The customer service is top notch! The staff is always there to welcome you with a smile, even behind a mask. They are willing to go the extra mile when a lot of places do not.

My husband and I were completely blown away by the wonderful service we received at Willows Lodge. Such a high level of sophistication! The room was top notch as well. Needless to say, our expectations were beyond exceeded. We can not wait to visit again in November!

Great space for a meeting. Food was decent but nothing to write home about.

Service and rooms were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and huge tubs. We will be back.

Stayed at Willows Lodge while traveling for work and now I want to go back for fun. They have a pillow menu! Loved the fireplace in the room. Friendly customer service and the valet literally put the seatbelt in my hand when I got into the car. Hope to stay here again!

I was here for a work event. The staff are very professional and friendly and the service was great.

A real upscale place. Everyone was friendly and remembered our names. Dining experience was exquisite and well worth the money. There are trails and a lot of activities to do. Drinks were strong and food was tasty at the in house lounge. The couples massage was to die for and there are many complimentary items everywhere in the lodge. Located by a ton of eateries. Highly recommended.

My daughter had her wedding at this venue and the customer service was beyond amazing. Anything we asked for they did their best to provide!

My husband and I booked a room pretty last minute (same day) after we had to cancel our Leavenworth trip due to the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass closure yesterday. Upon our arrival at Willows Lodge, we were greeted by friendly and helpful front desk staff. They got us upgraded to a whirlpool room when we told them about our last minute change in plans to our anniversary trip, and were so accommodating in every part of our trip. The room was on the 1st floor, and clean, lovely and very romantic. The fireplace in our room was a fantastic touch, as were the dual-shower-head shower with electrictronic temperature control, and in-mirror TV in the bathroom. We got turn-down service with small chocolates on our pillows at 7pm and when we asked for extra tea, it appeared in minutes at our door. We had an amazing experience and every encounter with all staff was pleasant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary at this wonderful gem in the future.

Overall, Willows Lodge is a beautiful property with nice rooms and amazing staff. Everyone who works here is extremely warm and inviting and the big tubs in the room are great. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Additionally, the Barking Frog serves wonderful high end food. Everyone was so nice it makes it super hard to give the 3 star review.

Unfortunately, the lodge is loud which detracts from the overall experience of trying to get away. My husband and I were on the first floor and you can hear every little floor creak and movement when the person above you walks around the room (up at 6 AM one morning and 7 AM the next). Their was also an event one evening in the same wing as our room that ended around 10 PM with cleanup going till about 11 PM. Additionally, the room next to us brought a dog (I love dogs) but it barked for over an hour straight throughout the day and started up again for awhile around 8:30 AM. We also had a group of people outside yelling loudly till about 10 PM one night. It just took away from the overall relaxing weekend getaway because we could not fully disconnect. Minus the noise, this place is 5 stars.

I visited Barking Frog at Willows Lodge. It is easily one of the best restaurants in the Seattle area. Their seasonal menu and extensive wine list always impresses. The service it's great, too!

This was a luxurious stop on the way back from a trip to San Juan islands where we had more rustic accommodations.

The staff were super attentative and the lodge itself is lovely. I'd like to return when Covid 19 is over as I'd like to take advantage of some of the amenities and go to some wineries.

Small touches such as bubble bath and epsom salts upon request made the lodge and soak tub a luxurious experience.

A great place for a couples' getaway. The "nicer" room was beautiful. Fireplace and large soaking tub.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, THIS IS THE PLACE! The restaurant is amazing and they have a spa that will help relieve your stress and pamper you until you forget about your worries. They have affordable packages that range in price and amenities including everything from actually dining in a hot tub (prepared by a chef), to a day trip in a seaplane to a secluded destination where you will be spoiled beyond belief. The staff here were impeccable! They cater to your every request with a smile. I can't say enough about this majestic place. The venue is exquisite!

Had a catered brunch with some family that stayed there. Food was good, staff was more than nice, and the facility seemed pretty nice.

Best hotel in the area. Its a must for your Woodinville Wine Tour getaway.

The Gilman room was a lovely venue for a small wedding with direct access to a beautiful courtyard setting providing a picturesque backdrop for wedding photos! We were worried at first that it would be too cold outside, but there were heaters strategically placed on the ceiling of the arbor/gazebo so that nobody froze. There was a bit of chatter from the walkway on the other side of the fence, but not so much it was intrusive. The food was absolutely divine, AND healthy, too! I'm assuming it was influenced by the Herb Farm, across the parking lot from Willows Lodge. If I had my wedding to do all over again, I think this would be a perfect spot!

Listened to live music on Wednesday night at the fireaide lounge. Great evening.

