I love the atmosphere at Salus Chiropractic. It is very inviting every time I enter the doors. Dr. Ditto and his staff are great!

This is the best chiropractor I ve ever been too. I ve used to suffer from severe low back pain and migraines 3 to 5 times a week! After my treatment with Salus my migraines have reduced to a couple times a month and my low back pain is gone. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

Dr. Ditto has changed my life over the past 11 years! Prior to coming to Salus I was on pain medication for chronic sciatic and lower back pain with three small children. I couldn't keep up with them and having to be on pain medication daily to get through the day was terrible at 38 years old. After a treatment plan I couldn't believe the relief I was given! Life changer! I now go once a month for general wellness! Dr. Ditto is so genuine, kind and caring and knows exactly what I need. His staff is just like him! During my first pregnancy, I had serious problems with my hips that led to me being on crutches from 26 weeks and essentially bedridden by the end of the pregnancy. I am pregnant again, older (40), and a friend recommended Dr. Ashley to me because the pain started kicking in earlier this time around. I am so happy that I made the call to Salus Chiropractic. Adjustments with Dr. Ashley have improved the quality of my life incredibly, and I'm still averaging about 10,000 steps daily, which is phenomenal compared to my previous pregnancy. Most of all, I don't end every day in pain, crying. I tell everyone I know who is thinking of getting pregnant to go get adjusted!! Bonus - everyone at the office is super friendly and understanding.

So, I ve been to the chiropractor before for an issue but I never knew if it helped or if the issue just resolved on its own...I didn t feel any different when I would leave. A hip issue from running has recently hurt quite a bit so I took advantage of the Facebook offer, and I am so glad that I called. First of all, I got a very comprehensive idea of exactly what was going on with my back and the alignment issues. Secondly, I feel better when I leave this place. No more back pain and tightness when I m driving or doing simple things like folding laundry. Finally, these people are just good people...I enjoy going in and feel like they really care about improving the health of the people they see. Side notes are that it s super clean, efficient and very family friendly. These people are great at what they do and have cultivated a really neat little place to get healthy.

I LOVE this office! Dr. Ashley, Desiree, and the rest of the team are so great. I walk in and they welcome me by NAME, they remember conversations we have had, and are always so kind and happy. It doesn't feel like what you would get at a chain. I had a bad experience at another office for severe back pain and was nervous to start chiropractic therapy, but they completely changed that. I always leave the office feeling better when I leave both physically and mentally. HIGHLY reccomend!!!

The treatments are helpful but their business practices are terrible. On my last appointment I made sure to notify Salus that I had a family emergency and had to travel to Phoenix. I said do not schedule me for any appointments and I would reschedule when I returned. I have received non-stop calls and emails confirming appointments which I do not have. Looking back prior to when I first came in should have been a red flag. Their tactics are worse than used car sales companies!! When someone is clear on setting an appointment when they return should be respected rather than the non-stop pressure. Don Richie

They always listen to how I'm feeling before and after adjustment and if I need something corrected they always do it so I feel better when I leave. They're all friendly, good listeners, and care about life events which makes them more personable and not JUST professional. 10/10 still going there after a full year.

Dr. Ditto and Dr. Ashley are just wonderful. It was my first experience using a chiropractor EVER and they explained everything to me and were very patient with all of my questions. The staff is beyond friendly and they are always so lovely and welcoming every time I am in there. They went above and beyond with me so much so I made my husband start going there. I am not a very easily pleased person so if you are having any doubts at all, trust me, you will love them and not regret your decision.

I have gone to Salas Chiropractic for almost 10 years when it was just Dr. Ditto at his first location. I had battled with back pain for years and I saw a dramatic improvement! Dr. Ditto is a wonderful family man who everyone loves! He has added a couple of Doctors to his business. Everyone there is super personable! You feel like you are a part of the family! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Salus. Not only is the treatment top-notch, but every staff member truly treats you like family. It's like being with family! I have been pleased with the treatments given (no knee in the back at least that I have observed!!!). I have experienced sensitivity not only for the primary problem for which I have sought treatment but also other aches and pains as they occur. They also have excellent coffee in which you can imbibe while waiting for treatment.

