To tell you the truth this hotel is over priced. I have always wanted to come here after hearing amazing stuff about this place. I bought a package where it gave me $100 credit to the restaurant LIV and $50 credit for each person at the spa which worked out to $100 as well. A complimentary bottle of wine, and 2 $20 gift cards to the outlet across the street. It was really a let down over all. When I came to the hotel no one explain how this package worked, so when I got the my room I noticed I had nothing to claim these credits with. I called the front desk where I was sent to 2 other people before some said let me look into this and get back to you. A really nice man showed up to my room and gave me the gift cards to the outlet and nothing else. I then had to go back downstairs to talk to someone, and even she could not really explain how it worked. She seemed nervous about it actually. It was not until I got to the restaurant where the lady looking after our table fully explained how it worked. The hotel is out dated and seem a bit unkept in some areas, but there were nice amenities. The spa was actually fantastic and everyone was very nice, but when we got home and did the math I felt taken advantage of. We added up the room cost along with everything, and I paid more with the package then going with just paying for everything separately. For the price I would not recommend over other hotel/spas in the area. Definitely do not do a package.
