My husband and I booked a room pretty last minute (same day) after we had to cancel our Leavenworth trip due to the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass closure yesterday. Upon our arrival at Willows Lodge, we were greeted by friendly and helpful front desk staff. They got us upgraded to a whirlpool room when we told them about our last minute change in plans to our anniversary trip, and were so accommodating in every part of our trip. The room was on the 1st floor, and clean, lovely and very romantic. The fireplace in our room was a fantastic touch, as were the dual-shower-head shower with electrictronic temperature control, and in-mirror TV in the bathroom. We got turn-down service with small chocolates on our pillows at 7pm and when we asked for extra tea, it appeared in minutes at our door. We had an amazing experience and every encounter with all staff was pleasant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary at this wonderful gem in the future.
