Tim Dunaway was incredible! I highly recommend Tim and White, Jacobs, & Associates. A friend of mine referred me and I am so grateful! Tim expertly explained the process and answered all of my questions prior to, during, and after hiring him. My credit score is way up with tons of medical debt and other negative items removed. Tim Dunaway was very responsive by phone, text, and email, and he would answer my questions usually within 5 minutes. He even answered my questions quickly months after he fixed my credit score when a new collection letter showed up. This experience was money very well spent. Tim is worth every dollar spent and now that he cleaned up my credit I can get financed for a house. The online account was easy to use, and when I was unable to upload documents Tim allowed me to text photos to his cell phone so that he could immediately respond . Highly recommend!
