Mark Heinzleman was great to work with and I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. All my paperwork was in order with no sneaky extra charges that I wasn't aware of. Amazing experience! I can't saw enough about Mark McDaniel. Not only did he put up with our inconsistency for 2 days, (7 different cars), but he literally ran his butt off and never once made us feel unappreciated. I started entertaining the idea of a new car and went out perusing with my wife to see what was available. I think what impressed me most about Wilde is the amount of services that they offer. Before I went in for the test drive, everyone told me "don't expect to drive out of the lot with it the day you buy it, that never happens." So you can imagine my surprise and excitement when I was told I could in fact drive my new car home that night. They installed the new plates and took care of the registration for me.

I bought a 2019 honda pilot touring. Great sales team but worst service team imaginable.... this pilot touring has been nothing but full of issues with its electronic system. I took it 2 times to Wilde Honda and if u ask them why this brand new car has these issues the response I get from them is we are not manufacturers and engineers so it isnt our issue. Not a response one wants to hear when u buy a top of line car and pay premium price and continue to have problems after problems. How is it possible that u buy a brand new car and the Air conditioning just doesn't work....then the whole entertainment system just stops working even though the service department claims to have fixed and and 3 weeks after the fix the whole system shuts down The service department people are rude, the last thing I want to hear when I keep bringing the car is we arent the manufacturer and we arent the engineer.
Also the car is under the warranty and so far I have wasted 3 to 4 days because I bring the car and sit for hours for the diagnoses and then bring it again to get it fixed, there is no loaner....because the service guy says it isnt Honda company polic . I dont think I will ever deal with Wilde Honda.

My review is based on both my experience with purchasing a new vehicle, and having accessory add-ons that I purchased during the car purchase installed in the vehicle a few weeks later. Dale was my sales representative for the purchase of the car and if I could give him on his own 5 stars, I absolutely would! He was wonderful to work with, clear and to the point with how the breakdown went, and overall just super pleasant and conversational! He even went out of his way to find the exact trim I wanted for this car from another dealership in the area. I've had no issues with the car itself, it's a beautiful 2020 Honda Fit. However, the service department really dropped the ball hard when it came to installing accessories. I've had to come back to the dealership three times to get all of my accessories installed. First time they could only do about half of the work because they didn't order mounting equipment for the center console add-ons and never ordered the all-season floor mats. Second time everything else was installed, however they caused cosmetic damage to the leather shift knob (I did not inform them of this because I was already no longer wanting to work with their services) but they again did not have the floor mats even though they told me when making the second appointment all parts were in and in the voicemail telling me it was ready for pickup, it says that floor mats were indeed installed. Thankfully Dale was on my side and had a conversation with the accessories manager and the floor mats arrived next day, which I installed myself. Highly recommend Wilde Honda for their sales reps and awesome vehicles, but I would stay away from their service department if you're having them do anything cosmetically to your car. I couldn't tell you what their normal mechanical services are like, and I voted to avoid the maintenance warranty when I knew I could do my own oil changes and other maintenance at home.

I got a oil change and everyone in the garage was great and wearing their masks.
Waiting inside I saw a lot of sales reps and other employees not wearing masks. Even if you are behind a screen, you should wear a mask. Also, no one was asking customers who came in without masks to wear one. It made me feel very uneasy.

He answered all our questions and helped us make the right decision.

Worked with Wilde Honda in the past and had a good experience. I was there again a few weeks ago and the experience was the exact opposite. I thought I had steppped back into college, a bunch of salesmen were sitting in vehicles on the lot blarring music and yelling.
Looked at an older used vehicle that was priced high. Found multiple issues with it that the sales and staff had never noticed before... Including bad damage to the front fender that I suspect happened on the lot. Went to Honda City in West Allis and the salesmen worked with me even after hours and we bought a wonderful car.

