This is truly a fun-for-all event. I was looking for something fun to do to with my sisters. Because I live near Woodinville wine country, I started looking for a Painting/Wine class. My 5 Sisters were all in, but not the hubbies. Then I found MoltenWorks Glass Studio. And suddenly we went from 5 people wanting to go ... to 10. Not sure if it was the idea of fire and melting glass that brought the guys on board, that didn't matter, I was glad that everyone was excited about doing it. Their website was easy to navigate, I booked the group for the Friday evening class. When we all arrived our work table was reserved and set up all the tools needed. Then a quick 15 minute introduction to the process and we were off. Everyone's pieces turned out great, thanks to the instructors stopping by the table and helping us out. The comment I got from everyone was "let me know when you want to do this again, I'm in! "
It was so fun and the employees were really helpful.
So fun! Great instructors and really great atmosphere. I'm going back soon!
This place is so cool. I bought a Groupon and went with a few girl friends. The people who work there are so nice and funny. They have All the supplies to make fused glass.
I feel that the employees weren t very welcoming, it felt awkward and I would not like to go again.
There were lots of options to build on plates, bowls, garden art, xmas ornaments, candle holders, as well as things to decorate with. Free wine is served as well. It's great for creative minds, social drinkers, or both
My work group reserved the whole place for a couple hours and we all made some glass art after some thorough tutoring. Very good morale event. Can't wait to see how mine turned out.
They made it a very fun experience, super easy even if it's your first time there
We have been there 3 times now and really love the experience. The folks there are so friendly and helpful. It is such a fun art!!
Always helpful. Lots of equipment & glass supplies to work with. Lots of fun!
It was so much fun, learning new stuff. I used a pattern to guide my first experience.
Went here from a Groupon. Great guys and a lot of fun. Will be back!
I went to glass fusion here with my girl scout troop, and everyone loved it!! It was so much fine and we all enjoyed being able to make our own plates. Bowls, pots, etc. I would definitely want to go do glass fusion here again.
Took a class the other week and it was so worth it. Can't wait to go back
Awesome class can't wait to go again. Fun and easy with the teachers guidance
My team from work went here for a group activity. The guys were helpful in explaining the process and had some good tips for making some neat glass art. They had a variety of things you could make - plates, coasters, candle holders, etc. There was quite of bit of materials and tools to use and there were some "upgrades" available for purchase.
Did a glass with my boyfriend, whom is not very much into arts and crafts, but he loved it! Might even book another glass session for us or other family and friends.
Great atmosphere, class lead was energetic and enthusiastic about his work.
Had a fun time. I like that you can bring in your own adult beverages. Wish we had more time to complete the things we were working on.
Tons of fun for a date night. Bought a groupon for two to try it out. You get a lesson in glass cutting and shaping and then you get to choose what type of masterpiece to make. You have the ability to upgrade to larger pieces but the pieces you get through the groupon are varied. Highly recommend!
Staff was very helpful and informative. It was a lot of fun to make our own pieces while hanging with friends and drinking wine.
I bought a sip and pour off Groupon because it seemed different. My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun. I am not an artistic person but they made the process simple enough for even me. They provide plenty of unique materials and even have ideas on hand for you. Bring a bottle of wine, they provide glasses and bottle opener. I definitely recommend this for a date night or if you just want to do something different.
Loved the experience and the people that work there. They do a great job of explaining things and showing you everything you need to do.
Hosted a work event here. Last time we went it was BYOB. Without being informed otherwise, this time we did the same. When we arrived we were harshly informed. That needs to go to your car now, we serve here. Not very welcoming to say the least. This made me not purchase anything from their little bar area. Next time try informing people otherwise. Or at least in a much nicer way. You might attract more business to your bar that way. Class itself was good.
An amazing time, super friendly and engaging staff. Plus, you get your own piece of art, a week later.
Went last Feb and had such a great time! Going again this weekend and am looking forward to making another something to compliment my last dish!
This was such a fun experience! I attended the Sip n Fuse class using a Groupon and was so glad I did. The instructors were very knowledgeable, the studio was immaculate, and making a fused glass plate was so much fun! I ll definitely be returning to make another piece.
