Had lunch downstairs in the restaurant then walked across the street to go to the Indians baseball game with my daughter. You can see just by the lobby, restaurant and grounds that this is a very nice place. It's in a perfect location as well. Right on the edge of downtown. You are right there if you need to be but aren't stuck in the "heart" of the city surrounded by huge crowds and homeless people searching for hours looking for a place on the street to park for free instead of one of the dozens of parking garages looking to rip you off and charge you $50 an hour. Overall it was a good experience and would not hesitate to stay there or recommend it to anyone who might be interested.

Very Nice Hotel. Everything works well. The contienental breakfast kinda sucks but the hotel is nice and very nicely located downtown. You're right next to the Indianapolis Indians Ballpark and not too far from a movie theater. You're right across the street from the musuem and the NCAA hall of champions. There are three restaurants on the hotel's campus. TGI Friday's and two other nicer restaurants. It's worth a stay.

It was decent, but the elevators are not properly marked. L is always lobby, not employee area. The staff is lazy and has poor communication. We asked for a list of nearby restaurants that deliver and they directed us to grubhub. We called and let them know the delivery person was there and they said it was fine. Then they called again and said we had to come down and get it. There was two of them just chatting at the desk. One of them couldn't brought the delivery person up? Lazy! Also, the parking should be included. I purchased the hotel from a third party who said it was free. I also paid an extra $20 for early check in and they tried to send me away at my check in time.

Location is nice, near area attractions, particularly several museums. There's a TGI Friday's in the lobby, nice enough, though the prices are a bit high. Just check everything in the room before you use it... Not everything is free.
