Great wedding venue with so many fun spots for photos. The staff are always super nice. I always look forward to shooting a wedding here.

I don't normally rate anything this high, but this place is amazing. The hotel is really nice. Clean, warm and inviting. The hotel staff is even more amazing. Beyond helpful. I proposed to my girlfriend the evening we stayed here and the staff was more than happy to help in any way possible to make the night special. I had a couple of requests that they fulfilled better than I expected. They made us feel welcomed every time they saw us and even asked how the evening had gone especially in regards to how the engagement went. I will most definitely go back in the future and highly suggest this hotel to friends and family. If it's not, this place should be a 5 diamond resort. The restaurant was also very good. The waiter was able to answer all questions we had very quickly and was more than happy to help.

We came here for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. You could tell the staff took care of everything and was very accommodating to the weather and the guests needs. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the environment! We look forward to coming back and staying as guests!

Amazing service, incredible food and a warm atmosphere. Spent around three weeks here and I want to call out Zeilef as the best room service ever. She was so great that I asked her name and remembered it which is really hard for me. 10/10 would stay again!

Visited the Barking Frog, and the food was amazing. A bit on the pricy side, but has a nice atmosphere.

This place is always such a wonderful refuge. For a date night alone, or a celebration with friends the Willows Lodge has accomodations for anything you can come up with

Didn't get the chance to stay there but food at the on site cafe (Barking Frog) was incredible. Orange juice tasted super fresh and huevos rancheros for brunch was delightful. Perfect way to start the day.

We went to the barking frog restaurant. It was nice ambiance, good service, easy bar seating. The food was a little bit of a disappointment, wasn't bad by any means just not a wow factor.

Our accommodations were wonderful at the Hotel, but the Spa service was horrible! We originally scheduled a couples message, but during the night my wife s blood sugar dropped , so we canceled - the service manager rudely informed us that would be charged anyway. This policy is contradictory with their first responders promotion - which by the way we both are. I strongly recommend the hotel but not the spa! COVID 2020

Well, dang. Was really looking forward to this. Not sure if it's a result of Ill managed staff, unclear policies, or a general apathy towards the level of customer service generally found in spots like The Willows purports itself to be. The Herb Farm was awesome. Definitely will come back. But, will use a car service instead of staying at The Willows. Bummed.

Friendly staff and helpful, quite, great place to stay

Nice rooms, no microwave (for how much it is to stay this is a big drawback), mini fridge, overall nice accomodations in a convient location, it's too bad they don't have competition.

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway from Seattle or just a base of operations for attacking the 100 wineries in a 5 mile radius of Willows Lodge, this place is perfect. Best part - the 2 restaurants on site are the best food in the area so h oui t the wineries, come back for a fantastic meal and then just stumble, er, walk back to your room without having to get in your car or pay for Lyft.

Went to the Barking Frog restaurant at Willows Lodge. Lovely place. Excellent food presentation. Interesting menu. Nice wine. Great service. Highly recommend.

Loved my brunch at Willows lodge. I ordered biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were Service was awesome. Would've given 5 stars if the gravy was a little more flavorful (perhaps more sausage).

I recently attended a wedding at willows lodge. The facility was amazing, the staff was warm and welcoming and the rooms were immaculate. I am planning on taking my wife for a weekend supprise because of how much I enjoyed my quick trip.

We were there to view the location as a wedding venue. The person running our tour showed up nearly twenty minutes late without explanation.

Went to a work event here. Provided food and drinks were pretty good. Grounds are quite senic.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located out by a bunch of wineries with beautiful scenery. Restaurant directly across the way but food also served at the lodge. Both can brought to your room.

LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!! each and every staff member not only went above and beyond working with me to make my husband's birthday one to remember but even staff I didn't work with always greeted us with a smile and asked if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could do to make it better!! It's peaceful it's romantic it's beautiful and tranquil. I really can't say enough!! Even Roxy in the bedroom was fun entertaining and helpful and after using a towel warmer in the room I am buying one for my house!! All the reclaimed and RE-imagined materials used thru out it was a stunning room !!

Customer service was incredible, the grounds were beautiful, and they helped us pull off a flawless wedding.

Visited the spa-lovely massage and had access to the steam room and beautiful outdoor hot tub. Lemon water and pretzels, fully stocked locker room with showers, robes and slippers provided, friendly and helpful staff. Would absolutely recommend and come again.

I had a great time. The attention to detail of their service was amazing. The grounds were intensely artistic and worth a walk regardless of the weather. The amenities were nice and we'll kept.

