Overall, Willows Lodge is a beautiful property with nice rooms and amazing staff. Everyone who works here is extremely warm and inviting and the big tubs in the room are great. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Additionally, the Barking Frog serves wonderful high end food. Everyone was so nice it makes it super hard to give the 3 star review.

Unfortunately, the lodge is loud which detracts from the overall experience of trying to get away. My husband and I were on the first floor and you can hear every little floor creak and movement when the person above you walks around the room (up at 6 AM one morning and 7 AM the next). Their was also an event one evening in the same wing as our room that ended around 10 PM with cleanup going till about 11 PM. Additionally, the room next to us brought a dog (I love dogs) but it barked for over an hour straight throughout the day and started up again for awhile around 8:30 AM. We also had a group of people outside yelling loudly till about 10 PM one night. It just took away from the overall relaxing weekend getaway because we could not fully disconnect. Minus the noise, this place is 5 stars.
