Jim Faragalli took great care of us from start to finish.

Let us test drive many vehicles.
Gave us a run down of each vehicle and the features. And helped us differentiate the features between vehicles and how they fit with our needs.

Once we narrowed down which vehicle we wanted, he and Ashley helped organize all of the paper work and allowed for email communication as we don't live close to the dealership.

We got a nice tour of the collision centre and service centre and a very thorough orientation of our new vehicle and all the special features.

To be honest, my wife can't wait to call Jim when she is ready for her new car. She's got her eyes on the Buick Enclave!!