I threw out my back and decided to go to Salus. My improvement over the next weeks were incredible, and I think I am at a better spot now than before . Just some background I avoided getting it treated for two weeks and my back had minimal improvement, and then I started going and that's when it got better. Would defiantly recommend.

Dr. Ashley is WONDERFUL! She is so kind and always listens to symptoms and adjusts care based on what is going on at the time. The office has a bright and happy atmosphere. I love their check-in system and have rarely had to wait to be seen. Everyone there is so wonderful and I'm in and out in 10-15 minutes feeling wonderful! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Both Dr. Ditto and Dr. Ashley are amazing. I saw Dr. Ditto throughout my entire pregnancy when I struggled with hip and back pain. Now that my son has been born, I ve been taking him to get adjusted as well. If I wasn t a believer in chiropractic care before, I am now! My 3 week old baby was miserable with gas pain. After having him adjusted by Dr. Ashley, I saw IMMEDIATE improvement. He passed all the trapped gas before we even left the office after being miserable for days! It's such a very Bad experience with the front desk. Long wait and didn't honor my time. My Schedule were not maintained properly on their system, happen to return back twice. Every time the Front desk person were little rude with me and they keep on saying its my mistake and never agreed for their mistake not having my appointment updated with wrong time. i understand their mistake due to busy or some other reason. But i shouldn't be handled like a stupid man, on top of that my times is completely wasted twice almost 4 hrs back and forth. Decided to dispute.

Like a lot of people these days, I became prone to frequent neck & back pain which I attribute to being in front of the computer too much. Dr. Ditto recommended a course of treatment specially created for my needs which he determined by studying x-rays of my neck & spine. After completing the prescribed course of treatment, I feel so, so much better. I have better range of motion, I haven't had any debilitating back spasms and overall, I just feel my body moves like it's supposed to. I now try to go in once a month to maintain this great feeling or more often if I feel the need. Dr. Ditto has also adjusted my 10 year old son who has indicated pain in his neck occasionally. Really I think chiropractics is essential in this day & age of so much time spent in front of computers, video games, smart phones & tablets. Dr. Ditto and his staff are great to work with... I believe they all truly care about their patients.

Prior to coming to Salus, I was always extremely skeptical of chiropractors. As a last resort for back pain and discomfort, I took the advice of several coworkers and made an appointment to see Dr. Ditto @ Salus.

You're quickly evaluated and an x-ray is taken to help illustrate any issue(s). Dr. Ditto will then walk through the information with you and clearly explain what is happening and (more importantly) why its happening.

Personally, I had some major issues when I started. Now, I feel immeasurably better. My skepticism has been negated as I can visually see the dramatic difference in before/after x-rays. More importantly, the difference is something that can be clearly felt and what an improvement it is.

Without question, the best endorsement I can give Salus is that I opted to bring my family in for adjustments. This includes our new son who is 8 weeks old and was born 4 weeks premature. Dr. Ditto was exceptionally gentle and meticulous with Gavin's adjustment, and he left a happy camper. We were told everything that was going on with him and what to keep an eye on.

Adjustments are an incredibly quick and simple way to keep your body and mind running their best. When you physically feel discomfort, that translates to your mindset as well. Please, do yourself a favor and consider seeing Dr. Ditto at Salus, even if you're a skeptic. I certainly was, and now I'm a client for life...

First, I would like to say Dr. Ditto & Dr. Ashley are AMAZING!! The office is ran smoothly with their great staff and I am able to get in & out all during my lunch break being able to return to work feeling refreshed.

