I worked with Brian Quinn beginning in august 2015 with a credit score around 530. I was very hesitant about working with a company like this not knowing what the results would be. I was trying to get my scores high enough in the 640s to begin the house buying process. Now its December 2015, in 4 months my credit was raised into the high 680s. Way above what I needed and still rising. Ive heard many stories of how these companies are scams and will only temporarily remove things from your credit. But so far my credit has done nothing but go up. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I had. Well worth the cost to fix my credit.

May 22, 2015 Joe Camacho called so that we could pull my credit. I was not feeling great about this because the last time we pulled my credit it was not where I wanted it to be, but it was where it should have been. Well, let me tell you this morning was one of the most exciting morning ever. My credit score on 2 out of the three were 716 & 647. I have to say I started in the very low 500. I am so excited and I can t wait to see my score go up more. Joe has been telling me to just sit back and follow his instructions. I call or email him when I have a question and he always get back with the answer and inform me of more information to help educate me. I have been using White Jacobs and Associates working specifically with Reginald Berry for 2 months now and I don t regret it. My husband and I have been plagued with credit issues for years now and it has hindered our ability to get pre approved for a home. With late payments and student loans on our credit report, I thought our only saving grace was time for all the issues to fall up but thank God was I wrong. Since working with Reginald we have seen our credits shoot up forty points in the last two months and we aren t finished. We ve already gotten preapproved for a home but we re still working with Reggie to get our credits even higher. He s been very professional, an excellent advisor, and great responded to every question we have. I was skeptical at first, I googled and checked various websites to see if it was legit. I recently contacted this firm to potentially procure their services and received consultation from Derek Shaw, one of their senior credit advisors. Derek was awesome - extremely prompt in his email follow up, didn't try to secure an immediate deposit because Experian was already investigating fraudulent delinquencies on my account, and gave very helpful free advice on how to bump up my score on my own. My issue was thankfully resolved through Experian, but if I ever experience another credit issue, I'll certainly contact this firm again.

Like others I was extremely skeptical about enrolling and putting my trust and giving total control to a "credit repair" company, because like many others, I to have heard so many horror stories. But after reading some of the unbelievable reviews about White Jacobs I decide to take a leap of faith and go for it. I inquired and received a call from "Brian Quinn", the phone call went very well, not pushy told me how to pull a credit report and send to him and he would let me know if he could help me. I then received a call Jonathan Murray and he was so easy to talk with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. This guy really knows his stuff. He gives you a very in depth understanding of these credit bureaus, the laws , and how they operate. The initial Call was about 2 hours and he went into extreme detail explaining to me how it works and what steps we have to take. His customer service is really outstanding. He answers all your questions thoroughly and he is always available to talk if you need anything, anytime. This is my first time ever writing a review online for a company but I am so amazed at how awesome this company is and how amazing Jonathan is. I am just finishing month 2 and already my credit scores have jumped and things have been removed from my credit report. ( collections , late payments , inquiries , etc ). This company is incredible! I have tried other companies in the past to delete some difficult negative items without luck. Steve Tansey was able to have the items completely removed. I can not say enough great things about the customer service, knowledge and experience of the staff of this firm.

This is my second time using this company. I still have the same repo lingering from the first time years ago. A lot has been erased but there s still several that have not moved. My biggest issue is getting to speak with my advisor. If we have a set time and date it s never met. I keep getting the same information when I do finally speak with him. I have to say I m not very happy with the service. I m hoping those items are erased from my report as promised.

