I am in the process of moving and needed a storage unit. I am partially blind and have other disabilities which sometimes cause me not to clearly understand what I'm told and so have to ask my question again.

I had called several storage facilities in the area and was very put off by their total lack of concern and interest in my needs as well as the way they spoke to me.

Then I called White Properties and spoke with Glenda at the Rainville facility. What a relief. Glenda was friendly, helpful, and not put off by my continually asking her to explain things to me. She made me feel at ease.
She is an outstanding person with a wonderful attitude.

Because of Glenda, I rented a climate-controlled 10x20 storage unit at the Rainville facility. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee!
