Chris Polatch Languages are excellent to work for and are highly recommended. They offer great support for teachers including resources for adapting to online teaching in these current difficult times
and match clients with the teacher very carefully. Communication is always clear and they make administration procedures very easy and stress free! Their rates of pay are very competitive and they pay on time. Overall, they are very professional and a delight to work for.

I have known this company for a long time now. They are an honest and genuine organization. They have good and fair payment rates but also are willing to negotiate with you if you are not totally happy with what they are offering you.

If you need to prepare for a specific exam, specify that from the outset and they will help you find the right teacher. Classes transferred online to Zoom easily when COVID-19 started

Thanks to Chris Polatch Language Courses I was able to start learning French at times which suited me, with a French teacher who tuned in to my needs and provided the style of teaching which met my language ability. I started with no knowledge and in one academic year I reached level A1/A2 where I was able to express myself with confidence, both in speech and writing.

My experience as a teacher at Chris Polatch is very positive. I have worked as a freelance German, French & English (EFL) language tutor with Chris Polatch for some 6 years now. I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and professional, being keen linguists themselves.
They also have a classroom on site now, an added bonus, as well as a library with a good source of teaching materials. It is a vital business in Winchester filling a niche in the market for foreign language provision. Highly recommended.

I have had one student assigned to me from Chris Polatch Language Courses so far. The student was a very good match for my skillset and I very much enjoyed my assignment.

I had some teething problems understanding the online system for booking and recording lessons, but my contact at the agency was very helpful and supportive.

I feel that I have been well "looked after" throughout, yet at the same time I've been given the independence to plan and carry out lessons as I wish.

Payment to tutors is every four lessons which would not normally be an issue. However, in my case the student was only in a position to have very infrequent lessons, which meant that it took a long time for me to receive any money.

I would be happy to have more students assigned to me from my experience so far, and have no hesitation in recommending Chris Polatch to other students and tutors.

In all the time I ve been working with CPL, the communication from their side has been first rate and extremely pleasant- my contact, Clare who is one of the directors, always takes the time to phone regularly and make sure everything is working well with their client from the teacher s perspective.
