From the moment of check in to check out, staff members were delightful! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was always kind and offered their assistance if needed. In particular however, is the gentleman who assisted us with our television. On the evening we checked in, my friend and I wanted to rent a movie. The TV wasn''t working so we called the front desk and within 2 minutes, Matthew was there. We cannot say enough good things about Mathew! He was incredibly kind, courteous and informed us of everything he was doing and might have to do to correct the issue. His easy going personality yet quick to complete tasks made our stay so enjoyable. He fixed the issue and continually told us that if there was anything else he could assist us with, he would. I can imagine that a position like his has the possibility to engage with people who are frustrated, but his cool demeanor and ability to respond quickly is a special skill. Please be sure to reward him for his outstanding service.
