My husband had his card stolen at the Whataburger, 9517 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX 77036 location. We went through the drive-thur and he never got his card back. Our mistake. However, the employee then ran up his card for about $400 dollars. Thank God his bank called him. And what is worse is he went back in after we went through the drive-thur to go to the bathroom. So they had a chance to return it . I called the location twice, one being told it wasn't there. I called again a few hours later and his card was there. So it most certainly was an employee who ran those charges up. As a native Texan, this is extremely disappointing to say the least. I really hope Whataburger takes this seriously and resolves this. We live in San Diego, and I get very few chances to eat here. That employee is not a good person.
