If I could give them zero stars I would and you can thank Tori at the Thomasville Ga location. She is a very rude person and she does not represent your company at all. She has a bad attitude with the customers. I will not be coming back to this location, great customer service goes a long way and that is not what me and my family received tonight.

Been reading the complaints on here which seem to outweigh compliments. I've only had bad customer service at one location and it was the manager who didn't even know her own product. Ordered by number and she didn't know what it was Some on here say Whataburger may go out of business because of bad customer service but it will never happen because their food is too good. Certain companies like Whataburger, Starbucks and McDonald's to name a few are very popular and have tasty products except McDonald's, I don't like their food. When companies get that big and make the money, they lose touch with customer service. They don't have to be nice as long as they bring in the money. Sadly, that's what its about these days. Chick fil a is the same way. I've heard numerous complaints about their customer service from people. Starbucks, Whataburger and Chick fil a are so good, they would have to permanently ban me from their establishment to keep me from coming.

On 4/3/2015 at around 3:25 when i get to whatabuge...

On 4/3/2015 at around 3:25 when i get to whatabuger unit 271, I waited about 15 minutes before being able to order. i finally ordered a watacatch meal on a large bun and i added tomatoes, lettuce and pickles with sweet tea as a drink. when i got to the window i was told that they were out of sweet tea so i decided to have some orange juice. Couple minutes later i received my order and left. when i got home i realized that i had a double meat in my bag. I called the store and the lady who picked up the phone was very rude, i asked to talk the the manager. when i was telling him the issue he told me that he gave me a fish burger and he is positive about that. I told him that the burger is in front of me and it is a double meat burger but he kept telling me he gave me the right order. At this time i told him i was going to bring the food back. when i got back there i gave him back the bag to check. he took it and came back later with another then apologize and tell me that this was my order now. But when i got home, surprise my fish sandwich was fixed on a wheat bun. I was able to eat half of it . That was a horrible experience and will never go back to this store. they never offer to make it to me in any manner instead they talked to me on the phone like i was lying to have a free burger. on top of that no one had a name tag display that why i haven't named them.

I am beyond upset. My last visit to the drive through at Whataburger...not only did she quote me the wrong price...my order was not ready when I arrived at the pay window. I was asked to pull forward to the side door after paying for my order. Not only one but three cars behind me received their orders and left. I finally received my order and expressed my frustration for the delay in the cold with my car running. When i asked for a manager, someone came out and assured me she would speak to her employees. That is not acceptable and I will no longer trade with Whataburger! I have been a frequent customer in the past and mistakes have been made but not without compensation of some kind. Not even an apology?!

Went to the location on 1604 and Brookhollow. This young cashier girl was be beyond unprofessional her body language was disgusting. Well she made a remark about my husband and trying to ignore her observation which has nothing to do with her job description. She told us if we had domestic violence to take it outside. Im upset if my daughter was old enough to have heard her say that... Anyway called them a day later to cool down. Til this day no one in a management has called me to apologize. This is sad. Talk about customer service. I hope she fired and I hope everyone see this post!

I have spent a lot of time reading the reviews bef...

I have spent a lot of time reading the reviews before writing my own and I can very sadly say that ALL the complaints are valid and true. Whataburger has lost its quality in so many ways. In the good old days, when I was a kid, a teenager, and through my 20's and 30's we never had ONE single bad meal...EVER!!!! Then later it was MOST of the time that the meals were bad or wrong and very few times, and I mean several tries apart, they would get ONE right. I gave up going after throwing away so many meals and left hungry. I am now in my 60's and moved to a new location in Stafford, TX where I was happy to be near a Whataburger once again. Over the course of five months, I went there once a month. Three times for a taquito and hash brown breakfast, only ONE was fresh, hot, and delicious. Two more visits, a month apart, and they messed up both times with twice-cooked, dry patties and luke-warm fries. They have a lot of employees and a ton of business but there is NO REASON AT ALL to be served a cold or lame meal when you order at the speaker and pick it up at the window in a matter of minutes. Then when they make you wait for your food, and you are expecting a hot burger but they STILL get it wrong. How very sad for TEXANS who LOVE their Whataburgers!!!! Check out the Stafford location on 13030 Murphy Road @ Greenbriar. I know this review was just a waste of time on my part because of all the other comments, but I feel better just venting it HERE! Maybe, one day, someone will care enough to make a change. It will be a sad day when Whataburger closes its doors. Especially before I get the chance to enjoy once more, the true joys of eating a hot and freshly cooked Whataburger with all the fixings that are ripe and ready! Was it your motto that says: We Don't Make It Until You Order, Just The Way You Like It."? Well, it's been too many years since I have had that experience. Thank you for your time and attention to my concerns.

