Think twice before you trust this company. The reviews that you are seeing are fake reviews from the office staff. You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you do business with this company. They will take your money and string you along for months and you will get absolutely no results.
I can tell you with 100% certainty you will be disappointed as my wife and I were by using this company. They will rob you blind. We paid them a fee of $1,500 and we did not receive any results whatsoever it was all smoke and mirrors and lies.
You will be highly disappointed.
This outfit really has they're business model regarding credit repair together. After checking out the main culprits in the online credit repair industry, I read a positive review for White, Jacobs & Associates on one of the competitors reviews so I decided to check them out. My situation is a little unique so I knew I didn't need the same cookie cutter program that most these companies offer which is to get a decent size deposit, payments monthly and then move slow with many things that don't fix your problem.
I spoke with a woman named Misty who wasn't pushy, didn't use a canned presentation on me and made complete sense with what she was talking about. Furthermore, they wanted to see my situation with the three major credit bureau's before agreeing to take my business or quote me any pricing. Misty was professional and when we had scheduled phone conversations planned, she called exactly when she said she would. I proceeded so they could view my credit reports and when Misty called me, she told me that I would be throwing my money away with them or anyone else who said they could help me because there wasn't any way to correct the problems I was having. She also gave me an idea or two to do on my own that would help me greater than anything any credit repair service could possible do. I was truly amazed at the professionalism and honesty both up front and even after they realized they couldn't be of help so they deserve the rating I gave them and many before me. Thank you very much for your time, honesty and assistance Misty. It's nice to know there are still some honest and decent people in the credit repair business.
At first I was a little skeptical about working with someone without actually going into an office. After having faith I decided to go for it. I worked with Jessica Sharkey and she was AMAZING!!! She answered all calls/texts/emails at any times of the day. Even around 11pm she would text me. She checked my progress frequently. She was very friendly. And in just 45 days, my credit went up by 130 points and now my husband and I are ready to get preapproved for our first home purchase. I am soooo thankful for this company!

I called White, Jacobs & Associates in April of this year about my credit issues. After talking with David Rodriguez, I decided to give them a try and see how things would go. I was kind of concerned in the beginning because I didn't know whether or not it would be worth my time and money. I am now going into my 4th month and I have definitely saw a tremendous change in my credit scores. The price is reasonable and very worth it. I just wanna say thank you David Rodriguez for your hard work that you have accomplished.

John Flores is an exceptional professional! I believe I am not the first one to have the credit score damaged after a divorce, and since day one, John has been doing an incredible job working on getting my "life" back. I expected a professional experience from this company but received the opposite. During Covid-19 I decided to clean up my credit report. I didnt have the time to do it myself so I trusted Whites, Jacob & Associates to do it for me. I was promised that I should start seeing stuff fall of my credit in 30-60 days. I paid $1596 in June plus monthly maintenance fees of $105 with no change to my report. This company is scam like and promises results they will not deliver. This company is taking alot of money from people during a pandemic with no real help. Stay Away!
In October of 2019, I started looking for a credit repair company. I d heard bad things about some other popular companies and I was afraid that might be my only option. In fact, I had a family member who d worked with one of them to absolutely no avail. Her credit score didn t go up, bad items were not removed, yet she continued to pay them for six months, because they told her that s how long it would take. I came across White and Jacobs online, started reading reviews, and decided to call them. Thankfully, when I called on a Saturday, Ed Duarte answered the phone. He immediately put me at ease, had so much knowledge, clearly knew what he was doing, and was very reassuring that my credit would, in fact, improve. I signed on that day, and it was the best financial decision I d made in years. Probably ever.
Ed was able to remove all but two negative items on my credit history, and there were quite a few. My credit score at the beginning was 517 and, ultimately, it ended at 726. Ed told me that he was confident that my credit score would go up at least 100 points, which thrilled me, but it ended up going up over 200 points. Throughout this entire process, Ed has been available to answer every question, every phone call, every text message and has never made me feel silly for asking anything.
If you follow all their suggestions, invest in the monthly payments, and do the work, in a very short period of time, your credit will improve immensely. I cannot recommend White and Jacobs, and specifically, Ed Duarte, enough.

This company has done wonders for me. I m now using them for a second time. 3ish years ago I used them and they gave me my life bck. Unfortunately I lost my job and had a few issues. Hence the reason I m using them again. Will Smith was the single reason I used this company to begin with. I didn t know him, he was referred to me and I couldn t be happier with the services I received. He never promised me the rainbow, he was upfront and honest about what he thought they could do. He gave me a best and worst case scenario. They far exceeded my best case scenario. I used will because of his honesty, I returned because of proven consistent results. I won t trust anyone else.