This hotel is excellent on all levels. Their service across the board is exceptional. The grounds are exquisite with colorful flowers and shrubs, schulpture and many wattre features throughout the grounds. The art iits original and lovely. There is coffee available in each hallway. They have both Tesla and charge point auto chargers. The lounge is active with a good selection of beverages and food. Live music on the weekends. The Barking Frog is their restaurant with all meals. Make dinner reservations though. It is pricey as one would expect. My room is large with a balcony and fireplace. Their is a spa, exercise room and sauna.

We went for a wedding consultation and walk through. The rates were extremely inclusive and the venue is stunning. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.

Great place to 'get away' from the city but only 15 to 20 min drive. Had an amazing tenderloin. Service was awesome!

Barking frog is one of the best restaurants in the state in my opinion.

This place is adorable. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful (especially the bellman Alec) and they are all very sensitive to th current covid pandemic. The grounds are beyond impressive and are so well maintained and manicured it looks like a work of art. The restaurants on site are incredible and the Fireside restaurant has the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. It's also located right next to a beautiful walking and biking path. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Love going to the live music every week! The live music in summer is even better, although getting a seat is competitive.

I stayed a couple nights here and was blown away. I had seen the pics online and thought it looked really nice but it really was much better in reality. From the excellent personal service at checkin to the warm and cozy fireplace in the adjacent lounge and the super comfortable beds it was really a great stay...one I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Extraordinary lodge, incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Be sure to stroll the trails to see some gorgeous sculpters and small gardens. Very peaceful.

I was only there for lunch at the Barking Frog restaurant, but the macaroni and cheese I ordered exceeded expectations. Macaroni and cheese is my favorite food, and I definitely find a new place to go on special occasions. Atmosphere was comfortable and service was friendly and prompt.

I must say, this hotel is ran by incompetent staff and director. I stayed there for 2 days, and my credit card was charged $165, because after I checked out, the room smelled like someone smoked there. I was alone in the room and I don't smoke. I did feel the smell coming from the AC duct late at night when I was falling asleep. When I woke up the next morning, I did't feel it anymore. Or maybe I got used to it. I explained this to the director, and even offered to take a blood test to prove that I don't smoke, but it was like talking to a wall. Of course I will dispute the charge, and get the money back, but this left a nasty taste in my mouth. If the director had any brains, he would ask around, and would probably learn that his own staff smokes right by the compressor/s, where the air is being sucked in from. If he would also speak to the company who installed the air duct, he would probably figure out why most of the smoke ended up going to this particular room. But again, for that you need brains, and willingness to give the customer a benefit of the doubt, and investigate what is wrong with his air ducts. But no, it was easier to accuse a customer of something he didn't do and spoil my stay there. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this pace to anyone!

Stayed at willows lodge for a romantic getaway and was extremely pleased with the service, room, and staff.

We went to the Herbfarm for the mycologist menu. Everything was fantastic, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. If you love mushrooms, this is the ultimate mushroom dinner. Each course creatures a different type of mushroom - shiitake, maitake, matsutake, oyster, black trumpet, chanterelles, candy cap, and so much more. Dinner lasts a good 5 hours and the service is impeccable

Really extraordinary facility, a bit pricey but it's worth it if you're hanging around the wineries. Get reservations for barking frog well ahead of time, it's good food to match the hotel.

My husband and I went here for our mini moon with our dog after covid canceled our plans to go to Europe. We can not say enough good things about this beautiful place! The staff was so accommodating, we brought our dog, the room had a bed and special treats for him too! We got the 20 years of romance package and they definitely made us feel special. The food and staff at The Barking Frog was unbelievable to say the least. For staying in town for our honeymoon they made it feel so special!! We will definitely be back for our anniversary!!! Thank you to all the staff!!!

Came here for a wedding, the staff and facilities were great. Everything was set up well and went smoothly, they obviously have a lot if practice with events. The food was good and they were very quick with getting it out. Their bartenders were friendly and did a great job with such a large party all wanting drinks. Can't say much about the grounds as the weather wasn't nice enough to look around.

Beautiful accommodations and facilities complemented by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'd definitely return.

The location is about 30min drive from Seattle but it decorates beautifully. I was invited to Willows Lodge for a wedding and the setup was beautiful. The food was also great!

My husband and I had a beautiful anniversary breakfast at willows lodge restaurant, Barking Frog. The grapefruit mimosa was light and fresh. The food was as fresh as a farm. Very high quality. Not to mention, the service is superb. Lovely.

Great venue for gatherings such as weddings, seminars. The decorations are very nice. staff are helpful and polite.

Willows lodge is the most relaxing and romantic place I know of. I live nearby and go when I am having anxiety to walk the grounds, get a massage and generally pampered. It is the most professional luxury hotel I ve been to. The staff is amazing.
