My wife and I are in the market for a mid size AWD for the winter season. Today we visited Greg Moore who was knowledgable and helpful. He let me take a Sportage for about 45 minutes to show my wife, and then my wife and I drove a Sorrento. When we get closer to purchase time we'll probably make a return visit and see if they have the higher level trim available.

We had a great time buying our 2016 KIA Soul. We traded our 2011 KIA SOUL in for it. Really excited about our new car and the experience with Terry at Williams KIA was great. We plan to do this again in five years!
Dillon O Loughlin went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that I dreamed of for a long time. He was kind and patient. I loved the way he treated my mom. He was so sweet to her. She adored him.
I bought a Sorento in 2007 and have had it serviced through the service department since. It's always been a pleasant experience. Recently, I had a couple of issues that seemed minor but ended up entailing a full replacement of the A/C compressor and some moderate electrical issues. Also, the ball joints up front were going. I was out of factory warranty but needed to get it done, so I dropped it off with the service department. Ken was extremely friendly, professional, and compassionate. In a couple hours, he gave me a call indicating the damages and that it would cost just under $2,000 for the repairs. He then indicated he'd done some deeper digging and determined that I had purchased some sort of third-party extended warranty that I'd forgotten all about. He haggled on the phone with said insurance agency and ended up with some very good news. The warranty covered the replacement of just about everything and he even managed to get them to cough up for an alignment across the road. All said and done, I got my A/C fixed, defroster fixed, new ball joints, new belts, oil change, alignment, electrical/dome light issues, and a few other things for $280. Ken was responsive, informative, and he went well above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen. I am one satisfied customer. As a business owner in customer service myself, I know that most of the time working late and going further goes unnoticed, but I wanted to make sure that Ken got his kudos. I also called the boss man over there and made sure he was aware of it, too. Thanks Ken! You've done a great job in maintaining customer loyalty. Well done.
I just wanted to say that Ken and the service team at Williams Kia are some of the best service people I have dealt with with regards to automotive care. They always get my car in and serviced really fast. I had a repetitive problem with my air conditioning and was compensated for my hassle. It can be difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys are a good bet.
I have to say I had a really great experience. I worked with Austin Mayo. He listened to the concerns I had with my previous vehicle, and went over my options with me. He took into account what I was looking for as well as my budget. Gave me several recommendations and went above and beyond, to work with my schedule and time frame. I am happy with my purchase and really appreciated that as a nervous buyer, he made this an easy buy.
Purchased a 2021 Seltos and I could not be happier with both the vehicle and my purchase experience! From start to finish the staff at Williams Kia services were efficient, informational, and most importantly, reliable. I went in for a routine oil and brake change and found out my tires were in no condition to drive. An employee named Skyler was quick, polite, and straight forward in helping me get a quote( with VERY reasonable pricing), my car serviced, and me back in my car driving away hassle free. The staff at Williams Kia services worked hard on my vehicle PLUS gifted me with a cleaning inside and out after everything was serviced on my vehicle. I ve been going to this facility ever since I purchased my car about a year ago and I ve never been steered wrong. I continue to be impressed with the work these people put into my vehicle every time. 10/10 would recommend.

Austin Mayo made my car buying experience better than I ever thought possible. I had been waiting to try out the Telluride for ages but it is so hard to get. Austin called me right as i was planning on getting a different vehicle (i call it fate) saying the one I had wanted was on the truck planning to be here the next day. He communicated all day leading up to the car making it to the lot...and within 24 hours it is now in my garage. Dillon Oloughlin is awesome!! He just sold me my K5, and had previously sold me my Sportage. He goes way above and beyond to answer all questions (and there are many!) and works hard to get the best price. I never felt rushed, and he went out of his way to let me test drive at night! Five stars, and give my guy a raise!! BTW, everyone at the dealership is friendly and patient, including the service department!
When the lease on my 2014 Sorento expired they did a great job of getting me into leasing a 2016 Soul! The salesperson Dan Schultz and business manager Tommy Stalteri were awesome to work with. I'll be working with Williams Kia for my next purchase.
We liked out 2013 Kia Sportage so much we wanted another one. The deals were so good now we decided to brave the shut down due to Covid19 to shop for another one. Williams had one we really liked and Dillon was great to work with and helped us to make it happen...Thanks Dillon we love our new Sportage!
After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to fix a major acceleration issue with my six year old Kia. After fixing a wire that they thought was the problem, they test drove it and said it was better. I was skeptical so I asked to test drive the car before I checked out to see if it was any better before I left, but they would not let me. I was basically told if this didn't fix the issue that it would be very expensive to repair, implying that my 6 year old Kia was not worth fixing. So I just cashed out and left. But as soon as I pulled out, it was obvious that the problem was no better. How any serious tech would think the problem is fixed when the car is hitting 5000rpm to get up to 25mph, I don't understand. So I turned around and brought it back to tell them the car was no better. The service manager and tech essentially through their hands up in the air, didn't offer to take another look or take it for a drive to even offer a guess what the problem was. They just said, well it might be expensive and take a long time to figure out. Again implying that a 6 year old Kia is not worth fixing, and giving the strong impression that they just did not want to deal with it. So I left. Worst experience I ever had with any auto shop or dealership. I certainly will not return, and would not recommend anyone else to use this shop. I should have just gone to my local repair shop, but I thought that a Kia dealership would be better able to fix a Kia, instead I wasted half of a day, drove 100 miles, and spent $250 to have my car run just as poorly as it did when I brought it in.
I went to William Kia a week ago today. Very very busy and everyone was working hard. Austin Mayo and Ryan Mccoy stopped everything they were doing to asked if I had been helped. I told them no, but that I wanted the vehile on my phone. It wasn't in yet and was still to be shipped. Austin offered a different vehile next to him on the showcase. I told him I wanted the one on my phone. No problem. They took my name and number and shook my hand. I love that they shook my hand. Austin called me that Monday to talk with me about what I wanted. Austin stayed in contact with me the whole time until the vehile came. Fast forward to yesterday. The truck came in but we had decided we wanted something different,no problem. Funny part was we ended up getting and loving the showcase vehile Austin originally showed me. This is when we meet Andrew Morneau. He worked so hard to make sure we got what we wanted at a price we could afford. And when I say he worked hard he truly did, while being injured and working. This is the best team of worker I have seen in a very long time. This was my best experience at a dealership. I won't go anywhere else from now on. This team in traverse city had got to be one of the hardest working teams. Also a shot out to Austin for being on top of the sale and a great person to hang with for 5 hours while waiting for everything to go through.
