Treated myself and wife to a message at the Spa while we were in town and it was glorious. The ladies treated us very nicely and we just got to relax and enjoy ourselves. There is also a hot tub/pool/spa outside area, but no sauna.

A definite Best of Western WA. Have stayed here before, and will again. Perfect base camp to explore Woodinville wine scene. Side note, amd a pleasant discovery for this stay, is that Willows is incredibly pet friendly. They took as good of care of our furry friend as they did us. The grounds are beautiful, and so peaceful. They niceley integrated dog walk areas into the manicured gardens.
Have to mention their own small resturant, Fireside, as well as the inescapable fact that Barking Frog and The Herb farm are on the property as well.
Don't hesitate to stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights this past weekend. It was an amazing experience & was most definitely the best customer service I had experienced. This review may get pretty long so for those of you that want the highlights:

- Hot tub is open till 1am every night. Pretty good size. No pool
- After hours dining goes literally all night and has AMAZING food from the Barking Frog. Try the Margarita Pizza or the Turkey Melt. Pricing is very reasonable as well.
- Live music every Fri & Sat night in the fireside lounge, local artists.
- Complimentary bike rentals.
- Don't be turned away at the price of the rooms. You truly get what you pay for.
- Everything is within walking distance

Moving on.. I had read many reviews before making my reservation and most everyone commented on the customer service, so I had high expectations going in. The bell boy gave us a glass of wine and helped check us in. He then took us up to the room and spent about 15 minutes with us going over all of the wineries, breweries and distilleries in the area. Sure, some of the comments he made about some of the places were exaggerated, but overall it was a nice touch. Upon arriving the lodge also gave us a card, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of wine because we were celebrating our 1st Wedding Anniversary. The card was also hand written which thoughtful. The rooms are great. However, I was not a big fan of the beds surprisingly. They were not as comfortable as I would have expected, but other than that everything else was fantastic. Their digital showers were a nice touch as well. You can adjust the temp or the water pressure at a click of a button.

FOOD- we pretty much ate at the Barking Frog for breakfast each day and one night for dinner. Food is spot on, absolutely amazing. I especially love how when my husband and I were going to split something, they did it for us rather than just giving us extra plates. This is one of the only places to eat breakfast in the area. I HIGHLY recommend reservations for each meal you would like to eat there.. seating is limited and they are very busy. Another option would be the Commons down the road (walking distance). The place can get very busy and loud too though. For lunch- there are many options along the strip, but Redhook is right next door and they have a good selection. For dinner or late day snack... also check out the fireside lounge next to the lobby. Good food and some good drinks.

AREA- Most of the wineries and such are within walking distance, HOWEVER when walking toward Chateau/Columbia/JM- there are no sidewalks so be careful, especially walking up the hill to JM. You will want to split your time up and perhaps do the wineries one day and then the tasting rooms another day. We did that and still didn't do all of the tasting rooms.

Overall, for the price you pay at this lodge, you really feel like you are getting what you paid for. It truly is a place to go and relax with your husband/wife/partner. Very romantic and peaceful. Highly recommend it!

The majority of the staff are wonderful. The people who work the valet and door are simply the best I have ever seen. The food is good but why should I pay 6 dollars for a bread basket when my entree is 50 dollars with no sides. The night wait staff were wonderful but several of the female wait staff at breakfast were short and displayed temper. The beds are a dream to sleep on with a fireplace in each room and small patio to sit on. The maid services were great and fast and everyone was always smiling. The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is the expense of the food. Yes it is wonderful but bread should be standard.

I love willows lodge. Talk about relaxing. The rooms are great, equipped with comfortable beds, large tubs, fireplace. The showers have electric controls to get the perfect temperature. Room service is great. I recommend a soak in the tub with a bottle of champagne.

Easy parking and beautiful building and grounds. Went for drinks at the bar inside and found that they had randomly closed 15 minutes earlier than expected for some reason. Staff was very nice about it.

Wow. Where do I begin. This place is amazing. My mom and I came from Florida to have a nice relaxing vacation and we had the BEST TIME. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and cozy. We loved the fireplace in our room and the view from our balcony. We spent 6 nights and had such a good time. If you stay make sure you take the wine tour with the concierge Ben. We had a great time hanging out with him for the day. When you head on over to the Barking Frog for a meal ask to sit with Jennifer. She is a delight!

