Here for an annual convention, how ever if you find yourself in Indianapolis because you want to be...this is an wonderful place. The rooms are spotless and welcoming. The staff unnecessarily go over the top and out of their way to provide world class service. I have not made it through the building with out a service member smile and asking if there was anything I needed. Let's put it this way...They let us check in an two whole hours early and valet are vehicle so that we could get to the convention and check in. Coffee is always fresh and hot, the atmosphere has subtle hints of fresh flowers and sugar cookies, breakfast is delicious and constantly being freshed...I know you have a choice of where to stay, but honestly choosing here is choosing home. Thank you to the staff for everything. Oh so you know, geologist rock!

The staff at Fairfield is the best. If you ever have the pleasure, Brett, the general manager, is the epitome of a great hotel general manager. He and the assistant general manager, Jeff, do everything in their power to take care of their guests.

The website said it had parking. That's a true statement, however, it's not free. Also, there are no mini fridges in the room. In the great USA I thought that was the norm. Don't assume there is a mini fridge. Had to throw our food out:(

Nice hotel and staff, I felt like the King room was much smaller than average. Room was clean and my requests were honored when made. My husband did point out that the same candy bar wrapper was on the hall floor for the whole weekend. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean, the service staff is very good, the room is quiet, although some dirt, but still comfortable, maybe the important holiday in the United States, people are family reunion, eat a rich turkey dinner at home, so the hotel is particularly quiet, the service desk The staff also gave us a room on the 7th floor, the window was good, and the panoramic view of the Indiana State Museum was very beautiful. This hotel is worth a visit.

The staff was courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. Great spot to stay if you are attending a downtown event such as a game or concert at the local stadiums. Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, close to the convention center and tables open in the evening for board game playing and hot water for hot chocolate and tea. Breakfast was great and they even kept the coffee well stocked as it would run out. Great place to stay in Indy!

Clean, good value, and extremely close to the convention center. However, it is not linked via skywalk like a number of other hotels are, meaning that you do have to walk outside to access the convention center (a downside in winter)

From the minute we arrived, the hospitality was incredible! The rooms were clean and the staff is super! Their breakfast is wonderful. When our team had issues with the valet service, they went above and beyond to make it right! I will stay here again!!!

Room was itty bitty, shower water pressure was a joke, and parking was expensive. But breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, and it was very close to the start/finish line for the marathon. Will try to stay elsewhere next year.

We stay here everytime we visit Indy. They have a wonderful breakfast, nice clean rooms, and they are located within walking distance of many activities and functions that we have attended, including Victory Field and Military park, also many restaurants and bars. And there is a T.G.I. Fridays attached to the hotel right out front next to the valet parking.

Great hotel downtown next to everything. My room was nice with a sitting area and large TV. My bedroom had a king size bed and comfy pillows. The room also had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and iron. They offered a free bagged breakfast in the morning. I will stay here again.

The hotel close to a number of major venues, including the convention center, the government buildings, and the circle mall. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. It didn't feel cramped at all. The staff was friendly and breakfast was included in the room cost. There is a TGIFriday's on the main floor, and there adjoining other Marriott hotels have further choices for close by meals.

Fairfield is a nice, reasonably priced hotel, and it's our favorite place to stay in Indianapolis. It's attached to the convention center via underground tunnel and an overpass so it's easy to avoid bad weather. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Free continental breakfast (sausage, eggs, fruit, waffle maker, etc). Free WiFi. Great hotel overall.

Parking is 34 a day onsite. Covid has caused the hot breakfast to discontinue. You have to have your key to get in front door and to your floor on elevator. There is a limitation of 2 people per time per elevator. There was no coffee or small toiletries in rooms. Onsite restaurant was closed. We saw nothing about any of these items other than parking online prior to booking. Room was fine and had nic TV. Covid has made for Crazy times....

Decent hotel. Just across the street from museums. In the group of Marriott hotels in the area - JW Marriott, Marriott, Courtyard and Spring Hill. The breakfast is so so but it has all necessities. When it's raining it's possible to go all the way to circle city mall without leaving the buildings.

Nice location, but when we walked into our room we we're instantly"greeted" with the smell of vomit from the night prior I assume. We tried calling down to the front desk and no one answered. Unfortunately, we we're in a hurry to drop our things and leave since we were attending a concert 30 minutes away. Later, when we returned, the smell was much worse and of course they couldn't move us rooms. Then, on top of that, the TV did not work at all. Really wasn't thrilled with this hotel or it's service.

The room was super small and we had to have a room changed because the T.v was broken the staff was friendly but it was not posted that the parking was not free for hotel guest and cost $35 to park the breakfast bar was just eggs sausage and waffles along with some cereal and bread so in total it was 150 for a room altho the rooms were super clean and we had a good view still that $35 for parking is crazy

Not a good experience unfortunately. Booked a wedding block with them (so we brought them business) and our suite wasn't ready by the 3pm check in. Wedding rehearsal was same day at 4pm. Room ended up not being ready until 3:45pm (after they told us it would be ready by 3:15pm) so we were late to our wedding rehearsal. We did valet parking the entire weekend, as well. Valet people were rarely available and we often had to ask where they were. We go to leave the day after the wedding and the valet parking folks damaged my car. Probably several hundred dollars worth of damage. We were headed to the airport to catch a plane to Mexico for our honeymoon, so they said they would send my information to their manager. No calls or emails. Have tried calling/emailing everyday since we got back in the country and no one seems to want to own up to the damage. Never staying here again.

My family and I arrived at the hotel parking garage a half an hour early. I am disabled and the closest elevators did not work. After an eight minute walk we were told that the elevators were working and they just needed to remove the signs. We were also told that they were working on our room. We quietly waited in the lobby for a full hour to be checked in our room. The check in time was scheduled for three o'clock and the employees didn't announce that the room was done until 3:39 pm. I have a family of five that was very disappointed. My ten year old daughter just wanted to get in the pool on our family trip.

Went there during the Indy Mini, had reserved almost a year in advanced under the group plan listed then figured about 3 months before the event if there was a room available for another night we would stay so I called the reservation line whom told me there was availability, reserved for extra night at with AAA, no biggie right. Fast forward to day of event for check in, only had room for 1 night only as they cancelled my second night due to not getting group pricing (which was higher)and that there were no available late check outs either, which was different from previous years. So I asked why my second night was cancelled, no one could tell me. So then I was frantically calling around to see if any area hotels were open...NONE. this was my first half marathon and I definitely was probably not going to be up for driving 4 hrs back home ans who wouldn't want a shower after....so luckily I went back down same night as check in talked with front desk around midnight to see if anyone cancelled sure enough someone did and was able to keep same room however the second night I would have gotten my AAA discount which could have saved me 50.00, but they said since it was under the group thing I could not get the savings. So long and short of it, if you plan on running the half always get the second night when you book and if you decide to leave then give them the 24 needed for cancellation.

A nice clean and modern hotel. Close to downtown, friendly staff, and a great breakfast included. Only needs a pool! It does have a fitness center however which is passable. I'd stay here again anytime if traveling on business.

I was in Indianapolis for business, and this hotel provided great work space and comfort. The room was very clean, internet responsive, and room amenities were good. The location was also great, with a good selection of restaurants and stores. The best part of the stay, however, what the staff and level of customer service. I need to identify one of the Guest Service Representatives, Yvette Chandler, for her willingness to go above and beyond. The day before check-out, I asked her about the availability of taxi service to the airport. The morning of check-out, she called my room to check if I still needed a taxi. She made the arrangements efficiently and quickly. That level of attention to detail is really unusual, and appreciated.