My husband went through the drive thru ordered 2 Honey Bar B Que sandwich Meals add Mayo to the sandwich, 2 sides of gravy and 2 chocolate shakes. He gets home and there is no Honey Bar B Que on the sandwich. I call and spoke with the manager who wanted to argue with me about the way my husband placed the order but I was on the phone when he placed it. Manager wants to say well we have customers order it like that all the time. Well if my husband would have said NO Honey BAR B QUE then ok but he didn't he said add mayo.

Worst Whataburger I have ever been in. We are from Texas and was coming back from a trip up North. We were excited to get to this Whataburger. What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Bathrooms were disgusting, looked like they had never been cleaned. Grossed out by the big by the toilet and disturbed by the hair net in the trash(did they go back to work without it on) and no paper towels,to dry your hands. Proceeded to cash wrap and was greeted with dirty floors and dead bugs. I turned to my family and told them we would drive further to get to another location. The location is in Jackson, Missippi just north 1320 high street Absolutely the worst and we visit our Whataburger's weekly and sometimes a few times a week and I have never been in one that disgusting.

Sooo pissed. I passed 3 different restaurants only to get to Whataburger and wait for 15 minutes for french fries that I ultimately didn't receive because I had to go back to work. What's worse is I watched cars come and go through the drive-thru!! No apologies or anything when I asked for a refund while complaining so I wouldn't be late. No one let me know there would be a wait nor say anything while I was waiting. Pissed and hungry!! I will not be back!!

As a Texan living in Louisiana, I'm always looking for wataburger. I happened to move right next to one and from day one have had the worst experiences ever with a fast food chain. This wataburger is located off Airline Hwy in Gonzales,La. They are so slow, I've literally waited 30 mins for two taquitos, and with that being said, I'll never come back to one again.

My daughter applied went for her interview was told she had to be bilingual so since she doesn't speak Spanish they couldn't hire her but yet we go in and get an employee that can't speak English. I was hired by this Gm...did orientation.. Was hired as a cashier..but was taught how to make drinks for the driver thru during rush..all went well..then was put on a register in drive thru during rush to observe and practice taking orders..it was a mess..the GM messed up orders by combining orders...let it be known. I'm 66 and trying my best..also diabetic and had a sugar attack.. So the girls took over so I could pull myself together.. Well the GM yelled at me so loud people eating turned to look. "I didn't hire you to make drinks..I hired you as a cashier".. This behavior is rude and hurtful..so I removed my hat ..hairnet and apron ..clocked out and Left.. Enough for me.. Two days later I returned with my shirts...he apologized and convinced me to be a Hostess on weekends...OK I tried..Saturday went smooth cause He was off..but Sunday he sat in the office and made orders to me through a managers headset.. Nothing I did was right..so I made my decision that it wasn't the place for this Senior Citizen... Never in my 50 Years of working in the food industry have I been treated like this..Corporate needs to address this GM and his unprofessional behavior....so if you live in League City Tx..beware of the Grinch at store #529 !!!!!!

I came to get two combo meals. It is a Tuesday evening. The advisor totally out of Coca-Cola product. Which lets me know that there ordering/day management is not staying on top of inventory.

Because they are out of Coca-Cola product I ordered a shake. The shake came out as cold milk and not a shake. The french fries came out heavily greasy and cold. However the onion rings were freshly made.

The burgers I ordered did not come with the right cheese because again they were out of stock a product that it should ve been ordered. Whataburger has been going downhill in the area locally. It s overpriced for what you re getting.