When i first was followed up with about a car i was interested in, the service was prompt and informative. When i scheduled my meeting to test drive and finalize the purchase of the Vehicle the person i was supposed to meet with left for the day and the car i was going to get sold an hour before i got there. No one followed up with me to tell me anything, not to come, or that the car i was looking at was already sold. This was extremely irritating.
Worked with Hector and he was great. I called and asked about a car and he ran out to the car and got me the information and had the car waiting for us when we got there. He stayed late while we test drove and had the car waiting and cleaned for us the next morning.
The bad thing...this was a cash deal and I still waited for a finance person for over an hour at 9am when it wasn t even busy! No reason a cash deal should have to wait that long!!
Maxx made our buying process smooth and quick. We started out the day going for a drive to get out of the house for a bit with our kids and ended up trading in our car for one that better suited our family. Would definitely do business with Maxx and Wilde Honda again.
NEVER FINANCE THROUGH THEM. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I thought I had a good experience buying out my lease although I got the bill 3 weeks later and found out I got played. The total amount was thousands of dollars more than what my buy-out was suppose to be. I talked to the financing company on the phone and they said that what happened to me is very typical. I talked with the dealership on one price but the price that was buried in the contract was a very different price. Be Aware.
The other issue I had was that I added a paint and interior protection program package on my car. They cleaned it up and added the coating on it while I signed the paperwork. The quality of the cleaning was poor, but I didn't say anything because I didn't think I was being charged beyond the package price. I came to find out that they charged me $200 for cleaning the car and full price for the interior package as well. I wish they would have let me know, I would have cleaned the car myself and had them add the coating on a different day.
I also asked them to look at the back up cam because sometimes it goes black and it was still under warranty. They told me that they can't look at it, that it was an electrical issue that is hard to diagnose and it goes out of warranty the next day.
All in all, DISSATISFIED. I will never work with them again. I went from making a financially smart decision to buy the car and owe less than the car was worth. I came to find out I owed more than what it is worth and I am trying very hard to catch up.
Stopped in today to get a Second Key made. We worked with David today and when we purchased. Very Happy with our new Fit and with Wilde Honda.
I came in after a friend referred me to see Shannon, everything was really simple. I had told her my specifications and budget. She found me something right away! I went there to buy a new car at this dealership. What a horrible experience.
First, I contacted them via internet and phone. They have female customer service reps to try to get you to their dealership by promising a good discount. While I was on the phone with one of them, they pretended to put me on hold so she could ask her boss for the discount. Don t believe what they tell you on the phone. These customer service reps are not salesmen and whatever they promise you is just to get you into their dealership.
Once you are there at the dealership, you have to negotiate with salesmen just like any dealership. Anything that they promised you on the phone, you can forget about it.
After you are done with a salesman and get your purchase agreement signed, make sure you take a picture of the agreement or a copy of it before going to the finance guy.
When you are at the finance guy s desk, he or she will try to sales you with all the extended warranty or prepaid services. Make sure you stay firm with NO. You can always buy an extended warranty from Honda at any dealerships, even over the internet. It is better to think about it after the purchase so that you have time shopping around for best deal on extended warranty.
Make sure to compare the purchase agreement (final price or any add on) that you sign at the salesman s desk to the final finance document that you sign at finance guy s desk.

20 minutes after I got service done on 1/3/18 my low tire pressure light comes on on the freeway (they were supposed to check them - I had an oil change/brake fluid change and a tire rotation done). I go back in the next day and my passenger back tire is at 27 PSI - supposed to be at 32-35. They obviously never checked them.
Jay Streeter (Service advisor) is also very rude, he doesn't let you speak when you are trying to explain things about your car. For "express service" making an appointment I've had to wait over 2 hours just for an oil change before. Definitely don't recommend anyone to go here for service, very disappointed.

Disappointed with my Wilde Honda experience so far.
My car was also purchased certified-preowned and therefore, I purchased an extended warranty that allows us to fix the parts covered by the warranty at Wilde Honda. However, I've been waiting for almost 2 months for them to order a part to fix my AC. It still has not arrived. That kind of defeats the purpose of paying for the warranty. I'm thankful it's not a more important part of the car. Would not recommend this dealership.