I was referred to Will by a co worker who assured me he could provide the results needed to improve my credit and remove negative accounts Will worked with me to get this done my credit improved he also gave me advice on paying down my credit cards to get the max on my scores. Will answered any questions I had in a timely manner..I have since put my sister and her husband on to Will and she to is seeing results!!!
When they did not deliver the results they had promised, I called to collect my refund that they had guaranteed me with and instead got hit with a legal disclosure in the form of a settlement saying that I could not discuss this incident with anyone and any negative reviews that may have been posted must be deleted. I forwarded the information to my bank and disputed all of their charges and won. Got my money back without having to sign anything. The CFO Ed Lamont told me that no one had ever given him such a hard time before, they just want their money back. If this happens to you, do not sign it. it's. bS way for them to get these high reviews.
My credit score was destroyed when I was very young (nearly $20,000 in various collections). I had tried several times to repair myself, but ran into constant speed bumps. I couldn't qualify for anything for credit. Finally, I had enough. I came to WJA skeptical that anything good would come from it. By the end, my score went up nearly 200 points and not only received significant credit line increases (without request) but also qualified for purchasing a home. Definitely recommend.

There is only one way to start this off and that's by saying this company has changed my life for the best. I currently work in Iraq but that doesn't stop Chelsea and the team from taking great care of me. At first i thought it would be kind of a hassle because i'm overseas. I have been dealing with WJ&A for about 6 years. I moved to Texas 10 years ago and ended up doing a short sale on our home in Michigan. If you know anything about short sales it decimates your credit! After a few years of renting a home in TX we decided to purchase a home in TX, but my credit score was in the 400's. I approached WJ&A and after a year working with them my credit score was high enough to purchase a home. This year I ordered a 2020 Corvette and my wife, and I are looking for a 2nd home so I thought what the heck let s see if we can get WJ&S to improve my credit score even higher to get the best rates on these two additional major purchases. Update: I was contacted by the manager and owner of the company. Our account review we both received were good. In regard to the rebuttal the reason we come to a company like this is for help to get things on track. The only thing we ask for is that after paying $3000 that timely follow up is done. If you represent yourself as the best it is only fair that we expect the best service. I have upgraded the scoring to 3 - stars, due to the detailed review we received. I will have another follow up as the process continue. To demonstrate the level of professionalism with this company, why would you share my personal information in this review. Not a good look, but I will give them benefit of the doubt.
I was not impressed with Tyler and the program. We enrolled both my husband and I, at significant cost. We have not seen any results and the follow up was not good. The only time we would hear from Tyler was to request a credit report. We had not calls to review the progress, truly a waste of money. I would not recommend this program.
I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience with White, Jacobs and Associates.
I was signed on since March, 2019. I ended my engagement with them on September, 2019. I paid over $1500 of fees with no change on my credit report. They have failed to make any changes and the all I experienced is poor effort on their end. Instead of taking ownership, they insisted that it was not their fault.
The reviews listed here may be accurate but, for me I did not receive that level of care.
I would suggest you go with another law firm or research on how to fix your credit rather than throwing your money away on people who take advantage of you.
James has been an incremental player in restoring/repairing my credit. My initial report started with 11 pages of bad choices and bad credit. At the end, all but 2 accounts were able to be resolved and removed. As well as cleaning up credit, James gave me expert advice in sequential order to begin to build good credit again through strategic purchases with certain lenders. My median credit score jumped over 100 points in 6 months. I've already recommended him to a dozen others.

I was referred to Derek Shaw of White Jacobs & Associates when I began looking to buy a home. The lender pulled my credit, and it was 537, which is far too low to even get preapproved to begin the search. For the most part, people aren t oblivious to their credit score, but I figured since I started my career and began making more than just minimum wage that my income would far outweigh my poor financial decisions of the past. I was young and poor, and I was just trying to get by, even if it meant destroying my credit in the process. I thought that once I paid off all my debt in collections, that my credit score would instantly improve. I knew little about how credit worked, and even after speaking with family and friends, they all knew what good credit meant and how to get it from the start, but no one could tell me how to properly dig myself out of a hole of bad credit.
After my first consultation with Derek, I immediately felt more of a direction as to what I could do to repair this. At the time, I had over $10K in collections, which would make my stomach turn just thinking about it. Derek encouraged me to let his team at White Jacobs & Associates handle this anxiety-inducing task of sorting out these debts. He boasted that in as little as 6 months my score would jump at least 50 points. I was a bit skeptical because I hadn t even touched my credit (taken out loans or credit cards) in years, and I was making on-time payments for my student loans and such, but my score didn t change at all.
The upfront cost of the repair was a bit more than what I was expecting not that I had any concrete expectations because I had never sought out credit repair before but it was significantly less than $10K+ in collections, and they were able to work out a monthly payment plan for me. Within just the first two months (out of a total of six), I was already getting notices that debts were being canceled and/or removed from my credit report, and my score began rising. Derek coached me the whole way through the process and was able to answer any and all questions I had related to my credit. He taught me good credit practices and gave me tools to continue improving my credit beyond this repair program. Their team is very upfront about this being a one-and-done sort of deal. They will help you clean up your debts and collections, but ultimately the program teaches you how to be smarter with credit and how to maintain it so that you will never have to go through this repair process again. I just completed the 6-month mark, and my final score came out to 603 a 66-point increase from 537, and it s still climbing.

