I can not even begin to describe how much I love this hotel. I've stayed here twice now, once for business and once for pleasure, and both have been absolutely phenomenal experiences. For starters, the rooms are amazing. A gas fireplace lights up your king size bed while you sleep or perhaps sets an ambiance while you soak in your oversize tub? We had a lovely porch on our second floor room where we could read in the sun and overlook the beautiful gardens out back. Really, these rooms have beautiful craftsmanship and scream luxury and romance. Very open, modern with a rustic twist. The staff is unbelievably nice and accommodating. They'll even watch your dog for you! (I don't have a dog, but they were watching an adorable french bull dog when we checked out). They are always running to open the door for you and are just generally very nice people. Complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea in the mornings, oh, and did I mention a complimentary glass of Chateau St Michele Syrah when you check in?! That's how you start a weekend, ladies and gentlemen! I can't wait to come back here and wine taste, dine at one (or both) of their fantastic restaurants - Fireside for happy hour, and Barking Frog for brunch - yum! I have nothing but positive memories of both trips and would like to make it an annual event!

Incredibly attentive staff. The food at The Barking Frog is exceptional. The Herbfarm is the nicest establishment I've ever seen in my entire life. I can't wait to try out the challenge course on the north side of the lodge next time I'm there.

Super cute hotel nestled in the middle of Washington's wine country. The hotel looks great, has Beautiful gardens and restaurants that offer selection of the local wines. They are pet friendly and that makes walking around or dining here a pleasant experience since we could bring our dogs along

Happy hour here is 4-6 pm. Get over here and sit out on the patio and order a Moscow Mule or a Negroni (gin and campari over ice). Both are featured in the draft cocktails. Sit on the wicker Adirondack chairs and turn off your cell phone and just talk...

We rented a room for a private banquet party. The room was freezing and the "captain" was unable to warm it for us. Food was served late and the rice burned to the pan. The chicken was overcooked and the steak pieces (banquet style) were raw inside. But the spring rolls were good. The location is beautiful and interesting although the captain in charge of our group would routinely disappear for up to 30 minutes at a time. We had to track him down twice. When the bill was given, I had a question but was told that I had to discuss it with whomever set up the banquet. It ran $130/hd for pretty lousy Chinese food and a lox and bagel plate that was very short on the lox. If I use them again, I would need assurances and guarantees of satisfaction.

When I was contemplating where to ask, my now fiance to marry me, only two hotels came to mind.I went to check them both out a couple weeks before making a reservation so I could see the rooms. The gentlemen that first assisted me was so polite and knowledgeable it made my choice quite easy. I cannot be happier with the choice I made. When I first checked in I was lucky enough to meet Ben the concierge at Willows Lodge. Ben treated me like I was one of his family members. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the whole staff. Every where we went the whole staff asked how we were. The entire staff kept the engagement a secret until it happened, than they all congratulated us! We made reservations at their restaurant the Barking Frog for dinner, we got Erin as our server and she knew we just got engaged. We were so full of emotions we couldn't decide on food or wine let a lone if we wanted ice in our water haha. Erin took care of everything for us, from the wine to the steaks ( which were amazing) My fiance and I cannot wait to come back yearly for our anniversary. I wish I remembered everyone's name so I can thank them on here but BEN and ERIN thank you.

Great location just outside of the main city but still far enough away that it feel like you're in town middle of the forest. Great landscaping and trails to walk your dog. Did I mention they love dogs?! Overall a great place to relax and getaway or have a professional event especially in the summer or spring time.

Let's start with the rooms, I don't have complaints at all, mattress, pillow are prefect to hibernate like a bear!, the TV has a good size but it could be bigger (distance from the bed makes it smaller than it really is). The room has a hot tub and a good fireplace that help you a lot during winter cold. The people that serve the hotel are at extremely friendly! The garden (Japanese style) are plenty of bonsai trees. There's is no a pool in the hotel since this is a lodge and it is designed to be here to relax and go to the spa, they have a hot tub for 10 people at the most. They have bikes free to use and go around. There is no a town around because the hotel is in the middle of wineries, so if you are a wine lover this is the place!

So relaxing! The rooms were an oasis and the perfect place to retreat to after a long day of wine tasting. We loved the large soaking tub while gazing at the fireplace. Our room overlooked the garden and we could hear the soothing sound of running water into the tiny pond just below. Every single person on staff was so nice too! Absolutely perfect experience.

Yes it's expensive. Yes it's worth the money. Book your room now. The staff was great. Service for everything we asked for was nice. They have valet if you need it. It's across from the Barking Frog which is an amazingly nice place to eat. The rooms are good size. They have really nice deep soaker tubs and fantastic showers. All the amenities we could want were covered. No complaints about any of that. We even left a piece of jewelry in the room and noticed it when we were about 20 minutes down the road. We called them and they offered to mail it back to us. We had no problem just driving back to get it. They even verified our identity again to make sure they were giving the stuff to the correct person. And they did it all with a small. Really great service. Good spot for a date night or anniversary getaway. Lots of shopping centers and events within walking distance too. So many places to sample wines nearby.

We are so in love with Woodinville and Willows Lodge after or two night stay. Everything was amazing; from the dinner at Barking Frog and meeting Chef Bobby Moore, to the exquisite grounds and over the top customer service. Thank you too all the staff!!