I absolutely love Whataburger but, this location is consistently horrible. On numerous occasions, my order has been wrong or some of my items are missing. Most recently after two of my meals were missing from my order, the Mgr on Duty (Jaime) promised to make it right when we were ready to go back to this location. When I called to confirm this information with Jaime he said he doesn't remember having that conversation not would he replace our order. I asked if it was written down but was told HE doesn't do that. Now that is just horrible customer service. I will never eat at this location again. Whataburgers Corporate Office needs to do some serious retraining and restructuring at this location.

I have a food handlers license and they didn't except it. They said I needed to take the course all because they wanted it to say " whataburger" on the certificate. I don't understand why it's " policy". I can understand if the employees didn't have one when they got hired, but one that already has one. That's dumb and too shady.

I am very disappointed and disgusted at what we go...

I am very disappointed and disgusted at what we got today from Whataburger. We ordered a #1 with cheese (they forgot the cheese) and old nasty wilted brown lettuce and tomatoes. We had to use our own lettuce and cheese at home to replace it on the burger. After I finished the burger and soda I opened the cup to empty the ice and found some pieces of gross black particles in the cup. I am not sure what the heck this is and I hope I don't get sick from this. This will be the last time I will ever eat at this Kerrville TX location.

When I got there, I still waited more. Not until I saw a manager, that I spoke to him. The manager tried to blame an innocent employee
That was already trying to help me out.
The manager tells me, "I put an apple pie,and a large order of fries.....AS IF THAT WAS A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM!!"

So extremely slow and microphone not working so had to repeat order at least 5 times.....took a total of 25 minutes start to finish and still got the order wrong. My husband had his card stolen at the Whataburger, 9517 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX 77036 location. We went through the drive-thur and he never got his card back. Our mistake. However, the employee then ran up his card for about $400 dollars. Thank God his bank called him. And what is worse is he went back in after we went through the drive-thur to go to the bathroom. So they had a chance to return it . I called the location twice, one being told it wasn't there. I called again a few hours later and his card was there. So it most certainly was an employee who ran those charges up. As a native Texan, this is extremely disappointing to say the least. I really hope Whataburger takes this seriously and resolves this. We live in San Diego, and I get very few chances to eat here. That employee is not a good person.

I have complained over email and over the phone about a huge problem that happened at one of the locations and have not received any feedback or response. I was verbally attacked by the employees, including the managers, and I was denied a refund. The police officer there had to interfere! After 45 minutes of waiting, they finally decide to give me my burger that I did not want anymore. The rudest employees I ve ever seen. Useless managers. The location was complete trash. Shame on Whataburger, just becoming another McDonald's. Never going to one again. Please have a look at the photos!

My husband and I ate at Whataburger I Roswell NM this evening and it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a number 1 and my husband ordered a mushroom burger and was told they don't have them anymore. He asked why it was on the menu and was told "Oh, we haven't changed it yet." I went to get our drinks and 2 of them were out and The lemonade was straight water. Finding a clean table was another problem as there weren't any! Finally as we were able to sit down and eat, I took maybe 3 bites of my burger and had something odd in my mouth. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a large piece of plastic. At first I thought it was lettuce because of the mustard on it but it was plastic. My husband asked for the manager who came and looked at it but acted as if it was no big deal. She just looked at me and said "sorry, do you want something else"? I said I wasn't going to pay for service and food like this and she did refund our money.
It's a shame because we have eaten in this Whataburger in the past and have never had service like this nor seen it so dirty. I could understand if they were rushing but there was hardly anyone there.

The staff at the whataburger in Texarkana Texas are very very rude and you can always count on waiting at least 30 minutes for your food no matter what time of day you go there. You would think your burger would be piping hot fresh if it takes 30 to 45 min to make it but it's not. I grew up in the hometown of whataburger corpus christi Texas so it's odd to me experiencing such poor service at both locations in texarkana texas.

complaint. Store number 715. I don't know why they can't ever get my order right the first time is beyond me. How hard is jalapeno cheddar biscuit ,no cheese and extra bacon. They give me cheese each time. Which means I have to wait even longer for them to correct it. Sometimes it cuts into my lunch break. Whataburger please teach your employees to follow the order all the way through customers like myself would be much happier. :( sad.