I was skeptical to say the least , i had already been taken for over $2,000 dealing with Lexington Law with absolutely no positive results actually more damage was done to my credit . FHA got my husband in contact with White,Jacobs & Associates when we were looking at home loans with no luck at getting financed. Tyler Gregory contacted my husband and got him on board rather quickly. But he knew he would have to convince me , which wasn't going to be an easy task . I agreed to listen to what Mr. Gregory had to say still remaining very skeptical . I drilled him with questions, concerns and probably seemed a little annoyed at times . I still was not convinced although it all sounded very good and promising, i was not about to hand over several thousands based on what someone said over the phone again ! I told him i needed to think on it and look around at reviews and scope out his company . I hung up the phone rather frustrated by mister Gregory and his straight forward persistence. With Tyler answering every question day or night here we are in our 4th month and we have had incredible results, between myself and my husband we had over $70,000.00 in bad debt from 2 bad divorces and low 500 scores even a 489 . Didn't know what to expect when I contacted White Jacobs and by luck of the draw, I guess, was assigned to Steve Tansey. Steve answered all my questions, threw a few things my way to get me started even if I didn't sign on, and in general made me feel we could do this. Did we ever. I went from mid 500's to high 600/low 700 in less than six months. One call to a mortgage lender, one preapproval in less than a day. My wife and I are now house hunting. This program is like no other I ve heard of. Allan is a professional and truly cares. My husband and I both went through rough divorces and needed help with our credit. I'll be honest. I was very hesitant to try credit repair. I've read horror stories online about how credit repair is a waste of time and money and it never works, but I needed to do something. I was paired up with Zach Sandoval as my representative. He was a force to be reckoned with when it came to repairing my abysmal credit situation. I started with a less than 500 and on March 1st I was able to close on a home thanks to everything he and White Jacobs did. Zach was fantastic with everything I ever needed. If he couldn t answer when I called, then he got back to me same day. I had a couple freak out moments where I needed to speak with him ASAP and he even returned calls on Saturday and Sunday for me. I don t know that I would even have been willing to answer calls on the weekend spending time with my family but he did. Absolutely stand up guy and class act.

I found white, Jacobs & associates online to help get my credit score up enough so I could stop paying high Austin, Tx rent payments and get into a house. He walked me through the steps and told me it would be about six months and my score should be around mid 700's. We turns out he got it done like 2 months. My experience so far with White, Jacobs & Associates with the help of Riley Anderson has been excellent. I started in June 2020 with a credit score of 590 and within 3 months my credit score started rising tremendously and now at a 707 and I was able to refinance my vehicle for a lower interest rate. Having used cash for the last 10 years I recently found out my CS had plummeted to 486... So skeptically I signed over my limited power of attorney to Steve Tansey. This guy is a straight shooter who tells it like it is and doesn't sugar coat anything. Do as he says and guess what... he will perform miracles. Within three months my CS rose to 689 and I bought a Chrysler 300 yesterday. No problems getting an incredible rate from BofA. I am carrying on with his strategies that if followed increase my scores without fail every month. There was a cost associated with repairing my credit but it was worth it a hundred fold.