Wonderful experience, great instructor and support staff. So many different options to use and try out. Can't wait to pick up our pieces next week! Will definitely be going again!
1st time here, great experience -will be back! A nice environment, friendly owners that educate, support, and provide a fun atmosphere and plenty of supplies and inspiration to get your creative juices flowing. Ability to bring your own snacks and wine was nice too and could be partially responsible for creativity flowing!!
If you enjoy making your own art and seeing result into a melted glass piece, this is the place you can look into. I noticed there are folks bringing alcohol in, and they come with group of people or just a couple. Looks like a fun place to host a party with your friends, because they allow you to BYOB while making glass art with your friends and/or family. The place will have instructors on site, who will show you and help you if you have Q&A. Worth to check out!
Really fun experience. I would definitely have an idea of what you wanted to design before you go in. The time goes by pretty fast. It's not like a painting class where every is doing the same basic theme.
Jen rocks! She did a great intro during the Sip and Fuse we attended and was very approachable and helpful.
This is really one of the best experiences there is! I love going in and creating new things each time. I also love that the owners are constantly coming up with new things and are super helpful, without doing it for you.
Very nice fusion glass studio where you can take classes and learn how to make all kinds of cool pieces such as yard arts, plates, bowls, vases, lanterns, waves. .. very reasonable prices classes, very friendly people working there. There're also pieces for sale for a good price. Highly recommend this place, I'd definitely take some classes there.
I fell in love with glass fusing the first time we came! We first checked out MoltenWorks on a whim with a GroupOn. Melissa was an amazing instructor and very welcoming. She was super helpful in giving as much or as little input on projects as we wanted and encouraging of all participants. I've been coming back at least twice a month since then and have purchased a membership. The instruction is always great, the other employees and Kevin the owner are all very creative and make sure it is always an amazing experience. It's definitely a unique opportunity for creating and one I would highly recommend.
Great place. Had a lot of fun. Had a lot more choices on what you can make than I expected for our first class.
Super fun people lead you through making art through glass fusion. I am hooked!
Great fun, so hard to wait for a piece to be ready! Just give them a call to get a discount :)
Went for the Friday night Sip and Fuse class, we designed our own plates, candle holders, and coasters, and got to come back the week after to pick up our completed project. Great for doing with friends, and you can BYOB! Groupons available sometimes as well.
Great time, enthusiastic young people passionate about there trade. Energetic and creative night.
Great place for kids and adults. My 9 year loves going there to create. Great for birthday parties too.
What a fun and unique way to spend a Sunday! The instructors were very good at teaching us how to use the plethora of tools and glasses to make our projects. Can't wait to see the final pieces!
Professional, welcoming, and well-prepared. Always a pleasure!
What a great place! The environment was very relaxed and friendly. Not only were the staff very knowledgeable, they also had great personalities. I'll definitely be making another visit in the future!
Such a fun place to go! I absolutely say try this place out, I will be going back. Super relaxing atmosphere, the gentleman leading the class was fun and upbeat making the whole experience great! One thing, I didn't really go with much idea of what I wanted to do. Next time I will take a pattern or have a better idea of what I want to do on the plate.
So fun! If you are thinking about - do it. We are very fortunate to have such a studio in our area. Affordable projects. The artist owners are on site and very encouraging.
Loved it, bought it as a gift for wife and I. Great way to spend the afternoon. Staff is great, endless options and materials to choose from to make your own piece of fuse glass art! Would love to go again.
This is such a fun place to go with friends and create!
Had a ton of fun during at work event here making some art. Worth a visit for anyone who is looking to have a nice zen experience.
Came in for a team building event and the entire experience was fantastic. Enthusiastic employees, clear instructions, and a great space to work in. I will admit that I was a bit hesitant coming in to the experience, but it was awesome and I would do it again.
Fun! Great for group outings. I love how my glass work turned out, better than expected.
Great tutor, great atmosphere - recommend to everyone.
Loved my experience here. Nice location right off freeway in Woodinville. Great friendly instructors! I made a garden stand and I love it! Looks so pretty in my garden and I really enjoy looking at it. I will for sure come back to make more pieces.
This was a really fun and crafty date night place to go!
