This is our second time we have stayed there as the first time was so memorable. When we decided to head up to Canada again, we knew EXACTLY where we were going to stay. My wife and I view them as "home" when we go to Canada.

The staff was so patient and wonderful with us as we had an issue with our CC miles reservation. Garry rocked as reservation assistant and the assistant manager pitched in to try and help. She reassured me they had a room for us and that we just need to recreate the reservation. After all that, the General Manger (sure wish I knew their names) heard from Garry we were on our Honeymoon and upgraded us to a Suite at no charge. TOTALLY AWESOME of them!

The location of White Oaks is set perfectly between the Falls, Wine Country, and Niagara-on-the-Lake. One feels like their are so many different places to go and yet it only takes 20 min to get there.

The greatest part about White Oaks is they treat us just as well as every other "Higher Class" guest. Both times we have stayed there, we felt like part of the family. I HIGHLY recommend them if you want to stay.

There were a couple weddings this weekend, and based on their facilities and conversations with some guests attending the weddings, it is a beautiful place to have your indoor and even outdoor wedding. White Oaks did it up right for their two married couples.
