I bought my van in 2016 and the service was amazin...

I bought my van in 2016 and the service was amazing then. Great Salesmen and everyone I spoke to was great. For the first year the service department was tip top shape!! Everyone's customer service was amazing.

Then they replaced the service department manager and his custoner service is horrible. Asking questions and being talked to like I am stupid or treated like I am bothering him. I hesitate to even call to make my appointments because I would prefer not to even speak to the man. Someone needs to teach him to be pleasant even if they day isn't going his way.