I have had back pain for years! I had thought it was something normal that happens with age. I was also scared of chiropractors because of a traumatizing experience when I was 6 and my aunts boyfriend (who was a chiropractor) thought it was a good idea to pop a young girls neck without any warning! After having my daughter, the back pain got worse and then the daily headaches or extreme migraines soon followed. After having a two day migraine that keep me out of work and having to have someone else care for my daughter, I knew I had to do something!!

I took a long shot and called Salus Chiropractic. After x-rays I learned just how out of line my spine and hips were! Explains why there was a consistent pain that I had just learned to deal with for so many years. The doctors set up a plan to get everything back in its proper place and they even worked out a payment plan with me for the amount my insurance didn't cover.

I have been going to see Dr. Ditto or Dr. Ashley for the last month, and I can say I have never felt better!! I tell anyone who will listen how great it has been to not hurt anytime I move and to wake up with more energy!! The best news, I have not had any migraines in the last 3 weeks and only have had a few headaches.

I had pain and deadening in my arm for months. Then the tingling began in my neck and shoulder. My family doctor didn't even know what to do. Then I visited Salus Chiropractic. Dr. Ashley listened to me and made sure I communicated every problem area. They took x-rays and set up a plan to try and help resolve the pain and numbness. Dr. Angie so thoughtfully explained what they would do and why they thought it would help. Dr. Ditto and Dr. Ashley have been extremely helpful in my treatments. I'm three weeks in, and the tingling and numbness is completely gone. The entire staff at Salus is kind, caring, and ready to help resolve any issue. They really care about your entire well-being. I would highly recommend this clinic!

At a university health fair, I learned that my neck wasn't curved properly. I'd had pain in my shoulder for a long time, but thought it was simply from stress. It was great that Salus was there to help me realize it was a bigger problem than I'd originally thought. After a couple sessions I really noticed a difference and after a couple months my pain went away completely. Regular sessions are fairly priced and I'm treated with respect from the second I enter until I leave. It was, and is, a great and transformative experience!

I've been receiving chiropractic care for 20 years. I recently moved to Cedar Park and was looking for a new chiropractor. I'm very fortunate to have found Salus. Even though I had been getting weekly adjustments prior to moving, I had been experiencing a lot of pain and muscle spasms for over a month. It was difficult to sleep through the night or get in/out of bed without intense pain and spasming. After my first adjustment from Dr Ditto, I was able to sleep (hard) through the night and got in and out of bed without having any muscle spasms. He listened to my concerns and explanations of past problems and successes and adjusted his approach accordingly.

Even more impressive, is that Dr Ashley is the first doctor I've had who suggested I might be suffering from ankylosing spondalytis. I got MRIs to confirm it and am now getting further care from a rheumatologist. Without Dr Ashley's careful attention to detail and concern for my health, Salus would have been like every other chiropractor who just saw me for regular adjustments. I'm so grateful for the extra attention and erudite approach.

Salus provided a wholesome solution to my problem. I saw other Chiros before with a come-and-go fashion. I was not explained well the root of my problem nor was guided with proper exercises. So, my pain never really went away. Now, my sciatica is managed, though not completely went away, but much much better. So I highly recommend Salus Chiropractic.

Amazing chiropractor. When I came from California almost a decade ago, I researched certified chiropractors in the Austin/Cedar Park area. Dr Ditto was at the top of the list. I have been with him ever since, and my back and neck thanks him for it every single day.

Everything and everyone associated with this practice is absolutely first rate. I m compelled to mention that I did prefer the more personal touch of my previous Chiropractor, but Dr. Ditto has done a far superior job of alleviating the symptoms of my bulging disc and scoliosis. I was somewhat disappointed in the fact that after a "reduced price" appointment,that should have included a "Doctor's Report and the first adjustment" according to the advertisement and "Special Offer" on Facebook. I was asked to come back on a paid appointment. I felt that Dr. Ashley took all the information down when she interviewed me, however, I was very disappointed that the answers to my questions on the cost and the length of my care and the Doctors Report were not made available at the same time as the end of my appointment. I felt that my questions were answered with more questions.
