I love Willows Lodge so much. Their rooms are amazing, all of the staff is super friendly and know how to immediately make you feel comfortable and welcome. They have great amenities for guests like a relaxation pool (hot tub), a sauna, and a fitness room as well. You'll want to check prices ahead of time since things can be expensive, but it's worth it if you're looking to treat yourself to a nice getaway from life for a bit.

Location is awesome. The wines are delicious. But as a vegetarian, I felt the food was mediocre. I had gone here for a office party. So this may have to do with the options chosen by the company staff. But after starting off with a bunch of really good wines the food was a major let down.

Visited Willows for drinks and apps with friends. Happy hour food was good. Drinks were great. Only experience that was not as great as expected was the service. The staff were probably a little overwhelmed because it was a full night, but they were not very friendly nor seemed too interested in answering questions we had about the menu. Like I said though, it was a really busy night. I would still go again.

Came here for our Wedding Anniversary. This place blew our minds! Absolutely responsive staff to your needs, we ordered more champagne and they brought it up in less time it took us to call for it. Very serene area, lots of wineries down the road. Excellent food, the server we had downstairs, Faith, was superb, friendly, clearly loves doing what she does and Chris at the front desk is very informative, professional and sweet as pie. Highly, highly recommend Willows Lodge if you want to escape the current reality we're all living. We only stayed one night, however the staff and entire place made us feel as though we stayed longer.

Went with some friends to see live music on their patio. The atmosphere and live music was fun. It wasn't over crowded and we had no trouble getting a table for 7 and two dogs. We will go back for more summer evenings.

Came here for a family wedding, but extended our stay because of the exceptional hospitality we received. Very comfortable rooms with fireplaces, spa on the premise, turndown service, etc...

Take the wine tour and visit local wineries and distilleries. Finish off the day with a bottle or two of wine in the hot tub...my wife an I met new friends over a few plastic glasses of wine in the hot tub.

One of our favorite places that we are sure to return to.

Would've appreciated much more, if they had coordinated better for the surprise and decorations within the room. Despite mentioning that it is a surprise, and calling them to keep it secret, no efforts were put in, as they were demanding checkin upfront at the front desk. Rest, Stay was great, including the room- services, complementary desserts which were really ecstatic and awesome good .

We stayed in the Herbfarm suite, which was very plush, and made for a lovely retreat to relax on the chaise longues after a day of wine tasting. Staff are so nice and helpful, and we had all our needs met.

Great location and facility for a team retreat. From start to finish we had excellent, attentive and accomdating service. The food and room view of the gardens were fantastic. We had two vendors to facilitate different parts of our retreats and they were treated as VIP by the staff when they arrived. Will definitely use Willows for our business needs again.

Warning: barking dogs allowed

We had a great evening and were looking forward to a relaxing Sunday morning. Dog started barking at 7am. According to the staff they were unable to contact the people who were staying in the room by phone, had left messages and texts. We finally gave up at 9 and left with the dog still barking. The room was prepaid, so no refunds. Not a good policy. Offered us a late checkout. No way we could stand the noise any longer!

This was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet upscale. The live music really added a lot to the evening. The food items were a very good portion and great for sharing. Food quality was superb.

Stayed here for a week after Valentine's day Valentine's event. This hotel is awesome. Rooms are large, immaculate, and well appointed. We stayed in a "Nicer" room, which contained a soaking tub, large TV, fireplace, and a deck with views of the courtyard.
The rooms are well insulated and quiet, as they had live music downstairs but we couldn't hear it in our room.

The hotel is located in what appears to be a semi rural area, but in truth there is a brewery and two wineries essentially next door, a large walking trail, and you are two blocks from one of the winery districts, which has wineries, shops, and restaurants. We made the walk and it was not in the least bit difficult.

Greeted with wine at check in and escorted to my beautiful room. Very impressed and loving it here! Tub is big and enjoying my bubble bath! Would be the perfect romantic getaway, unfortunately I am here for a meeting but loving it!

Willows is the nicest hotel in the Puget Sound outside of the city. Woodinville is only 30 minutes away and yet you feel like you're immersed in a mountain lodge. The hotel is really cozy with only 84 rooms, and their employees truly strive to provide a luxury experience that feels more like home than a hotel.

The Willows Lodge is lovely and is probably the nicest place to stay in Woodinville. However, our room cost well over $400 once taxes and fees were included. For over $400 I expect superb accommodations.

Our room was on the second floor next to the spa. I don t know if this is an older, more inconvenient section, but we schlepped our luggage up dreary stairs one floor to our room. The hallways were dark and not at all pleasant. It had a rustic, camp like feel, without any panache.