Friendly staff, amazing spa, wonderful location near all the wineries. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, but the bed wasn't the most comfortable I also could hear the guest above walking around which was disappointing. Everything else about my stay was wonderful. I highly recommend getting a treatment at the spa while your there!

Just stopped by to avoid the coyotes, but I was thoroughly impressed by the class and visual grandeur of the place. Staff was friendly, and the Haida Are on display was fascinating. Much appreciated.

The overall experience was wonderful! We enjoyed the spa and the restaurant and would gladly use them again. Theven room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the garden. The bed was a little hard and the pillowsecond were a little to soft for me. I would gladly come back to experience it again.

Don't waist your time. Poor service with badly trained staff.

I attended a wedding here and everything was wonderful. The staff members were all very polite and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was a great experience overall.

My son had his wedding here and it was perfect. The staff and grounds were amazing. The rooms were all very clean and well appointed yet still keeping to the lodge theme. Very cozy warm vibes. There is plenty to do and eat all within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive. The Barking frog restaurant on the grounds had great food. Went there for breakfast. Looking for a weekend getaway or a larger event this is the place to go. If going to Chateau st Michelle concert stay here. You can grab your chairs and walk over.

One of my favorite places to sit and have a drink or glass of wine in the fireside lounge bar - check out their event calendar online for live music line ups. Great wine selections, excellent food. Love the outside patio in the summer time!

Beautiful hotel. Would love to stay there one day but only visited for an eventm. It was still a gorgeous property and would probably go back for their spa.

I am a local but I always love visiting Willows Lodge. Always friendly, clean, and charming. There is also a pokestop in front.

This is one of the best places I ve stayed yet! The rooms are amazing. The atmosphere and employees are great! And most importantly it s right next to all the wineries so no driving is required to go wine tasting!

Wonderful place for an interlude away from the big city

I attended a wedding at Willows Lodge. It was beautifully set up and catered. The service was wonderful. The lodge and staff made it a truly wonderful experience.

Very nice, intimate lobby. Amazing restaurant. Pleasant staff. Great location. All that said, the rooms and in-room service did not reflect the price. We were in a nicest room, which was in the corner to the courtyard with limited privacy. My husband had ordered a bottle of champagne in advance to our arrival, it never showed up even after confirming the time of delivery. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Shower was nice, but the overall bathroom could have used an update.

The Herbfarm was over the top amazing! 10 stars! Willows Lodge staff were rude and pretentious. Did a good job of making us feel unwelcome. At $350 a night for multiple nights that's a darned shame.

It was a wow experience. The lodge is like a resort and in a beautiful valley.
It's got the village home style and smell. Rooms are very spacious, decorated craftily.
People at front office are very friendly and pleasant. Check-in and checkout was very easy and quick.
Complimentary drink offered at check-in.

It was busy during the week and Friday evening was busiest. Parking was overwhelmed.
Bar gets loud at times, but noise doesn't get to rooms.

Nice fire pit outside. Can be watched from balconies in the room.

Overall a very nice place for a vacation stay.
There are also meeting rooms, so good for official staying as well.

Enjoying the garden while waiting for our couples massage and room to be ready. Highly Recommend the garden for a relaxing moment of peace. Our couples massage and facials were amazing. Dinner at The barking frog was exquisite even saw Russell Wilson there. Great trails along the Sammamish River in the morning to work off all that decadent food.

The service is excellent. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Peaceful. I would avoid the Barking Frog across the way, except for breakfast.

I was very impressed with this place for the price.

I was setup by my sister to get a massage. She failed to mention body scrub and facial that came with it. In spite of this man point killing fact this place was great. The robes are comfortable and the massage was spot on. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would go agian anytime, but wont publicly admit agian.

Stayed for a 2 night work event. Room was fantastic and the staff were even better.

Had a full day offsite for work in one of the conference rooms. The in room beverage service was outstanding. The staff was highly professional and discrete. The buffet lunch (southwest tex/mex food) was amazing. The bathroom facilities were clean. I was immediately greeted when I arrived and directed to the room, and when I left I was wished a pleasant evening. I love this place :)

Loved the Willows Lodge! Stayed here the weekend a few days ago & had a great experience. Clean exterior & interior. Amenties, room service & front desk were amazing! They greet me & my guest when we walked in. Fireside Lounge drinks & food was really good.. Super efficient, very helpful with my sisters friend who stayed with us that has a medical condition. Overall good experience beautiful landscape.

Visited the spa the other day. Very knowledgeable staff about my back issues and how to help my post partum skin heal up quickly. Only thing that was surprising was the very small locker room and one bathroom for the ladies locker room. Otherwise nice smaller spa.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so accommodating. And the lodging was gorgeous.
