So disappointed in white oaks. My husband and I arrived at 430pm for our 5pm massages. We had requested a pregnancy massage for my self and a female masseuse for my husband. We set up a nice weekend in Niagara got a babysitter. We arrive and are told only male masseuses. To compensate offered free drinks at the bar even though I booked a pregnancy massage. I am so disappointed our weekend was ruined. They stated they called and and told me there were only males but I recieved no call. I received a confirmation text message for the appointment and I confirmed it 4 days before arriving. I am just so upset with this experience I will never ever return.
