I must say, this hotel is ran by incompetent staff and director. I stayed there for 2 days, and my credit card was charged $165, because after I checked out, the room smelled like someone smoked there. I was alone in the room and I don't smoke. I did feel the smell coming from the AC duct late at night when I was falling asleep. When I woke up the next morning, I did't feel it anymore. Or maybe I got used to it. I explained this to the director, and even offered to take a blood test to prove that I don't smoke, but it was like talking to a wall. Of course I will dispute the charge, and get the money back, but this left a nasty taste in my mouth. If the director had any brains, he would ask around, and would probably learn that his own staff smokes right by the compressor/s, where the air is being sucked in from. If he would also speak to the company who installed the air duct, he would probably figure out why most of the smoke ended up going to this particular room. But again, for that you need brains, and willingness to give the customer a benefit of the doubt, and investigate what is wrong with his air ducts. But no, it was easier to accuse a customer of something he didn't do and spoil my stay there. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this pace to anyone!
