Well, dang. Was really looking forward to this. Not sure if it's a result of Ill managed staff, unclear policies, or a general apathy towards the level of customer service generally found in spots like The Willows purports itself to be. The Herb Farm was awesome. Definitely will come back. But, will use a car service instead of staying at The Willows. Bummed.
