I had a good experience buying a new car with these guys. My salesman was Gino and I was impressed with his friendly, non-pushy attitude. There was a long wait (more than 2 hours) until they wrapped up the paperwork, and also wasted a lot of my time pushing me to buy their extended warranty and such - which I didn't - but not to the level of frustration. Probably better than your average car dealership.

Great experience, especially from Tyler D there. Came from Chicagoland to buy my vehicle. We had found it by expanding our search a bit out of IL and Wilde had it. We reached out, they kept in touch over a few weeks and I went on a weeknight after work just 80 before they closed. Worked with Chandler while buying a Ford Mustang. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and worked hard to get the car at the price I was aiming for.

Everyone was very nice but an oil change and tire rotation took an hour and 40 min. That seems to be a very long time for someone who made an appointment a two weeks in advance. If that IS the timeframe that is needed to do a "quality job" at least warn me on the phone when I make the appointment.

We purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Jake and enjoyed our experience. He valued what we were looking for and worked hard to get us value in a car that fit our wish list.

I had a 7:30am appt for an oil change, arrived at 7:10am. It's now 9:08am and my car is not ready yet. WTH??? People that arrived after me are done before me....and there goes another person who arrived after me. This service department is terrible, almost 2 hours for an oil change!!

His demeanor and personality are refreshing from the shark like behavior that are typically found at car dealerships which allowed a relaxing conversation and an exciting buy!!

Several weeks ago I was in search of a new car due to flooding in the area. While originally the car I ultimately bought, at wasn't at the right price the week prior. It had dropped to the price I felt was fair the day before labor day. I arrived right at opening to purchase immediately.

The staff especially Tyler D. for sales (Unfortunately, the salesman who called me originally was not in at opening as I was looking to purchase right away) and Michael C. in financing were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs.

I wanted to give some time with the car prior to the review and I can say it's better than what was advertised. With the exception of both keyfobs having low battery days after purchasing, that stuff happens and even Tyler told me how to change these batteries and are as good as new.

I would definitely shop here again, and you should too.

I bought 3 Honda vehicles from this place within the last 9 years (2 new and one just off lease). My Odyssey has a known paint issue from the factory (the primer doesn't hold the paint and it peels right off). Part of my vehicle was serviced for this issue in the past, and now the entire roof is peeling, as well as other areas. I've tried calling Wilde about 10 times with about 8 voicemails left to Ben Lyons and 2 to his "boss". With ZERO returned calls. I'd just like to know who to contact at Honda to discuss this issue, since I can't seem to get any response from Wilde.

Recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Kyle. We are very happy with our purchase and had a great experience. Kyle was easy to work with and was very accommodating to our family needs. We never felt pressured with him. Chris from financing was also great to work with and I felt he was looking out for our best interest. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from Wilde Honda in the future.

We recently purchased a 2013 BMW X5 from the dealership and our Salesperson Matt Thornburg went above and beyond our expectations. This was by far the smoothest and fastest dealership experience we have ever had. Matt's attention to what we were looking for in a vehicle combined with his no pressure approach made this a very easy decision. I have a very busy work schedule and Matt took that into consideration with the rest of the team at Wilde to accommodate my availability. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone I know for any future auto purchases.

After buying three new Fords I am a very happy first Honda owner. I drove from Madison to purchase a 2016 CPO Honda Pilot. I negotiated the price over the phone by emailing web sales people and getting a call back from sales manager. I got the car for a good price, below edmunds retail, I think in part because it was traded into them. Dealers seem to pay more if they buy new models at auction. It was a higher priced car they would rather sell than have sit on the lot.
And they wanted my trade! I had a used minivan that was beat up on the outside and needed some work, but had a great interior. They wouldn't commit to price on the trade till I got there and talked me down, but I was happy to put my money in a new car and avoid the costs of repairing the old one. There was a broken lens cover on the backup light that was missed on the CPO inspection, and I missed too. The sales guy was reluctant to help me at first but after calling the sales manager they replaced it for me.
A week before I almost purchased a Ford Explorer until the sales guy gave me far less for my trade and wouldn't negotiate on the price of the vehicle, held the keys to my trade while berating me "This is a good deal! Don't walk away from a good deal!" I like the Pilot more, it will hold its value longer, and I paid more for it. This was a better deal for me.
Suck it Ford.