Our room was large, a bit dated, and laid out weirdly. A sliding door separated the bathroom from the sleeping room, but privacy was achieved by additional louvered windows over the tub overlooking the bedroom, with sinks opposite the tub. Another sliding door hid the toilet and shower. Yes, the toilet and shower are in the same room, separate from the sinks and tub. The shower is open, except for some frosted glass on the doors, providing the only privacy. I have seen arrangements like this in Paris, where the architect is trying to fit a full bathroom into a 200 square foot studio apartment, but never in the United States in a hotel with lots of space available. Everything worked, but it looked old. Luxury was evident in the linens and towels. Our view of woods was nice enough. Service was polite, formal, but with no warmth. Obviously, everyone was professionally trained, but the staff was generally impersonal. There was a country club, preppy ambiance about everything at the Willows.

I like my upscale to have soul. Thus, I doubt we will stay at the Willows on our return visit to Woodinville if we can find something else close by the wineries. Again, maybe we were just assigned a lousy room. Your experience may be better.

Amazing establishment. If you have the time and money, this is the place to be. Great location for Chateau Ste. Michelle concerts, as well as a nice centralized location to stay for tours of all of the wineries in Woodinville.

Definitely one of the greatest hotels I ve ever been. The staff is amazing, can t be more beautiful, and natural, and cozy. Location is just perfect, surrounded by vineyards and very close to wineries, good food and more. Also the two restaurants are really good and as a photographer I can tell is the perfect place for a wedding too!

This place is lovely. My wife and I stayed here for our wedding night in 2016, and just recently got to visit again for a friends wedding. The staff are exceedingly welcoming. Outside of the beautiful landscaping and comfortable ambiance of the place, the staff are just lovely. It s more than being professional, they are nice and welcoming. It may not be the most affordable place for a stay, but it s a treat worth planning for.

Great getaway for special occasions. We had the hotel and spa package. Rooms are spacious and restaurants are nice. The spa hot tub needs little TLC...it has a green tint to it - I'd prefer the traditional blue or clear water. Then when your in the outdoor spa hot tub, you can see green moss on the cover mechanism - kind of gross. The hot tub is right next to a walkway, separated by a cedar fence. Sauna is also outdoor next to the walkway - wanted to use it but feel to exposed. Overall Spa sauna and hot tub Doesn't feel secluded or private - wish it were indoors or little more secluded. Our room patio was facing the main road, so you can hear the road noise if you step out for a walk. We love the surrounding winery experience. We easily spent 1k for the whole experience for just one night. Not sure if we can justify doing it again here.

Dinner at the Barking Frog was really good, as was the service. I'd come here years ago for business dinners and glad to say it's as delicious as I remember. Highlights for me were the cauliflower salad and the pork chop.

We went barking frog restaurant for date night dinner. The atmosphere was very relaxing, service was outstanding. Their food was made to order, I had seared scallops and hubby had salmon both dishes were delicious. Will go back again for sure, highly recommend this place but make a reservation before you go.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Willows Lodge. The hospitality was exceptional. Prior to our stay, we were contacted by email to indicate any accommodation preferences as well as any interests in activities available in the area. Each reply to our emails was prompt and informative. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of wine immediately upon arrival. Our room was cozy, welcoming, and very clean. We enjoyed a nice view of a garden from our second floor balcony. Some of the main highlights of our trip were at Willows Lodge, including the WineVenture tour, happy hour snacks and drinks at the Fireside Lounge, and dinner at the Barking Frog. Meghan VonJouanne was our tour guide for the WineVenture tour. She picked tasting rooms based on our taste, helped us with shipping our wine purchases, took a few photos for us, and gave us an extensive list of great food and activities in the area. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was top notch. We enjoyed hot coffee in the lobby each morning, greetings from the staff, the door always held open for us, and turn down service with Willows Lodge chocolates each evening. The location of the hotel is in walking distance from dozens of wineries. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was everything and more. We were also a bit apprehensive about the bad reviews, but before we even arrived it was clear those reviewers are confused. We got lost on the way, called the front desk and received friendly directions even though we were late for check in. The room was amazing, the only downside? The toilet/shower combo. Not much privacy in the bathroom, make sure you are comfortable with who you are staying with! Oh and the fixtures were a bit confusing. The fireplace is breathtaking, and a nice surprise when you turn on your TV!We enjoyed Happier Hour in the Fireside Cellar, it was awesome! What a great atmosphere! Room service was more than accommodating, brunch at the Barking Frog was outstanding! All the employees there were so friendly, along with Ruthie (The complaints department, aka the Dog). The lodge is small, making you feel as though you are the only people there, the grounds are amazing! If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is the place, especially if you live around here, you feel like you are worlds away! We will be staying there again! PS- there is an elevator and the beds are perfect!

Such a romantic getaway! Staff were so sweet and pleasant, helped me with fax (although didnt go through for many times they patiently tried and eventually got it done), offered assistance with door and drinks, provided rose to enhance our romance... even at the cold winter January, it's still pleasant and beautiful. Definitely worth a revisit!!!

Gorgeous facility with a really lovely ambiance. A couple nice restaurant on site and down in the middle of Woodinville wind country. The spa is amazing and the rooms are lovely. Excellent customer service and a really great experience.

We went in quite late and appreciated the accomodation they made for us. We were all vegetarian and the options were a little limited. Though the food, service, presentation was all great. I give 4 stars only because of a limited vegetarian menu.
