We just recently purchased a 2020 Sorento and Dillon O loughlin was our excellent sales person. We had him looking for a V6 with AWD. He called us on a Tuesday that he had found one by Friday of the same week we were in our new Sorento. I had the pleasure of working with Austin Mayo. He was dilligent at doing whatever he could to get me approved. Keeping me informed every step of the way. Whether it was updating info or us just having to change how we were going about things. Very informative and will do everything in his power to make sure you are taken care of. My case was definitely a hard struggle but not once did he complain or make me feel guilty. I got approved and bought my very first BRAND NEW 2021 vehicle. And let me tell you it was a very emotional experience, stressed and emotional. But wouldn't change anything about it or who I worked with. Working with the KIA system crashing and being down for a couple days he was with me updating me every step of the way. Coming from a manager in customer service, definitely earned a 5 star from myself and my family.
Thank you so much Austin for getting me into a much safer and NEW vehicle. Will always continue doing business with you and your company, and long with referring people your way!. Great things.

I have a story I need to share with everyone about the outstanding and caring service that I
received from Gregory Moore and Mike Kaczmarek at the Traverse City Kia location
I was recently in a car accident and Greg went out of his way to have a car ready for me sitting there and got me in A new car within hours of calling him
he even volunteered to come pick me up to bring me to the dealership
I would recommend to anyone and everyone that's in need of a car to go see Greg and Mike they made a very horrible situation so much better and they went out of their way to take care of me as a customer this will be my fifth Kia and I won't go anywhere else thanks to Greg and Mike
I truly felt they were looking out for my best interest and getting me what I needed to get on with life
Two thumbs up couldn't ask for nicer more caring people and the ones that are at Kia in Traverse City Michigan

We traded our 2012 Soul for a new 2016 Soul. Our salesperson,Terry Tracey made the entire process extremely easy. He took some basic information and within 15 minutes we had a deal that was acceptable for everyone. They called our insurance agent and made the necessary changes for us, swapped out the plates and we were out the door. We would highly recommend Terry and the entire Williams KIA staff to anyone in the market for a new car.

Our salesman was Dillon O'loughlin and he was great. We just drove into the lot to see if they had a used Kia Sportage when we got out of the vehicle he was already on his way out to see if he could help us. He ask us to come inside and look at the inventory he had on other lots. Needless to say after talking to him and discussing the deals they had to offer I walked out of the dealership with a 2021 Kia Sportage. He explained every button on the vehicle in detail. I felt so comfortable in my new vehicle. Very happy with everyone I met there, Ryan the sales manager, Skylar the service manager, Donna the parts manager and then Andrew who did the finance part. Great group of people. Highly recommended Williams Kia in Traverse City.

We were able to get put into a loaner car after they had closed and made it home. He also has the best communication among the everyone with Kia. They just missed out on 2 for sure vehicle sales on the spot. And many more for the next 2-3 yr span over time.Complete let down.When we gave our word, we kept it. When the sales team gave their word, it meant nothing. We were all set on becoming part of the Kia family for years to come as our family was also. Our parents have purchased 2 Sorentos in just over a 4 year period-had a great experience, and also just traded in a Sorento for the new telluride. They referred us to TC Kia &talked them up, however our experience was terrible that now left a lasting impression on us & now them. You would have had 4 of us returning back every few yrs to make vehicle purchases & leases on the spot without even having to make a sales pitch. We were eager to become a part of the team &thought that we would receive that feeling. We wanted to immediately purchase the used Sorento that our family members traded in, and also purchase or lease another second suv the same day as we are in the market. We attempted to call repeatedly &leave messages on the voicemail of a salesman who we found out was no longer there. We did not receive a return call. It seems like it would have transferred to another salesman etc. when that was not working, we clicked the check availability on the vehicle on the website. We received an email back from a salesman advising that the vehicle is available-that we would be receiving a phone call to set something up. We received a call from a completely different salesman who left a voicemail advising that yes the vehicle was still available etc. we contacted Kia back & spoke to the manager. We advised Him of the situation & what we wanted to do. He advised that no problem let s set something up immediately & he would have his salesman call us back to set up our experience. The salesman returned our call: we then advised him of what our intentions were. That being 1.Purchasing that used Sorento & also 2. A Second lease or purchase of another awd SUV. We were advised that no problem we could set a time the next day to come do so, the vehicle was available & that he would have that vehicle along with the other suv options ready upon our arrival. We set up an appointment & explained that we would be making the drive from about an hour away. We thought it was going to be great. We arrived at the exact time that we said we were going to be there & observed the used vehicle & 2 other new SUV s all up front ready to go & thought wow now this is going to be a great experience. We drove an hour only to be told that someone had just came minutes before us-signing the papers to purchase vehicle 1of2 that we wanted. You mean to tell me that knowing we were en route to come purchase that vehicle, purchase or lease another vehicle on top of that-that you could not hold the vehicle or even ask for a security deposit or anything. It would ve been a done deal. We were then advised well sorry, a guy came &wrote a check. Well ok we would have also.We just attempted for 3 days with 3 diff people to try to set it up to simply do so. By that time, after driving over an hour & being completely let down, we decided this is not somewhere we wanted to do business with after all. We were all set on Kia-we will now have to travel to another dealership to see if that experience is better. We were already sold on the vehicles. Easiest 2 sales ever just turned into now possibly losing out on 4 vehicle sales between the 4 of us now. It may not mean anything to the sales team & may be all about the sale, but to us it is about good business, keeping your word & taking your team to the next step increasing sales locally-also keeping current customers. Complete opposite experience of what others had. Maybe their 1 used car sale was worth it! Side advice to sales, when a customer inquires about a telluride also as the second vehicle-don t say well there s 40 people waiting for one. In my opinion you say hey we can get you on a list-let s make it happen when we can. Wasted day-wasn t about losing the sold car but how we were treated thereafter by them.