Just bought a beautiful 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ with the help of a very good salesman by the name of Tom Shannon.

The car, for the price, was a great value and Tom and the rest of the staff made the purchase and financing go quickly and smoothly.

I would recommend purchasing either a new or used car from Wilde Honda and would encourage you to work with Tom Shannon if at all possible... He was pleasant, knowledgeable and took care of us well. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

Hector, our salesman, was extremely cordial and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was very polite. About as smooth as the process can be when you're buying a car. The financing manager took ALOT of time to explain everything and make it easy too. We would definitely look there again - whether searching for a Honda or used vehicle.

Would not recommend this dealership. I went here to look at SUVs, and tried leaving 3 times after test drives to think about it and the followed me to the door and conceded me to stay. There isn t anything wrong with aggressive salesmen, but I now have an SUV that I regret and am unhappy with, and miss my accord.

The thing that really upset me it the service contracts. They talked me into it when I told them MULTIPLE times that I am a traveling nurse. I asked if I could use it at any Honda dealership and they said yes. I went to get an oil change and found out that this was a lie. I then called the dealership, and was transferred 6 times to return the service contract, as I wouldn t be able to use it (which they knew when they sold it to me) and they told me I had to come to the dealership to return it..... again, I am a travel nurse so I am states away. So now, I have to drive hours and put hundreds of miles on my lease, to return a service plan that I shouldn t have bought. It just goes to show that the salesmen here don t care about their consumers needs, they are simply pushy and will do anything they can to get a sale. Will NOT ever be coming back here and will be sure to tell all my family in Wisconsin to beware of this Honda dealership.

Corey Prince was very knowledgeable about all of the features of all the civics in the lot. He was very friendly and eager to offer assistance. I would highly recommend Corey if you are looking to buy a car!

Responded to an online sale. Received a call from their internet manager. Drove from Oconomowoc to Waukesha. Gave info to sales rep. He found the car and price that we saw. He went out and found the car while we waited in the sales office area. Came back with the car and then stated that the car was price online was $2000 too low and that it was a third party mistake, even though we received a phone call earlier in the morning and he never mentioned anything about the price discrepancy! Dishonest and wasted our valuable time!

Had a great experience buying a car through Nick Bratkowski. He was extremely helpful and found me a car that fit exactly the price range I was looking for. He made the process easy for a first time car buyer and I will definitely go back to Nick for future car purchases.

Just bought a car here. It hasn't even been 30 days and the battery has died, leaving me stranded while waiting to have it jumped. My warning light has come on for an oil change and the buttons on my keys have almost stopped working. Nothing major but all within 30 days of spending thousands of dollars with them, and did they care? No. It's not covered. Keep getting stranded. When the salesman hands you a card with a smile and tells you to let them know if you need anything- don't bother, they never get back to you. It took me a week of reaching out and being transfered and leaving voicemails and hearing "someone will get back to you" before I finally got through to someone. Am I happy with my experience of buying a car here and would I recommend it? No. You might get lucky with a good car but once you're out the door they obviously don't care about making you happy.

Prior to visiting the dealership, Chandler helped me narrow the search down to a few cars. When I arrived he had the first car parked by the building's front door ready for a test drive.

I decided to buy a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L on 9/24/2020 I thought the car was in great condition and was very appealing. I like that it has low miles and overall compaire to other cars of the same it was fair price. I thank the sale man Hector for being patient with me as i try to make a deal with this car. Can you imagine they try to scare me and make up stories to make me buy the car without even listening to my offer. They just told me that others already came to look at the car, that they did not get approve for the loan. They will be back tomorrow with a co-sign. Then another sale guy who walked by and just took the key from us and try to scared me to thinking some one else was also intrested in the car too. Overall it was getting late in the night. I end up getting the car i wanted. We came to a fair deal. Thank you hector for helping me and my wife out.

Went for oil change/ tire rotation. When left, car was filling with smoke and smell of burnt oil. Opened up hood and BIG puddle of spilled oil on top of engine. Took car back and was cleaned up better, service writer handled situation good, but even after 2nd visit in same day, no car wash both times. Been going here for 15+ years... kinda disappointing...... update .... got the typical reply from them. Said call us we'd like to discuss.... call and ask for name on reply, no one new who it was and they hung up on me....
