During my most recent correspondence with White Oaks Resort and Spa, I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with respect to rescheduling and appointment.
The request was responded to with intemperate dialogue which took place in conjunction with deplorable customer service.
My experience was exacerbated in speaking with not one, but two managers; both of whom made me feel bullied and intimidated for airing my concerns.
Their tonality was callous at best.
The situation was equally troubling as it was disappointing with several opportunities for resolution, however at no juncture was there an attempt to do so.
Conversely, I was met with combativeness and beratement.
Based on my direct experience(s) with management, there appears to be an unhealthy culture of abrasiveness and disrespect; particularly towards patrons when attempting to bring forward a grievance.
If these attributes are reflective of the company's ideologies, they leave much to be desired.
White Oaks Resorts mission statement is: "We are committed to the philosophy of treating our guests as though the success of our business depends on that individual alone".
Respective to my ordeal, I find this statement to be extraordinarily misleading; I did not feel valued as a client at any point.
My hope is that management will reach out with an acknowledgment and sincere apology for this negative experience and moreover express cognizance for the situation being handled in such an unprofessional and upsetting manner.