Highly recommend this molten glass art for your child s birthday party or even adults too. We had a great time at our friends birthday party last Saturday.
Awesome place people are good and very respectful and helpful
Our group had a lot of fun and the staff was a pleasure!
They are great had a wonderful time clean safe and great prices. workers are super helpful
A great experience, although you only have one hour to complete your final work. For some, it was a bit stressful trying to finish before the time ran out. If time was not a factor, this would be the perfect place to go and just let yourself make whatever you want to out of glass.
Helpful staff, friendly, clear instructions. Great place to take visiting relatives!
Love this experience!! We always go to the sip n fuse events. Go have fun, be crafty, and make a cute glass piece. There are instructions, examples, templates, tools, safety goggles, everything you need. They just opened their own little bar. I kind of enjoyed bringing our own, but the beer and wine were good, and convenient too. We came from Groupon at least two years ago, and keep going back. Since it's so hands on and includes a little bit of destruction it seems to be enjoyable for the husband's and dads our there. Definitely worth a visit if you like crafting and making things with your hands. Updated with the completed plate.
I loved having a girl's night out and being able to use our creativity to make a unique gift. We will be going again soon.
I've been to Moltenworks 5 times now and every time has been awesome. The owner starts the sip n' fuse classes with about 15 minutes of instruction and demonstration of using the tools. The idea of making fused glass art was intimidating at first, but the staff are all knowledgeable and offer ideas and tips to help you resolve any issues you might have with your creation. It's a very creative environment and every time I've gone the people around me have been really fun and encouraging. I can't recommend this place enough.
We had fun making colorful glass plates and bowls using glass fusion.
The glass class was really fun! Our instructor was energetic, funny and helpful. Can't wait to see how my creation turns out!
While I have enjoyed creating here in the past, I'm not sure I will be back. Artists, which the owners claim to be, are supposed to stand for something. They're the ones we look to for understanding and inspiration when times are tough (hello, 2020). I have periodically checked their social media and website presence - absolutely nothing has been posted in support of pride month, Black and brown lives (Black history month, Asian Pacific history month, Indigenous history month, Latinx history month), their role in community outreach/impact, etcetera. But we've all been made aware on how we can continue to support them financially "during these trying times". Silence in the face of violence is the antithesis of artistry. The BIPOC and POC who come in and support your business deserve better. Your community deserves better. .
Had such a fun time, we've been here twice now, and the 2nd time was better than the first! Definitely recommended!
Great people, fun art activity for adults. Will definitely go again!
Perfect venue for outings for work, date night or soothing time for yourself. The crew and owners are some of the best people I know. They can build your confidence to go for it, when you doubt your creative side. Always a fun time! Live music, drinks, and great opportunity to meet others and your creative side. We even went so far as to do a few double dates there and had an amazing extremely enjoyable time. What initially might look like a hot mess as I say, turns to gold in the kiln. Best presents have been made here and our decision to become members has us going out regularly. Love this place! Thanks Kevin, Melissa, Jen and Amy.
Me and my husband went for part of our 1 year anniversary to try something new and man did we love the experience we had! We had to get over having everything perfect and just relax and have fun!! We would recommend this place a million times over.
We had a great time here and loved how our projects turned out!! The short instruction session was very helpful and left us with plenty of time to work on our own. The cider was yummy and they had other drink options at their little bar. I would love to come back and make more glass projects!
I love that they offer all the things to allow you to be creative, including adult beverages. Great for groups. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the studio is cozy, and they play good music. The price is right. Can't wait to go back.
First time I've been to this studio but, it was the best glass studio I've been too. Most studios are stingy with their glass, this studio was so opposite that and had so many different types of glass to choose from! My daughter and I had so much fun while we were there, we each made a nightlight and a coaster. The owner is great as well, very friendly and helpful. Love that they have so many events too. Will be coming here with my hubby for date night!
Great place for a family outing. Good experience. Instructor was pleasant. Got it through a living social deal. They mixed up one of our pieces and we had to go back again to get it. I'd like to take off half a star for that but I cant. Overall good experience. Would go again.
Great fun, Melissa was so helpful and made me and my family feel right at home. We plan on going again.
Super fun! Worth every penny. Lots of options to be creative with. I will be back!!