brake fluid was low at delivery,and almost no window wash solvent,wasnt snowing that day so didnt turn out to be an issue,also wish they hadnt torn the window sticker to non legible,would have liked to keep it to show others options etc,but they tore off about 3/4 inch of the beginning of each line then left the big part of sticker in back seat but not the other piece, other than those few things everything else gets an A

I bought my van in 2016 and the service was amazing then. Great Salesmen and everyone I spoke to was great. For the first year the service department was tip top shape!! Everyone's customer service was amazing.

Then they replaced the service department manager and his custoner service is horrible. Asking questions and being talked to like I am stupid or treated like I am bothering him. I hesitate to even call to make my appointments because I would prefer not to even speak to the man. Someone needs to teach him to be pleasant even if they day isn't going his way.

Stopped in for an oil change and ended up waiting almost two hours while these guys did god-knows-what. People who came in after me were in and out well before me. Also, the service guy tried to sell me on a $65 cabin air filter. Maybe instead of trying to sell me stuff I don't need, you should focus on doing the oil change quickly next time.

Terrible shopping experience. Stopped her to get a price on a new lease vehicle to compare with some other cars I had been considering. They REFUSED to quote a price unless I took a Micky Mouse test ride first. I told them I didn't want to waste my time and theirs until I was thru with what was my first step in shopping, namely getting a feel for price ranges. After asserting that as the customer I'll decide I will shop on my terms they still refused to give me a price.
I feel bad for the rookie salesman but he was just doing what his manager told him to do. Ended up with a Subaru.

Dillon is the best. He knows his product and he knows how to take care of his customers. He helped me with a lot of the problems of buying a new car. I would highly recommend the dealership as well as Ryan the manager. Plus the Kia telluride is a superb vehicle.

Right from the beginning Dillon O Loughlin was awesome to work with. Answered questions, explained features and systems of the new Sorento and included the whole family in the experience. When it came time to make the purchase Ryan McCoy entered into the transactions and thoroughly explored options for us with the patience of a true professional. We are very excited new owners of a new Sorento.

Purchased a used vehicle from Williams Kia. 2 years later went to purchase another used vehicle from Williams Chevy. When purchase was nearly finalized the salesmen informed me that the first vehicle I had purchased, and was then trading in, was reported as totaled years before I had even bought it.

So they had sold me a totaled car without telling me it was totaled. Because car was totaled , they could only give me 500$ towards my next purchase. Originally a 5,000 dollar car.

So that s very shady. On top of that, a year after I had purchased the newer vehicle, my window broke. I called Williams Chevy about it. Their mechanic, I think his name was Jason, informed me that I was 1 thousand miles over my warranty and that he was going to charge me 100 dollars just to LOOK at it, and he was rather rude in his manner. After watching a YouTube video, ordering a 40 dollar part off of Amazon, and spending about 20 minutes of my time, the window was fixed. And I have 0 experience with automobile mechanics.

Please do not support Williams, it s one of my biggest regrets.

Dillon O Loughlin and Ryan McCoy helped my expanding family get into a vehicle that fit our needs while not having to sacrifice comfort or features and they worked outside of regular business hours to make it happen within the budget we had before walking into the dealership.
