Wills Chevrolet Buick GMC Review

Well let me just start by saying I have been a long time gm owner and have purchased 2 brand new vehicles in the past year from this very professional reputable dealer!! A big shout out goes to my salesman Jose Sanchez and the General sales manager John Mchugh who have been amazing to deal with!!!...they have always been very professional and honest!!
Looking forward to many years of good sales and service with these great guys and would recommend the whole team at wills Chevrolet GMC Buick highly!!

Booked a drive clean test to weeks ago went in today they said they had no record of appointment this after i drove all the way from HUNTSVILLE

Thes servuce dept went above all expectations working on a solution to my cars problem.
Although a definitive answer was not reached, recommendations were made but due to the age if my car it was agreed to leave it the way is is.

E-Test on short notice when everyone else said 2 to 3 days. 20 minutes later - good to go. Fast and excellent service.

Had to adjust my review unfortunately on my latest service. The service was not complete and a part was left in my car afterwards. They said come next Saturday. Took the time to come back the next Saturday. Ask if maybe they could throw in a wash or something for my time. They said they would not. When asked to have the service mgr give me a ring they said he would with a bit of a smirk..... Never received any call. I know there time is valuable but mine isn't free either. Too bad the job wasn't 100% complete when they handed back my keys the first time.

Came to Will's after being disappointed by a few other dealerships. Worth the drive! Friendly service. Timely. And fast. Definitely recommend.

My experience at Wills was nothing but the best.

First off after going to many dealerships in the area, they finally had an actual Chevy Colorado on the lot. After speaking with Jose Sanchez the salesman i dealt with, we decided a lease would be in my best interest.

Not only did Jose know everything there was to know about the Colorado he opened my view on a lease. Which is practical for me at this time of my life.
Both visits at the dealership I was happily greeted. The showroom was always full and very organized. I was also given top dollar on my trade in.

We are the kind of customers that make a salesman's job difficult. We've been looking for a truck for over a year and have been to Will's many times. We have dealt with the same salesman on each visit. Dave, not only easy on the eyes, but a trustworthy salesman as well. That, in turn, brought us back to Will's because it is hard to find a salesman you feel comfortable trusting. I walked in looking for a base model truck and left with a truck even better looking than Dave and for a great price. Will's has competitive pricing and the customer service was great.