The Whataburger in Gulfport off of Highway 49 has terrible management. The general manager Norma is Horrible. She is very rude and so are the other managers. They called us at 8:30 pm about a job and was rude because of obvious in house problems. I wouldn t recommend anyone trying to apply there. She s horrible and rude to everyone trying to apply so it makes you uncomfortable. I ll be calling corporate as soon as it opens. DISGUSTING!!!

RED OAK, TX- MANAGEMENT didn't look like they wanted to even be there uniform was a mess to include name badge on upside down and didn't care. Even the staff didn't look too happy to be there. The only reason it was given two stars was the food was good

Don't expect much to be done if you call to complain about one of their stores. The fact that I had to be inconvenienced by going to a different restaurant altogether was over looked. I got an apology email from the GM but not one person called me and asked me, Mr. Jamison, what can we do to make this up to you.

This message was loud and clear. They don't care.

Now, I literally go out of my way to avoid Whataburger.

I made 2 call in complaints to Whataburger. One was for very cold food. Second was for same thing and tea that had been there for 12+ hours per employees. The third time I called I made a compliment on service and an employee. Third call took place yesterday. This morning I received a call from Corporate Whataburger telling me to go somewhere else my business is no longer wanted. This is how whataburger deals with customer complaints. They guy with corporate who called me also said that I had called 21times. That is a complete LIE. He said he would pull reports from each phone call and call me back. I informed him I will be expecting an apology when he finds I only called a total of 3 times. He was extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else and if I go to Whataburger and they mess up my order they will NOT fix it.

Whataburger on Navarre Beach Florida went above and beyond on Friday March 6th. With only about 24hrs notice they helped pull off an amazing to go order for my son's rehearsal dinner. The manager DJ was amazing as we're all of her crew! When I went to pick up the order of 50 meals I was greeted with smiling faces from everyone!! I know it made for a busy evening but what a blessing their smiles were. AND our big order was 100% correct! Thank you DJ for everything!!

Went to my regular WB. No fresh brewed ice tea. Just 2 giant coffee carafes where ice tea should be. The only "tea" was a flavored sugar "tea" in fountain. 3 other guys came after me and laughed. Said new corporation probably did that. I agree. Manager says "we don't have that anymore". Come on, you rich Northerners. Southerns drink fresh tea all hours of the day and night! We live on it! I'm losing loyalty to my dear Texas WB!

Burgers may be great but don't rely on Corporate to send you any information on long time employees to help them close on a new home purchase. Christina with HR is no help at all. She has delayed our closing stating that a VOE would be fax to Equifax. If requesting please use the work number.

Long story short, manager threatens to call police on me for trying to order breakfast, area manager of said restaurant calls me a curse words, tells me to shut up and then denies it. Keep calling customer line for over a month, i dont get a call back for 2 weeks. When i do its their compliance guy. Compliance guy tells me later Im no longer welcomed in their restaurants and believe everything the area manager lied about. I cant believe they treat their customers this way! Update: Ive made upwards of 60 phone calls to upper management and corporate, they dont return my calls. What a rotten company.

I work for Mt Carmel Assist Living and my job is to take some of our residents for a ride or out to have something sweet. I took 12 of our seniors to one of your Whataburger's in Corpus Christi for a milk shake. It was the Whataburger on Ocean Drive. All I ask if they had a senior discount and your employee said if I wanted a discount I needed to take the residents to Dairy Queen. I was so upset because we were all treated that way. I wrote a letter a few months back and called to speak to a manager and still have not heard anything from anyone. I love your food but your employees in that place were rude to my people . we were going to pay but we all left and they were very unhappy . Thank you

Was unable to do a survey for our food & service for Whataburger #1072 store. The attendant that waited on us at this store was 5star excellant LILLE ALFRED. This employee worked hard to give us great service and helped others to make this experience exceptional. I think this employee needs to be recognized. Thank you

The Whataburger on Ben white and manchaca in Austin is a mess in the mornings they never have coffee ready they will sell you a cup and make you wait 20 minutes for coffee to be done some mornings there are 5 to 7 people waiting. There breakfast the eggs are old like they were cooked an hour before I've had better field rations in the army and that isn't saying much. I'm not going there anymore this has happened more than once

Called to report it and the guy told me to come back and they would fix it. The reason I was there was because my back is out and it would have made my day easier. Duh . So now I have to go back to a place I really don t want to go to get my money back.
