks to investigate the reported problem. They wanted me to schedule another appointment to look into it. Shop manager came out to my house. Pretty disappointed.

Very happy with the purchase of my Cruze Diesel.
It was important for me to have a low monthly lease, 0% financing and fuel economy on the car I picked.
Richard and the team at Wills understood those non-negotiable items from me and didn't try to upsell me or get me into a vehicle that I couldn't afford.
They were patient and even held the car on their lot for prior to purchase, while I made my decision and worked my insurance company. Richard even offered to help my spouse with a rear back-up camera on a Ford Edge at no charge!
I am so thrilled with my purchase as it's affordable and I will be back to Wills to upgrade the Ford Edge when it's time into a new GM!

After an accident that left our car written off, we needed to purchase a vehicle quickly. We didn't have the joy and excitement that usually comes with this type of purchase, so we weren't looking forward to the process. Darren (salesperson) and Jackie (finance) were amazing to deal with. They were down to earth, relatable people, who even made us a laugh a few times during a stressful period. We were relieved to feel like the dealership wasn't taking advantage of our situation (being somewhat desperate to purchase quickly) and provided fair pricing. When we add a second vehicle to our family, we will definitely return to Wills for another Chevy. Thanks Darren, Jackie & Team.