Had our anniversary dinner at Barking Frog. My filet was cooked perfectly, and was excellent. My wife ordered scallops and was well satisfied with them. The only shortfall was my gin based cocktail (I forgot the name). It seemed to be missing something to bring out the flavor of the gin. Other than that, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

With friendly staff, an excellent location and a ski lodge style atmosphere it was a pleasure staying at the Willows Lodge. It's within walking distance of much of what you might go to Woodinville to see and experience. The food on site is excellent and the service is wonderful. I look forward to returning to the Willows Lodge

Arrived on time, no reservation despite booking online and confirming by phone. No worries, seated at bar, our preference anyway. Later host came to say our reservation was for half hour later than we remembered. The food and service impeccable.

Super cool and mellow atmosphere. Trendy meets laid back and casual. You can be in slacks or jeans for guys and similar for ladies. Good wine and fold selections.
Great hummus and vege plate, my friends had a fig and prosciutto on grilled toast.
They also have an outdoor fire pit and at 6 or 7 a guitar player ...

I absolutely loved being there. The staff there was very respectful and professional. I was there for a wedding reception, so there were many staff members offering drinks and appetizers. The lodge was very clean and beautiful as well. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Overall good place to stay, and very convenient location. Was disappointed only by the fact that their booking person told us they plan to "spoil" us since it was our first time. We stayed in a suite, and the room was great. The tub had a drain issue, and because of COVID there were some things they couldn't do, that normally come with a suite package. Not a big deal, except no one explained that to us. So we were just let down. Nice rooms, very clean. Restaurants have good food and drinks. Staff is very friendly. Just still not the experience they tauted.

Always a great experience when visiting here! When it comes to weddings here everyone is well executed and truly special experience. I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting that warm , inviting and intimate place to say "I do"

Superb experience! From before even entering the lobby, the greeting from valet is personable and warm. Check in was painless and welcoming.

The room was cozy, with a corner fireplace and soaking tub with privacy shutters that when open, lets the natural light in. Our room had a serene view of the courtyard and gardens.

We enjoyed live music during happy hour that was easily dinner. It was a popluar spot during this time with those returning from wine tasting in the nearby areas. We were glad to have gotten there a little early to secure a table.

The outdoor relaxation pool area was serene and felt like you were in nature with the tasteful surroundings. Enjoying a night dip was a perfect way to end a great day. The next morning included a walk through the gardens that spanned the length of the property. Many interesting facts posted Associated to the art throughout the walk. Visiting the resident pigs was fun and surprising.

The convenience of having so many dining options nearby as well as wineries for tastings made Willows Lodge a perfect central location to spend a memorable weekend in Woodinville!

We booked with Expedia and upon arrival, were told we would have a few extra, unexpected fees. The front desk agents were understanding and very accommodating, ultimately resolving the issue to our utmost satisfaction. The "Nicer" room was incredibly spacious - more than large enough to fit two queen beds comfortably. The private patio was quaint with a gorgeous view. The bathroom was an interesting combination of an open whirlpool bathtub, private toilet, and frosted glass shower - possibly not the best for "roommate" type of guests. The only real complaint about the room were the light switches- their placement was somehow very counter-intuitive (especially to those who may have just spent the last 6 hours wine tasting). All-in-all, the staff was incredibly courteous, empathetic, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This place was clean, cozy, fancy, great service, and not so big and busy. Great romantic get away or just even a great place to stay. Good food at the barking frog restaurant there and you dont have to walk far. Great place want to go back

A really pleasant place to stay in the heart of Woodinville wine/microbrew/spirits country. Attached bar and 5star restaurant. All services available. Beautiful gardens, water features, trails. Live music.

Run, don't walk to this place. Located near the greatest concentration of wine tasting rooms in N. America or maybe the world. The staff is amazing the Barking Frog's food was great, the and grounds top notch. But the rooms, wow, perfect especially for romantic get always.

The lodge was beautiful. Our room had a fireplace, a jetted tub and really nice shower. My only complaint was being on the bottom floor, it sounded like elephants were stampeding above my head all night and people were talking very loudly in the halls at 2am.

Seriously the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, yet in typical Washington fashion the staff and environment were anything BUT pretentious. They were incredibly friendly and helpful in every facet and the room we stayed in -- "Nicer" category -- was amazing.

Well I can say it s pretty here. The staff are great n rooms are nice but the housekeepers need to be more attentive( a room for 4 should have 4 sets of towels not 2) and now let s talk food. Ordered a ceaser salad and it came with anchovies. On menu it mentions nothing about fish. Come to find out they also make their dressing with the fish.... I m allergic to fish! Sent me to urgent care then we call a day before for a breakfast res and they can t fit us in until 2 and we have young kids too. Of course the in room menu has 1/4 the restaurant menu does. Point is... this place is a pain just to get basics. Either build another eating area or make your guest a priority and non guests should be walk in only . If your paying this price guests should feel like they come first.
