Purchased my second car from Wilde Honda Saturday and the entire experience was amazing. I met with salesman Mark Heinzelmann as I did for my first car; we
reviewed my needs and wants and he found the perfect car for me in 45 minutes! From that point on he took care of everything; he even transferred my belongings from my first car to the new one...all of them! He not only answered my many questions, he anticipated most of them. I cannot begin to express the gratitude that I feel for his ability to make a stressful situation go so smoothly; I was so nervous going there but Mark immediately put me at ease and I was able to drive home in my new purchase feeling SO happy!
So, thank you, thank you Mark for helping me find a wonderful car for the second time! You are my hero. Love Wilde Honda and the staff, especially you.
