I had the pleasure of working with Austin Mayo. He was dilligent at doing whatever he could to get me approved. Keeping me informed every step of the way. Whether it was updating info or us just having to change how we were going about things. Very informative and will do everything in his power to make sure you are taken care of. My case was definitely a hard struggle but not once did he complain or make me feel guilty. I got approved and bought my very first BRAND NEW 2021 vehicle. And let me tell you it was a very emotional experience, stressed and emotional. But wouldn't change anything about it or who I worked with. Working with the KIA system crashing and being down for a couple days he was with me updating me every step of the way. Coming from a manager in customer service, definitely earned a 5 star from myself and my family.
