I recently utilized the services provided by this organization, and my experience left much to be desired. The response time was longer than expected, causing delays in my project. The communication could use some improvement as well, as I found it difficult to get clear answers to my questions. 😕 Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the teams involved, which further complicated the process. Overall, it felt like a cumbersome experience that could definitely benefit from a more streamlined approach. ⚠️

Worked with these people for years, the only problem i have had is the one's I have created myself and they always help. Great team.

Promised.. PROMISED.. to come out twice at a specific time. Didn't make either.

Don't bother calling the emergency line if you're stuck on a skid steer sitting on a hot wire that they marked off by TEN feet, you'll probably be sitting there a while while OG&E takes care of the problem! They are a complete joke.

Hold times are ridiculous. Putting request in on line just as time consuming if not worse when you have to enter step by step directions to a rural location. Even if you give them the GPS coordinates. God forbid you get one thing wrong you go to the back of the line and wait another 48 hours.

When I had a water leak and had to have the plumber come out. It is a must. IT IS FREE and life saver. You save yourself from liability by using this. Make sure your contractor and other people that work for you call and use it. If you do not see those little flags do not let them dig. It is the best.

I've tried multiple times to enter a locate online, however after I enter my information the site does not respond. Maybe because I'm using a mac but Ive tried on Chrome and Firefox. No luck even though the site says it does work with these browsers.

So I called. Waited on hold for 7 minutes until my call was disconnected. This was Monday at 11 am???
