Shady sales people. I wouldnt use this dealer unless you are ready to combat tricks, deception, and sky high prices.

Had a great experience, they weren't pushy. I hope that's not just because I'm a guy but you can never be sure. The financing guy was very smart not to try and sell me a bogus coverage policy. I'd go again the next time I need a vehicle

I bought a used Honda element from them one year ago. They performed their safety check On the vehicle to find out four months later the ball joints were horrible. They changed the air filter but did not change the spark plugs which were bad and old. Transmission fluid was old that wasn t changed either and this month a year later the motor went. Not happy.....not happy at all.

Husband and I were browsing through the lot and weren t expecting to buy. Great experience led us to pull the trigger on a new Pilot earlier than expected. Thanks to Richie and the rest of the staff.

My experience at Wilde Honda was amazing! The salesman, Tyler Ducharme was very friendly and helpful. He explained the facts and figures clearly and neatly and also helped get the price I wanted to buy my car. I met him a few days later to get my license plate fixed and he was very responsive and helped getting it fixed in no time. I am really happy with both - before and after sale service at Wilde Honda.

Walked on the lot for 30 minutes and even walked through the showroom and wasn t acknowledged by anyone in that building until I was walking out the door. Sales must be good because they didn t care to interact whatsoever. This was in the morning of 12/20/18. Thank you for making me go to another dealer where I feel valued as a customer.

Had not so great experience. Sales person Dylan Holtz has a long way to go in learning customer handling. He needs to learn that his role does not end with merely selling the car to the customer but goes on till all their issues with the car are settled during the initial days. Finance confuses you by adding all kinds of offer to the loan and you end up applying for more loan than needed. And if you intend to return to the showroom for a follow up inquiry, be prepared to be treated as if you don't exist!
