I bought a 2019 honda pilot touring. Great sales team but worst service team imaginable.... this pilot touring has been nothing but full of issues with its electronic system. I took it 2 times to Wilde Honda and if u ask them why this brand new car has these issues the response I get from them is we are not manufacturers and engineers so it isnt our issue. Not a response one wants to hear when u buy a top of line car and pay premium price and continue to have problems after problems. How is it possible that u buy a brand new car and the Air conditioning just doesn't work....then the whole entertainment system just stops working even though the service department claims to have fixed and and 3 weeks after the fix the whole system shuts down The service department people are rude, the last thing I want to hear when I keep bringing the car is we arent the manufacturer and we arent the engineer.

Also the car is under the warranty and so far I have wasted 3 to 4 days because I bring the car and sit for hours for the diagnoses and then bring it again to get it fixed, there is no loaner....because the service guy says it isnt Honda company polic . I dont think I will ever deal with Wilde Honda.
